Avaliações de TEN 01 SOCIAL - Hilton Minneapolis Minneapolis
Service was great, food was great, wait was nonexistent. There is a bar as you walk through the front door of the Hilton if you want a drink, but the restaurant is in the back right corner. For us it was pretty much just seat yourself. As far as pricing, it’s what you’d expect from a hotel restaurant. Pro tip: If you are getting the Patagonia Burger, ask for the truffle aioli to spread on the top bun (and dip your fries in 😉)
Instead of having another boring conference lunch, we opted for the skyway to 1001 social. That was a great choice. The food was impeccable, and the staff (Yaffa) very friendly.
Even with a busy Hotel there was never a long wait to sit or to eat. Everything I had there over the course of my stay was fantastic
I stayed at the Hilton this weekend for INELDA's death doula group, and most of my meals were in the bar(same menu as the restaurant for the most part), I had the same server the whole time, Erik you were diligent and wonderful! I went to the bar last night for a dessert and nightcap and Alicia and Matt were my bartenders, Matt helped fashion me a custom drink which was really fun and nice(can't go wrong with saint Germaine), and Alicia was warm and kind and helped make my experience perfect. I also ordered the donut holes for dessert and they were the perfect amount of crispy and soft!
Quick room service and tasty filling food portions.
Wild Rice Soup (Broth) Jasmine Green Tea Superior Trout w. Red peppers & Baguette. Great Service, Great Host, Great Place, modern cozy and fun atmosphere!!! #GoEat
When in Minnesota one must partake of wild rice soup, this version is delicious! Lots of mushrooms! It would be a nice touch if the restaurant provided one warm roll w/soup order vs. packaged crackers...just saying.
For a hotel bar/restaurant, well done. Modern, sheek, tasteful. Staff is courteous and attentive. Kate took great care of me while I read through a book on my phone. Food is a bit over priced, but portioned appropriately and presented on distinctive china. I ordered the Stone Arch Sandwich; subbed out the chips for asparagus. The chicken was a bit chewy and dry, but the asparagus was surprisingly perfect. Crispy break upon the first bite, hot, and litely seasoned; beautiful. Would partake again on business or a personal trip.
Service was wonderful, food was fantastic. We will be back
Amazing! We had the Patagonia burger and it was the best burger I have ever had! It was borderline spiritual. Ephrata was one the best waitresses ever! She was very engaging and knowledgeable with the restaurant.
Very clean very nice people hard working great atmosphere rather you're by yourself or with friends and family they will make sure you feel special in their food is very great made by very good culinary chef I recommend just eating here even if you're not at the hotel and it drinks in the bar is very well maintained you're going to have a good time here
High end dining at its best. The spring lamb special was wonderful. The lamb was almost overshadowed by the spinach, which by some magical cooking process became delicious and crisp.
Convenient and quick to get food if you’re staying at the Hilton Minneapolis hotel. I did come down got the bar for takeout twice during my stay (limited menu and hours if you’re ordering room service). The artichoke dip (and bread that came with it) was so good I had it twice! The cheese curds were very delicious as well. Reasonably priced for the quality of food, especially for a nice hotel.
Came here for dinner twice while at a conference. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the kitchen - there were diverse options on the menu, including vegetarian and veggie-forward options. Both the salmon and the walleye were cooked and seasoned really nicely, and I enjoyed the surprising roasted parsnips with the asparagus and other toasted vegetables. Usually I expect hotel restaurants to be merely palatable, but both times I was pleasantly surprised. No need to go elsewhere if you are in need of a good meal.
I stopped in last week for a drink and my amazing experience has been on my mind ever since, it felt necessary to share. Brendan is the most thoughtful attentive bartender I’ve ever had! He even came up with the perfect cocktail curated just to my liking. I will only come in if he’s working!
Great service, yummy food, attentive bartenders. The lobby at Hilton Minneapolis is busy and fun all day everyday and well into the night. Despite the crowded lobby bar, we never waited for a table and service was great for breakfast, lunch and late night drinks. Cheese curds are fabulous, black bean burger is clearly made in-house (delicious), chicken BLT, soups, omelette, etc. were better than typical hotel fare.
Stayed at the hotel and ate here because we didn't want to get out in the rain. Their cheese curds were delicious, but the pork belly was the best I had ever eaten. My colleague had the squash gnocchi and raved about it. The food was well above what I usually get at a hotel.
We were staying at the Hilton. Ten 01 is the the hotel. We tried to get room service, but was told it wasn't working... so we went to the bar and ordered food to go. We started with the artichoke dip. It was sooo good! Definitely a must have. We had the rueben and the BBQ pork for dinner. So very yummy. Good size portions. The rueben came with homemade chips. The pork came with fries, slaw, and a roll. I eat from there again!
