This is probably the cleanest, higher end Whataburger I have been in. As a truck driver, I usually can only get into a few locations, so was pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated and clean this one was. The food was good, although the fries were a little undercooked . Had the jalapeño burger combo for lunch and since I was still there in the morning, had the honey butter chicken biscuit for breakfast. Don't usually eat too much fast food, but when in TX, you just can't skip Whataburger!! Great people as well. Will definitely come back as loads permit.

Whataburger is the restaurant I visit the most. The service is always good and usually very fast. The burgers are some of the best fast food burgers, and the fries are good. The sweet tea is a little too sweet, but mixing a bit of non-sweet with it makes it perfect.

This visit was a repeat for another time I came through this same spot and they made my burger wrong. So I called the manager and this visit was perfect. Not only did they get my whataburger with cheese and bacon made exactly as I wanted, but it was definitely hot and fresh and tasted delicious. And I didn't even have to wait long in the drive thrubto get my order. So I'm glad i picked that certain day and time to go and get my repeat mess up fixed because they did a wonderful job and the lady working the speaker and the window was very efficient and very nice.

Delayed getting waited on at counter. No one seemed to care that customers were waiting to order. Manager was there at end of counter but more interested in talking to a former employee out front and ignoring the 5 people waiting to order food.

The kids up there do a great job! We had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger and had a pleasant experience. As we drove into the parking lot, we noticed two handicapped parking spaces. As we walked inside the restaurant, we realized the entrance door was ADA accessible. We stopped to use the bathroom, and the bathrooms were clean. There were employees checking the bathrooms as well as employees walking the dining area and sweeping where needed. The employee working the register was very polite and professional. We spoke to the general manager briefly, who was also polite and professional. We have been in a lot of Whataburgers, and this was one of the cleanest and most professional Whataburgers we have had the pleasure of visiting. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Alright! This nice man named Anthony on night shift 11-15-2024 was very kind to me and constantly informed me every so often that they were working on making tea. He was even kind enough to talk to me and be a good gentleman. I don't know if it was managers or other employees but they were very rude to him! And I would like it known I did not appreciate it! So if anyone sees this Anthony please tell him Tasha said thank you so much for making the tea and going as far as talking to me and offering if I wanted to order in breakfast. You were very kind after I've had such a long day.

I got my food this morning right around 4:45am, I wished I could give a shout out to the two people that served me. I eat Whataburger regularly and have probably eaten at Whataburger well over 100 times in the past. The burger I got this morning was absolutely fantastic and THE BEST I have ever had eating at Whataburger! Fries were right out of the fryer I could tell as well. Temperature was perfect, patty wasn't overcooked, patty was seasoned great, buns were hot. I don't normally leave a review unless I am very impressed. Great job early morning crew!

One of the nicest locations we've been to! Amazing customer service, delicious burgers and fries and it was absolutely spotless. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future. My Husband & I are OTR truck drivers and have had the chance to stop in twice in the past 2 months and both times were exceptional. We were lucky both times to find parking in the Wal-Mart by the fuel pumps. This Wal-Mart is very busy so to find parking for a full truck & trailer is nothing short of a miracle.

Super super clean and nice folks. Greeted at the door to ensure social distancing. Spoke very clearly thru the mask when taking our order, and saw them immediately clean tables as folks left. The food was fresh and tasty as always. Although I was shocked by the increase in price. Sixty cents for jalapenos? How much does a jar of peppers cost? Do we have to make a hundred dollars for every gallon jar? I had about six or seven slices on my burger. I sent it back for more...no questions asked, but still! I did not voice my complaints to the courteous and well-mannered staff. My service was excellent at 10pm on Saturday night but I'm bringing my own pocket full of peppers next time. I've got money but now but I'll run out if I keep spending it like that!

I came in a few nights ago around 2:00am, and Christina was just amazing. Her customer service is amazing and the chicken strips were delicious. I had to wait awhile for them to make the chicken fresh, Christina said there were other chicken strips but she didn't feel comfortable selling them since they were from earlier that day and were old. I've never had someone be so honest with us in a drive through and that puts my mind at ease. I know we are in good hands when she is working.

