On the main street of Millesimo, just a few minutes from the highway exit, lies this small restaurant with convenient on-street parking. We're on the border between Liguria and Piedmont, and the cuisine reflects the influences of both regions. A land in between, where you can find excellent pesto, as well as exquisite vitello tonnato. It's strange to see the wines on display—you'll find Pigato, Rossese, but also Barbera and Grignolino. This "fusion" really works. We went for lunch on Sunday. The staff were young and polite, the atmosphere simple, with large tables and a white wooden ceiling that brightens the entire place. Everything was delicious, especially the fresh pasta "mandili" made with a blend of chestnut flour, pesto, and green beans. The pasta is all homemade, and the tagliatelli with ragù was also delicate. For the main course, we tried a very tasty tagliata, cooked to perfection and soft to the bite. For dessert, we chose the crunchy hazelnut cake with melted chocolate—truly delicious. Coffee was kindly provided. In the end, with half a bottle of wine, water, an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, a dessert, and coffee, it came to €70—not a small amount, but not a lot, considering the quality of the ingredients used. Also worth considering for a stop just off the highway, given its proximity to the toll booth.

Pantarei is a delightful discovery in the heart of Millesimo: a cozy and well-maintained restaurant, with tables under the portico, where you'll find an authentic, family atmosphere. The cuisine perfectly reflects Ligurian and Piedmontese traditions with carefully prepared dishes, including excellent truffle-filled pasta dishes and hazelnut cake. The service is friendly and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Saturday was my first time at this restaurant, which I don't know except through numerous reviews. My three companions and I loved it. The menu, which I'd say features both Ligurian and Piedmontese cuisine, is simple but interesting. The FOOD is EXCELLENT! I enjoyed everything, especially two of the various first courses offered that day: mandilli (fresh pasta) topped with pesto, potatoes, and green beans, and another fresh pasta with walnut sauce. The pasta with cod ragù was also very good, which I'd call a different dish from the usual ones in the area. The panna cotta with chestnuts and chocolate was also delicious. The menu varies based on seasonal products. The staff was friendly and professional, the service impeccable. The place is small but charming and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Excellent tagliolini with truffle butter and eggs with truffles. Lorenzo Ramó's Ormeasco di Pornassio wine is hard to find on wine lists.

Refined cuisine in a place with about forty seats. The service is very attentive, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. You almost have the feeling that the service staff is more numerous than the customers. The portions are exaggeratedly small (two slices of transparent roast beef) and the prices, inversely proportional, high.
