The Pizza Hut Mineola does a great job all around. We just had the Sunday buffet. The pizza was great as well as the service.

Go every Tuesday and miscellaneous other days. Can be crowded on Thursday. Pizza, friendly staff and buffet all you can it is a recipe for a good afternoon.

This is an old-school Pizza Hut buffet. Good pizza, salad bar, and cinnamon stick desert! Good family atmosphere. We go here frequently and would highly recommend anyone in the mood for pizza to stop by. Especially for their lunch buffet.

This 5 star review is for Tracy! She is a sweetheart and always provides fantastic customer service! I came to pick up a pizza tonight and discovered that the app had sent it to the location all the way on the other side of Texas. She happily took my order and advised me of the wait time. I had a trailer on my truck so I couldn’t park in the normal parking spots, I had to park across the parking lot. After the exact wait time that she quoted me, she trudged across the parking lot in the pouring rain and handed me my pizza with a smile and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Huge shout out to Tracey the manager on duty! She was amazing and helped me fix an issue with the mobile order. It was 100% MY fault and she was incredibly kind and wanted to make it right! She went above and beyond and did not have to. Great service, pizza came out fast and perfect! Favorite location in East Texas. Thank you so much!

Just called in an order and Mara answered the phone. She was cheerful and helpful. She was patient as we made some changes to our order. She made yummy recommendations and was overall very pleasant to speak with. Great job Mara! We’ve dined in there before but now will also call in orders more often! Customer service like that is worth returning for.

The all you can eat lunch during the week is cheap! The pizza and other pasta food is good enough the price could be a little higher and I still pay it. The pizza is fresh, the store itself is clean, and the service is awesome! It's well worth the money so if you leave still hungry it's your fault...lol...Also Thursday is a great day to go after 5 PM. They have the $5 after 5 specials where if you buy a large pizza of your choice you get another large pizza for $5 no matter what crust you choose. The employees are friendly and quite comical at times so chances are you'll leave full, satisfied, and laughing.

Classic pepperoni pizza. You can't go wrong. They're open late. They're open when other places are closed. You can order online and pick up at the drive thru. You can order and pay cash when you pick up. Thanks for being in Mineola Pizza Hut! I appreciate it.

Never really been to a sit down pizza hut. I love the old feel to it. Like i stepped into a time capsule. The kids loved the food. My baby kept trying to grab the pizza. My older son ate gobs of the alfredo. If you're looking for a sit down restaurant with friendly faces, quiet ambiance, and decent prices, come and try it !

Sadly I always pay extra for dips and once again 3 times in a row I did not receive the dips. I dont mind paying 80 cents a dip but at least put them with the order! Thats stealing almost 5 bucks from a customer. And no i am not going to drive all the way back to mineola from alba just to get our dips that we paid for

This was the 3rd and probably last time we will visit. The pizza buffet was adequate. The special order pizza was incorrect, but ok. The atmosphere was fine, but honestly the staff makes you feel as you are a burden and are a bit rude.

This could easily be a 5 star review. The food is great and Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza. The service however is horrible, they take our food order and bring us drinks to start with but never check back after that. I had to go up to the counter to get refills on drinks and to go boxes. They never bring us a check anymore. The atmosphere would be great but the music the "juke box" plays is atrocious!!

The only reason I went to this Pizza Hut is because I saw the Reddit post of this location being a quote on quote classic Pizza Hut. However, after driving out of the way from the interstate, I discovered this location is now bland as any other Pizza Hut. that is my fault due to me not doing more research as for I discovered another Reddit comment saying after Covid that decor was taken away

Only reason I am giving this a 2 star instead of 1 is because the employee in the drive through had a good friendly attitude which you do not see much of anymore these days. The pizza seemed to have a funny taste to it so me and my family didn’t eat much at all but the little that we did eat made everyone sick. Not happy at all and won’t be doing business with this Pizza Hut ever again.