Service was excellent. Manny is a rock star. Food is also surprisingly good. I say that because sometimes hotel food can be hit or miss. I was here for a large conference and we got in fairly late but they accommodated us quickly. We also had a large group the next night and service and food were still excellent.
We just had dinner there and really enjoyed it. We had the fall corn dip appetizer and it was really tasty. We split the pecan crusted walleye and it was excellent. Our server was Amanda and she was great!! It was our first time there but we'll be back!
Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We had steak bites and pull apart bruschetta- they were both okay, nothing to rave about. Good wine and cocktails. A little pricy but we had a good time so well worth it.
I was craving a fried chicken salad and couldn't find a restaurant in the area that served one.I noticed that Ten 01 had the toppings I wanted so I called to ask if they could put something together for me. The manager was very accommodating and told me it wouldn't be a problem at all On top of that, I told them I was in a bit of a hurry and had to leave for work soon. He said they would have it ready in 15 minutes and it only took them 10. And the salad was GREAT! Thanks again to the manager, chef, and bartender of Ten 01 for helping me out in a pinch.
Update: breakfast buffet was great on Saturday. Staff very friendly & respectful, as always! My daughter enjoyed the burger, my colleagues & I enjoyed the drink. Breakfast was good, but we expected a buffet option & didn't find it. The staff are friendly and nice. They just need to be transparent about Breakfast schedule, the staff told me they don't know when they do or don't offer it. Also dinner tables are close to bar, i sat w my child, the TV didn't have kids friendly program on...that's a big NO for me, there was WWE on.
Stooped in after a conference for dinner. Our server was Emily, she was good but shirt and direct (which isn't always a bad thing). The margaritas were great and the beer was cold. We had the cheese curds and soup. The cheese curds were good with the sauce. We also had the chicken wild rice soup that was great. We were able to sit and chat after without being bugged to leave right away. We would definitely come back.
Ten01 Social is a great place to get a great cup of coffee (Starbucks) and a quick bite to eat. Service is fast and friendly! My Latte was made perfectly and they warm your breakfast danishes which makes them extra delicious. My raisin danish was not too sweet, really soft inside, flaky outside and I could really taste the real butter! Ten01 Social is located just inside the Hilton front doors on the right side. It’s a great start to the day when there’s no time to sit down and you’re in a hurry. They do offer a “breakfast bundle” for $11 (cup of reg. coffee & a breakfast egg sandwich). They do have outdoor seating in nice weather. They have many snack items along with sandwiches, cookies and cakes. They all looked pretty fresh and packaged nicely. The place was kept clean and had all the typical stocked coffee and tea condiments. Prices are comparable to other coffee houses in the area.
Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired as it's basically in a hotel lobby, and it is pricey, but the food was excellent - as were the drinks.
A little bit over priced. But the BBQ pork belly is good…
Great service, great food.
Good wait staff. Overpriced steak for the meat quality. If you are looking for steak, go next door to Ruth's Chris instead. It was okay though if you are a patron in the hotel and just don't feel like going out. It is up to you to remember to ask for your Hilton Honors discount. They didn't mention it.
Good food, but the appetizer and kids meal came out after the entrees, even though they were ordered first, and it was a long wait for our server to pick up our payment. Would still go again if it was convenient.
The service was excellent and the atmosphere inviting. I only got dessert there however and it was not good in my opinion. It was a piece of Apple bread pudding and it was dry. Possibly it was not a fresh bake but I only ate a few bites then tossed it unfortunately. I'm sure the regular food was good but I say no to that dessert :-(
We ate dinner here before going to a concert at Orchestra Hall across the street. We are glad we made reservations since the hotel / restaurant was very busy. We shared several nice appetizers and each had a bowl of soup. The food was excellent and the servers and staff were efficient, friendly and attentive. The large space can be noisy so we chose a more quiet spot for easier conversation.
Based solely on drinks and the bar area. We didn't go to the dining area. We stayed at the Hilton for a convention for two nights and came for drinks on a few occasions. The staff was very friendly for the most part. We had one or two servers that were less attentive and polite but overall the rest of the staff was great. If you sat at the bar you were served promptly but if you sat at a table in the bar area there was regularly an excessive amount of time spent waiting to be served. They could've been understaffed for the crowd there. Based on the fact that they have large groups regularly staying for conventions, though, I think they should know to add an extra employee or two. Overall it is a good place to go for a drink and I would absolutely try a meal there.
