I've been going to this place for 35 years since I 1st came to California and it's something like a very classy dive where you can bring your own food and enjoy normal drinks and free pool from 5 to 650 every evening except the weekends

Divey, neighborhood bar. Easy to get on a pool table. Lot of beer choices. Just about the only reasonably priced place in mill valley.

The only real bar left in Mill Valley. Cheap, honest and friendly. If you don't like The Deuce it says a lot about you; go back to The Mission in SF.

I usually study next to the outlet in the back. There is a couple of pool tables and a juke box. Pretty neat. Heard some icp on the juke box. That was cool

Just out poppin tops with 3 finger Joe, and after getting kicked out of the Melrose on 4th street we found ourselves at the 2AM Club. We just downed about our 8th beer each and asked the tender for something to snack on, and we're not talkin chips or tacos from next door either.. We wanted something with a little variety, out pops this little snack plate. It was amazing, and Man-O-Man did it hit the spot! We felt good enough for another 8 each! The 2AM Club is a 5☆☆☆☆☆ joint!

We weren't quite ready to make the hour drive back home, so we found ourselves exploring the area and this is one of the places we decided to stop by. Glad we did! Steve was bartending and he was friendly, attentive, and fun to socialize with. We enjoyed the atmosphere and good pours (and prices) and noticed that they have outdoor seating in addition to all of the space inside. We aren't in this area much, but it would def be a spot we'd stop back in next time we are around - it was a great experience and a fun way to end our terrific afternoon.

Uh...it looks good from the outside. For that I give it five stars. Kind of disappointed because moving to this neighborhood I really wanted a good dive bar but...I was told if you don't have anything nice to say about people than don't say it at all.

Staff are fine but the owner was extremely rude! Won’t be coming back again

They asked us to get out of there with no reason! The owner (she) was imprudent and just wanted to call the police with no reason at all… not good service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Terrible service. As somebody who grew up in the area my whole life, I’ve never experienced such terrible service. Don’t recommend going.

Unsettlingly rude staff

I went into this bar to ask for a glass of water because I was running around life bar but the bartender asked my id and I had not on me, then a client told me that I had nothing to do here and I had to get out, So i was expelled from the bar, thank you for the hospitality

Bar tender was rude and smelled like dirty snatch. No kitchen, weak drinks, don't bother!

If your sign says wear a mask, then the rules apply to everyone, bartenders too! Edit..When I walked into bar I looked around the man (no mask)and the woman masked)behind the bar were chatting with patrons, having a good time as wanted. Like I said man was not wearing a mask. He wasn't eating nor drinking. He was doing a fantastic job keeping the the patrons enjoying drinks and laughing.

I was asked to leave the bar because I used a restroom. After spending enough money at this place. I am going reach out to local authorities for help. This aggression should not stand. (Despite it seemed to be a fun place at first look.)

Well it is not what it was ,, now full of a lot of pretend locals and a few real ones but you know times change and so does the management its now just the name its not the real deuce that we grew up with ,, sorry to say now it seems to be the showcase for a bunch of men that hang out and talk about there beards lol too each there own ,,,bears in bars,,, not the same as I knew it to be but OK have fun all

I've only been hear once, so maybe this isn't a fair review, but some of the people there were out of control and they serve under age. No one that works there seems to care. It's really weird in a place like Mill Valley.

This bar is fine. But there was an overly aggressive employee in a golds gym T-shirt who yelled at me bc the CONDENSATION from my drink dripped on the edge of a pool table. He was rude to me and my friend even before that happened and seems to be having an unnecessary power trip. This incident has affirmed my fears that any man in a golds gym T-shirt is toxic and cannot be trusted.

Bouncers were terrible and taking cover fees but holding the cash themselves making it seem like they were just taking money for themselves. Bouncers were rude to other customers who were acting fine. Overall the bar is a nice vibe and the bartenders are great but all of the bouncers suck.
