LOVE this bakery! OMG.... Everything is so good here. The coffee, the matcha iced lattes, the pastries, the food! On our last visit Jacob and Bishop helped us out. They were so nice and helpful! They really went out of their way to show great customer service! My daughter and I both had an iced matcha latte and we added vanilla and lavender to them. For our food we got the Via Havana sandwich with french fries. The sandwich and the fries were absolutely delicious. The other item we got was the breakfast Croque Madame. An open face egg sandwich and this one we got with the cubed potatoes. This one was also delicious. My daughter and I shared these two things. We have also had their ham and cheese croissants and their almond pastries, and both are out of this world! We would highly recommend Pandor.
The food is excellent. I enjoyed the Salmon Benedict. Was delicious. I will try the crepes next time. The menu is impressive. French bistro style with an excellent fresh bread selection. Also the pasties look good too. As a side note, we had a problem with our order. The manager came over and took care of us. I was impressed. He earned our respect and we definitely appreciate his professionalism. Now we know they look out for their customers. We also found out this is a family owned business and they have tremendous pride in the food they prepare, and how they care for their customers. Yeah we’ll keep coming back.
Went here for lunch this week and we came in about an hour before closing. When we arrived they were already closing up the patio seating out front, so if you're hoping to sit outside be sure to arrive before then. Unless you're alright with asking them to bring seating out for you, as they did that for a customer when we were there. I had the Via Havana Sandwich, and I enjoyed it but I wouldn't say it's the best I've had. My sister got the Poulet & Champignon Savory Crêpe, and it was Delicious! I wished I got a crêpe instead of the sandwich. We got the salad for the side, next time I'll try the fries. I very much enjoy their iced Chai Tea with whole milk and my sister really enjoyed their Honey Lavender Latte (I believe with almond milk). I definitely plan on returning to try their pastries as they looked scrumptious! The interior is so cute and I loved the French music playing (some of my favorites came on while we ate). If you're looking for a relaxed place to drink coffee and do some work it's a great spot. Expect to spend $20+ for a meal with a drink though, if you're looking for a budget friendly spot this might not be the best unless you're looking for a quick pastry.
Great little bistro hidden in a tiny strip mall off of Crown Valley Pkwy. Had the Parisian Omelette, coffee and a couple macarons. Everything tasted great and the employees were super friendly. I will be back!
Already OPEN!!! I visited the new place in Mission Viejo. I recommend it. I usually go to the Irvine location but the great quality of the products and the friendly environment are the same. French pastries, great cappuccinos and espressos. I love the Florentine Benedicte on beingnets and the almond croissants among many other of their delicious offers.
Love this cafe. My go to is the horchata latte with almond milk and the scrambled egg sandwich on a croissant. The staff is always very friendly and the music is played at a decent level. Definitely a great place to co work from.
Awesome new place! Good food and vibe. I ordered the Parisian omellette, the OMG latte, and the freshly squeezed orange juice, and all were good. Their collection of breads and pastry is mouth watering as well

Order at the counter, then they deliver the food to your table. Nice atmosphere without door seating and great selection of things to eat!
A suitable place to have breakfast and enjoy various and delicious foods and desserts with friends. Hugh recommend French toast and Parisian omelet.
Pandor Bakery & Café in Mission Viejo is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a beautiful, warm, and inviting setting that immediately makes you feel welcome. The display cases are simply stunning — an extensive array of freshly baked breads, pastries, desserts, and treats that make it nearly impossible to choose just one. Everything looks and tastes exceptional, reflecting true craftsmanship and quality. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the leadership and staff. The store managers — especially the French-speaking manager — along with the entire team, enthusiastically greet every customer with genuine warmth and professionalism. They are a real class act and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Their energy, hospitality, and pride in their café elevate the entire experience. Mission Viejo is fortunate to have such a wonderful establishment serving the community. Bravo, Pandor Bakery & Café — I’ll most certainly be back!
Second time I've eaten here. Food was really good the first time and Bishop made the BEST cortado EVER!!! Friendly and personable staff (Jacob greeted with a smile and super helpful) - definitely recommend.
The lavender coffee was amazing. Overall their Bakery is fabulous they really didn't get any breakfast food other than a piece of Bakery food
I absolutely love this bakery! The coffee is amazing and everything tastes so good. Highly recommend!

