Best fish & chips I've ever had! Only been there for lunch a couple of times. Looking forward to taking other friends there to try it out.

I always have a great time and a great experience when I visit the 19th hole. Maybe I'm a little biased because I know the owners and they know me so as soon as I sit at the table or at the bar they already know what kind of drink I like and they already know pretty much what my choice of meals going to be. But as I always tell everybody they are most famous for their fish and chips!

Love their onion rings! Fish and Chips are so good. I prefer the thin fries vs the steak fries. You have your choice. Drinks are reasonable. Locals favor going there so you know its good. We were there for happy hour. Very casual

Great fried green beans and fish and chips. Their homemade tartar sauce is the best. Servers are always friendly.

I called in my order as I arrived I had a beer and cup of soup. Oh the lentil soup was awesome man it took me back when my grandmother made it the best. Thank you oh and the fish and chips was awesome except our coleslaw wasn't in bag but it's ok

We’ve been missing a good Wisconsin-style Friday night fish fry, and this was the best fish and chips we’ve had since being in California. The beer-battered fish was light, crispy, and cooked well. Back home we’re used to a little more beer in the batter, but this was still very good. The margarita was mixed perfectly. Nice, clean sports bar, good service, reasonably priced with a friendly vibe. We’ll be back.

I had to come back and update 2024. The fish and chips have taken a turn for the BEST! Talk about an upgrade on the fish piece size and how it's cooked. This is awesome. These pieces used to be so small, it was upsetting 😩😕 Their chicken soup has really big pieces of chicken too and full of flavor. Good fried wings. Love the drinks. Overall, great crowd, the rain does stop their loyal customers ✨️💪🏿🎉 Stop in for a drink.

Best fish & chips! Service is smooth and the bar is clean. It’s not the night spot it once was. I do miss the karaoke, but they have made changes that have helped to keep the doors open and the frequent patrons happy and comfortable.

Me and my son tried this place for the first time New Year's Eve. A very pleasant surprise and excellent fish and chips. It said "world famous" on the door so we had to try them. Among the best I've had. Beer was cold and the shots were very robust, no short pours here. Will return!

BTW I never order my own meal I always split with someone as portions are big.

Fried fish is very good with indifferent fries. Atmosphere slightly up from a dive as very old golfers are the prime clientele. Prices are ridiculous for the quality of food and ambiance but they do sell 805 beer. Serving staff are great.

BEWARE! We have been to the 19th Hole for happy hour/dinner numerous times. This time though, we were disappointed. Not in the food as it's always great, but in the fact that the menu prices are WAY outdated. For instance, ordered the fish and chips which should have been $12.50. Extra piece of fish for $2.00. We were charged $16.50. Asked to substitute onion rings for the fries for $3.00. Got charged $4.50. Beer and wine pricing was not accurately represented either. When I questioned the bill, the waiter just said "oh our menus are outdated". Made no offer to adjust the check. Also, they charge a fee for non cash payments. You've been warned.

Food is good with fish and chips a great special friends enjoy meeting here for. Service is by super staff however food takes a lot of time... Have a few drinks and bring some patience and you'll have a nice casual meal at neighborhood friendly prices.

Fish was good, subbed the fries for onion rings with a 4.75 charge and they arrived very overcooked like dark brown, definitely not golden like the fish. Server was great except he disappeared into the kitchen for a good 8-10 minutes during mid meal. Disappointing enlight of increased prices.

Went there today for fish and chips. Thought i would start with their onion rings. The onion rings arrived. A huge mound done to a golden brown. I tried the first one. It was as hard as a plastic tube and zero flavor. No salt in the batter at all.. How could this be? It should be the same batter as the fish and chips. The onions had zero flavor. I tried my diet coke and it tasted great so it wasnt my taste buds. I was so dissapointed. I was afraid to order the fish and chips after trying their batter so I just paid for the onion rings, diet coke and left. Service was still 5 stars but that is about it

Nice atmosphere, even better if your local or a regular. If your an outsider go somewhere else. I watched the service handle all the regulars very well. My table got one drink & meal. We were never asked how anything was or if we would like refills, we would have. I had to practically beg to pay my bill & when I did was charged double. They fixed it but shopping anywhere afterwards with that credit card was a nightmare.

I love fish and chips. I'm passing thru the city and saw the nice looking pieces of fried fish and decided to stop there. The fish and the shrimp are very bland. No season at all. Tastes like the food you would get at a retirement home to keep the people's blood pressure down. Oh, and 1 fried shrimp is about $5.

Food is decent. Staff is friendly. Major complaint is that their posted hours are inaccurate. Stopped by Saturday around 9:00 to get a late dinner, but even tho their closing time is listed as “10:00”, the kitchen was closed. If you are open till 10:00, then be prepared to serve until 10:00. Anything short of that is misleading