Bar at the Hilton with a full dinner menu. Butternut Gnocchi was just ok. Ribeye steak was pretty good, but not great. Dinner roll was good. As 1 glass of wine and to have a $100 meal. They were out of the Italian Bombe dessert at 7 pm. Really good service, but the food was not worth the pricing.
Small shop in the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel. Basic breakfast and lunch grab and go options, and full service espresso and coffee drinks. Staff is friendly and efficient. Wish there were more food options though...
I am a guest at the hotel and tonight is my last night here. I ordered a rare steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus to bring back up to my room. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the meal. The steak I received had no pink spots and was far from being considered rare. It lacked seasoning and overall did not meet my expectations. When you order a rare steak, you expect a certain standard which was not met in this case. The steak was more medium than rare and lacked any seasoning, making it difficult to enjoy. Despite my disappointment, I did not send it back as it was our last night and I did not have the time or energy to deal with it. Fortunately, we had some snacks and other food in the room to make up for the disappointing meal. It was not just the fact that the steak was not rare, but the lack of seasoning and the tough texture made it almost inedible. I regret not sending it back and paying for a meal that went mostly uneaten. I hope for improvement in the future and recommend learning how to properly cook a steak.
Ummmm…I paid $18 for this ‘chicken bacon flatbread’. I’m not saying it was bad but, it tasted exactly like when I make it at home. And I paid $18?! I’m not even sure what to say. And…service is way slow and the workers are super rude. Ridiculous.
Skip this bar and definitely skip the restaurant. They are inside the Hilton which is beautiful but the bartenders aren't knowledgeable and the restaurant looks like a hospital. Staff are friendly but it just can't compete with everything downtown Minneapolis has to offer.
Came in at 3pm on a busy Saturday and there was literally nobody to be found behind the bar. I watched and waited as several people came and left. The other disappointment was the price. One beer was nine dollars the same as a shot of well whiskey. Kinda lame.
They were out of mashed potatoes so i had to get fries, and the steak was extremely salty. The portion for the price wasn't satisfactory. The only reason I ate there was for the convenience of location, inside the hotel.
Food was good, service was pretty bad. Took a long time for a bartender to show up, when he did he acted as if he genuinely hated his job. If you pay with a credit card, keep your receipt. My wife and I had two entree's, one glass of wine and a soda, and I remember the total being well under $100 with tip, however the card company said the bill was $16.95 and the tip I left was $87.28 for a total of 104.23. something definitely fishy was going on.
The prices are insane. Makes the airport seem like Costco. Talking 10 bucks for a bottle of water. Totally nuts. Also understaffed and thus slow service
The Coffee bar will not serve a Venti Cold brew. So I went elsewhere.
Food was terrible! The walleye was pathetically small and over cooked, burger that followed was hardly an improvement or replcement. Cocktails were OK = average. Place was full of very loud "salesmen" full of their own egos and clearly all too happy to be away from home and their wives. Loud and obnoxious atmosphere.
Asked for a well done burger, they burnt it!! Husband asked for medium well his was well done. Ordered their Ten 01 punch and had to have it remade because it tasted like a straight shot of vodka. I would rather eat at Burger King or Mc Donald’s and pay a quarter of the price.
The food was below average, and the service was horrific. It took 20 for me to see a server after they told me to sit. The burger I had was worse than fast food and twice the price. Considering the other places around I am surprised that the Hilton has let them continue to do business.
My parents made a reservation for our family of four using the OpenTable app, but when we arrived on time, we were told that no reservation existed because the restaurant doesn't accept reservations. After explaining how they booked through the OpenTable app, we were informed that Ten 01 doesn't accept reservations from OpenTable. Perhaps the manager should contact OpenTable to resolve this issue.
The server was good, but the food was by far the worst food I have ever had in my entire life. The wings were bloody and extremely undercooked, which was inedible. The 12 oz ribeye steak looked and tasted like a skirt steak. For $45, I was hoping it would hit the mark or at least taste like steak I could get on a taco at a pop-up stand. It was a shame because I thought I would have a romantic dinner with my wife before we go to the orchestra, but we would have been better off going to a gas station. It is and was very disappointing. I hope this restaurant can turn around and make some much needed changes.
The host was the best part of this whole thing. The waitress and the bus boy argued with the person trying to seat us because we didn't want to be in the full bar for our dinner. And the food was atrocious, one of us didn't even get what he ordered. I would strongly suggest finding a different restaurant unless you want to get drunk. Thanks host guy for being so kind in my birthday.
Food & dessert is not bad, but if you give your room number & want to pay by credit card they charge both. Now I'm miles away & they won't fix it. Big scam!
