The stuff was friendly, I didn't wait at all. I ordered a combo for less than $15. Pasta with 2 meat balls+ sauce+ a salad+a garlic roll. Everything was good quality (fresh salad, pasta is ok, a garlic roll is awesome, the meat balls are almost good (I didn't like the texture (too small chopped). When I go on food cord, I want to get my order quickly and enjoy delicious food, so here is my 4star review for this restaurant. Thanks, and I hope your rate will increase.

Villa Italian Kitchen is what you’d expect from a mall food court spot. It looked pretty decent, but I can’t say I was impressed with the food. The service was okay, but again, about what you’d expect at a mall food court.

We were just visiting San Fran for vacation and went to the mall. Bought a whole pizza. On the website it says it’s $21 for a Meat Sweats pizza but the cashier said it was $29. Showed him the website price and he said $21 was for Uber orders only? But you have the choice to pick up the pizza instead of get it delivered. Didn’t make any sense. He gave it to us for $21 but told us next time it is $29.

Employees are stopping to refill drinks and give customers extra cups and even check out customers waiting in line behind me while I'm waiting to purchase one day old slice of pizza. I should have left. Employees should not allow children to STAND on the counter

They told me to email them see the picture. And I did weeks ago and still no response. They are obviously just replying publicly but not providing any solution

They said to email them for the mistreatment but we did and nothing happened

The food is all overpriced, reheated leftovers. The workers don’t care at all, and are very rude. This is BY FAR the worst place selling food in the entire mall. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

No wonder this place has a 3.2 stars, I asked one guy if I can make a custom pizza with whatever I want and he said yes and showed me the different sizes and prices. But then when I came back I spoke to another guy who was drinking soda, and he said very rudely "NO WE CANNOT DO CUSTOM". And I said forget this i ain't spending a dime here

I paid for a large pasta, they filled literally half of it and when I told them this is definitely not a complete meal and please add more they just said this is the normal size. Really expensive for a pretty cheaply made pasta that you can easily cook at home.

We loved to eat pizza there. We go to the Milpitas mall every weekend just to eat there. There was a lady was so rude that we came to the mall today but didn’t eat there. To the owner, please do not hire people that is driving your regular customer away .

Oh and the Pepperoni slices disgusting too the only good part of pizza was the dough. I literally took off the cheese layer and boy it was way better than the whole pizza itself.

I can see why this place has a 3 star rating. The lady working around 7pm was very rude and yelled at me when I asked the price for the pasta.