The Whataburger at this location has been declining lately. The service was good, their staff is very polite, however the unsweetened tea I was served was old and tasted horrible and the breakfast biscuit was barely warmed. I mentioned that the tea was soured and the young lady said they made it fresh that morning. I believe her. I believe they made sweet tea fresh that morning but not the uunsweetened, either that or they don't clean their machine properly. She offered to get me something else, but I don't drink soda or sweet tea. Being that this is at least the third time this has happened, I will likely go elsewhere when in town from now on.

I have eaten at my fair share of Whataburger’s and I just don’t understand the hype. The burger was larger than most, but tastes average at best. I’m also not a fan of the spicy ketchup. This restaurant in particular took far too long to cook our meals, considering it was fast food. Sorry guys… it’s just meh in my opinion.

If every other place in town can offer a free water cup with meal, the most expensive fast food place in town can too. Bring back free water cups.

My burger was a wet sloppy mess. The lettuce was large and wet as if they’d just washed it without draining. This made the bun soggy and I couldn’t eat it all. There was incredibly too much mustard and the onion was not chopped small enough. I hope this was an off day but I’ve had better from Sonic. One thing I’ve told myself for a while about Whataburger is “the prices are high but the food is great.”. The former is certainly true but the latter is not today.

So it's been a while since i've had a whataburger and I thought i'm going to go in and get me a water burger, I ordered it with extra pickles, got it and I got it home and there were no tomatoes. Used to be my go-to after a night out or when nursing a hangover. It’s like that one ex- You keep going back and giving them chances to redeem themselves and maybe it’s good that first time back but then their true, ugly colours show. The cost is not worth the quality. The only thing that keeps me coming back is their breakfast- HBC or any biscuit sandwich is always good. You might not get all your food in your order, the sweet tea is probably going to taste like it was mixed with a dirty sock, but when you see the iconic Whataburger branding, you’ll always feel nostalgic for the good ol’ days.

Recently visit the store and the chili cheese burger was good but the whataburger Jr that I order was awful. First they just slap the burger patty with just a patty not all the way and with grilled onions that I order then they took it back and brought a new one but couldn't eat it due that it was over salted worst burger. Told the MOD hr really wanted to make it right and I told him that not to worry I just wanted to make him aware of it.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone came out to tell me they gave my order to another customer. 6 other vehicles passed through the line while I waited. Went there every morning this past week. Monday morning was quick and orders were right. But the rest of the week they had different people working and they would not have been able to find their way out of a wet paper sack with both ends open and flashing neon lights pointing the way. I eat at a lot of Whataburger locations through out East, TX and this one just cannot get the french fries right! They are always almost raw. Hey manager of this establishment ever heard of golden crispy french fries? You are not cooking them long enough to become golden and crispy and serve them near raw many times. This is with out a the worst run Whataburger ever since it opened. One blunder after another. I finally have to vent after being served a COLD hamburger. Took them forever to make it and then served a cold one. What were your workers doing playing on their cell phones and forget to get it out while it was hot or was it an order canceled from an earlier person? All I know is this is the worst Whataburger in the State of Texas. I plan on letting their HQ know they need to do something about this restaurant. Bad food I will no longer buy anything from this location it happens way too many times to forgive.

Very disrespectful, the gentleman that normally takes my order is always very nice but the other man in the back that normally cooks is always cursing and mocking peoples order in the background. We were ordering for 8 people so I thought it was fair to double check. She still brought out the wrong drink and when I asked to have it changed she said, “I repeated that back but alright.” Then she still forgot the ketchup and mayo we requested. Rest of the experience was great. This 1 star is for her.

10/27/24 8pm-8:15ish . I ordered a #2 meal and a side of large onion rings with ranch, girl even asked twice and she seemed to charge us incorrectly and did. It charge the fries, she was feeling up her breast in the window when I asked where the onion rings were.

I ordered on the app at 10.30 in the morning and my order was to be picked up at 12 when i got it right at 12 i drove to my mothers . Everthing was cold it had been made to early . It was aweful . I will never eat there again . When i ask for a refund i was told to talk to customer service.

Neglected to remove ice from their building in a high traffic area and fell and absolutely destroyed this person's window in the drive through, luckily it didn't fall on them causing injury. Anyways they told them to kick rocks that they ain't paying for the damages to the person's car. Typical soulless corporation at its finest.
