A great story by David - the bar has a great view. The bourbon is very good and great prices. We stayed at the bar and had a great cocktail.

I don’t get such a low rating but maybe we were lucky! When we arrived, the place was full. We waited less than 10 mins to be seated. The girls working there were super busy yet kind and nice. We took pumpkin spice latte, piece of red velvet and winter spritz. Everything was good enough - not the best ones of our lives but fine. The interiors are particular and exactly in theme of the cartoon, with the music from disney. Anyways, a fine place to pass by for a cup of tea and a piece of cake

Alright, so the idea is amazing, the execution is stunning, the food is delicious. We enjoyed a window seat in two armchairs with a table shaped like a stack of giant books between us. We listened to Disney songs playing in the background and had fun spotting all the details in the painstakingly detailed decoration. We ordered Non-alcoholic cocktails, a bottle of water and two slices of cake, a red velvet and another. One cake was empty but that was alright and the red velvet was delicious. The water came with plastic cups which is kind of tasteless and wasteful, but the cocktails were great. All in all, an amazing spot to chill and grab a slice of cake and drink when you have time. And you need time. A lot of it. Because for some reason They only staffed One (1!) waitress For two floors!? And don't get me wrong, she was doing her darn best and was incredibly quick. But, as far as we could see she was the only waitress for two floors and there was also only one person behind the counter. It was also absolutely packed. We were on a time crunch but had to wait forever, almost an hour to order and then half an hour on our food. We also went up to the counter and asked whether we could just order there to lessen her work, but we couldn't. So please. Please. Just hire more waiting staff!

Very interesting cafe in the center of Milan. The Alice theme is well represented through all the cafe. The only disadvantage is that the tables are small and not enough, so there is a bit of a queue. We ordered two types of tea and a cake to share. The portion of the cake was big enough to fill two people. For the tea they didn't actually have what we originally ordere and it wasn't written anywhere in the menu nor told by the server, we got another one and it was also not available. We went later in the afternoon, so keep in mind that if you don't go there early enough, most of the popular choiches are going to be sold out.

A beautiful place inspired by Alice in Wonderland. All the interior design details are well curated. ✨It is an unique style, so don’t expect the classic Italian coffee/bar experience. You are going to have a different experience. The waitress are dressed in blue/white dress as Alice and they are really sweet and helpful with the menu. ✨The menu has a variety of coffee, cake and infusions and thè. You have to take your time to see all the options there. If you are in a rush, this is not your place. ✨We order two types of cake and infusions and they were really good. For sure I’ll take again the one with pistachio and strawberry. I will suggest to pay more attention to the bathroom.

My partner got a recommendation through an Instagram post so we went. The pictures online as well as the published menu (and the prices on it!) are probably part of the fantasy motif. When we actually arrived I was honestly a bit disappointed at first. The place was pricier than what we saw online and the impressive seating area we saw in the pictures were no where to be found (later found them in a downstairs area, that wasn't used at all, unfortunately). The place was empty and yet still felt crowded and packed. Their cakes are pretty good, the drinks as well. Club sandwiches were disappointing.

Cute atmosphere and cutely named menu items. I went especially for matcha but they didn’t have any on that day! On a Sunday afternoon, waiting times for being served and having the order taken was super long. Prices are good for coffee, matcha, chai latte and turmeric latte I find overpriced.

I didn't like this place AT ALL. The waiters literally gave us menus, put us in the most uncomfortable and small place(we were 6 people but for somewhat reason they gave us a place for 4) and nobody …

I’ve been to this place three times, and I honestly tried some of the best cakes I’ve had in Milan there. The first time, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I thought maybe it was something I could overlook. But yesterday we saw cockroaches twice — one of them was on the wall right next to us. I caught one myself and took it outside the café to release it. The other one was caught by a man who works there. Since yesterday, I haven’t been feeling well at all. I don’t know if it’s because of a hygiene issue or a psychological reaction, but my digestive system has not been okay.👎👎👎 I never try this place again

Don’t judge a book by its cover - in a sense that even a cafe that looks super cute can be bad. We drove two hours to get to Milano, mainly to eat at this Café because we saw it on google and loved the atmosphere and concept. Once we were there, we left after a short amount of time. The concept and design of the Café is very cute, but on second look a bit unpolished. A finer look at detail and polishing could really elevate the place. Overall, super cute though. That stands. The staff was friendly, no complaints there. The food and drinks, however, were why we left. I ordered a pink lady lemonade (pictured with the popcorn on top). Holy granoli. It tasted so sweet and artificial that I couldn’t drink more than one sip - and this is coming from someone who appreciates sweet drinks - anything from fanta, sprite, to sweet cocktails, lemonades, etc. The popcorn was salty and stale, but I ate some of it and it was okay. My boyfriend ordered the lavender latte with almond milk. It tasted like soap. I make lavender syrup at home occasionally and it had nothing to do with whatever this was. We did not like the taste of soap. :( The brownies were a bit dry but okay. I appreciated the crispy crust and that they were warm. The drinks were horrible though. Cannot stress this enough. So bad that we left. I didn’t know that was possible. We spend 25€ on one and a half brownies because we couldn’t drink more than a few sips.

very dissapointed. the half of the menu was sold out st 2pm. the furniture is old, very old. the concept itself is good but the materials very cheap. the staff were almost sleeping and very slow. for the water to drink, we got plastic glasses. the food was not that good eaither. Tea was good! would not reccomend it.

If you want colorful photos for your social media profile, you can visit this cafè. However, prepare yourself for tasteless drinks and bad sweets. This cafè is like a fairy tale with a bad ending. Cramped, uncomfortable, the decoration looks cheap and ridiculous, and the cafè is also quite dirty. I wonder when the carpet by the front door was last cleaned? We tried several teas. All teas were colored water (you can see this from my pictures) with minimal flavor and aroma. The cappuccino was also terrible. Their pastries were dry. On top of that, the service is slow. Nothing happens fast in this Rabbit Hole Cafè. The only reason I give this place one star is the waitresses (dressed as Alice). The girls were nice and pleasant. I must point out that the men's room was dirty and neglected. My friend said the women's room was downright disgusting. In addition to not being cleaned, there were torn wallpaper hanging from the walls. I will be back just to take pictures of the toilet in the cafè and upload the photos here. The overall feeling of this cafè is disappointment. This is the most ridiculous place in Milan that I have ever been to. I really regret visiting the Rabbit Hole Cafè. It pretty much ruined my Christmas mood. PS: I urge the manager of this cafe, instead of wasting his time arguing arrogantly and unprofessionally with disgruntled customers, to put on his rubber gloves and come in and clean the toilets. That way he will be more useful to his future clients.