This is a cute place with tolerable food, but the seating was designed by a non-professional. It seems crowded even when there aren't many people there. One must summon the staff to bus the tables. My chicken pesto panini was below grade - way too much pesto. And I love pesto. The bottom of the sandwich was black - having been left too long on a fryer. My wife's panini was superior which raised the food to a 4-star from a 2-star. There is a weird access to this place as you drive through a gas station and around back to the parking area.
It's really good. I love there onion soup. The savory crepes are delicious. My favorite crepe was the spinach. The reason for the low stars you ask? I just didnt know where to say it but there is no sink in the bathroom!? I dont know where people are washing there hands but... no sink? I found out after I ate my food unfortunately. I hope the install a place to wash have their customers wash their hands soon.
Ordered Newporter breakfast, Frangipane Almond Toast, 16 oz Drip brew coffee, and a cup of hot water. The food had generous portions (pretty big), and quite tasty but the almond toast was just a bit sweet IMHO. Note 1: Somehow was not able to connect to it's wifi, but fortunately was able to connect to the next door's cava free wifi Note 2: Charged for a cup of hot water ($1) Overall it's quite satisfactory and likely coming back when I'm in the neighborhood again.
We visited Pandora Bakery for breakfast and overall had a very pleasant experience. I ordered the Lebanese breakfast (three eggs, well done, served with a fresh salad, cream cheese, and a baguette) and my wife had the Eggs Benedict. Both were very satisfying. The eggs in my meal were cooked exactly how I like them, and the baguette was fresh and tasty — I ate every bite. Her Benedict was rich and well balanced, and complemented nicely by her hazelnut latte. I also had an iced coffee, which was smooth and refreshing — a great pick-me-up to start the morning. Service was quite fast. Everything came out promptly, which we appreciated given how busy the place felt. The one thing I wondered about was the coffee: we had to pick up our own drinks. That felt a little off to me, since when you're tipping it would feel more natural for everything to be served. It wouldn’t change how much we enjoyed the food, but it is something that might affect the customer experience for some. All in all, we really enjoyed our breakfast at Pandora Bakery. The food was fresh, delicious, and well executed, and the coffee was very good. Thank you for a lovely morning — we’ll definitely be back.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pandor is a hidden gem! My wife fell in love with the Paradise De Caramel, made with almond milk—it was absolutely perfect. The pastries, especially when warmed, are delicious and clearly made with care. What really made the visit stand out was the service. The young man who helped us was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged with our questions about the menu. It’s so refreshing to interact with someone who brings good energy and doesn’t treat the experience like just another transaction. Between the tasty treats, warm drinks, and welcoming atmosphere, Pandora is a must-visit spot. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a French toast, Chicken and mushroom crepe, with two coffee drinks. The French toast was as expected and was good. Unfortunately, the chicken and mushroom crepe was not palatable. I was expecting the crepe to have a soft and chewy exterior, but it was crunchy as if it was left on high heat for too long. Then the filling of chicken and mushroom was very disappointing. The filling of the crepe was lukewarm to the touch and almost cold in my mouth, and I all I could taste was salt, fat and grease. Needless to say my appetite was ruined I didn't finish my food. If you come to this place stick with coffee and baked goods, or maybe you'll have better luck than me with a different type of crepe.
I’ve been to Market place and mission viejo location. Staff are friendlier in Mission Viejo. Their pastries are pretty good but the price and value balance are little off— meaning over priced. My latte and 3 pastries came close to $40. Place is cute but as I said before, this location isn’t friendly. Cafe latte was ok

Some of the staff are extremely strange (except for the French woman). I order food from them very often, but if I talk to anyone other than the French woman, my order turns into a quest where I have to explain what I want to order each time with new conditions. I always order french fries separately, not as a side dish, but as a separate dish at full price. The food is delicious, but the service from some of the staff leaves much to be desired. So, if you order food and hear a French accent, your order will be fine; if it's someone else, be sure to double-check your order on the spot. This time, for the full price of a separate dish of french fries, they gave me less than half the portion. I understand that these are minor things, but it happens every time if the French woman doesn't take your order. They constantly forget the sauces, and the price for the same dish constantly changes, sometimes $17, sometimes $26. (But the service provided by the French woman is always excellent; she is very attentive to your order, very responsive and pleasant.)
beautiful decoration and good services, but the desserts are disgusting, high price for garbage, literal, unpalatable, carrot cake is dry, the cream without absolute flavor simply looks like pure butter, the cake opera is a simple tiramisu and millefuile waooo where do I start cream without flavor and the half cooked puff pastry was pale, you couldn't bite or cut it, horrible Not crunchy not creamy tasteless, their desserts are very far from French pastries or any respectable pastries, I would like my money back I wasted my money in garbage, as if they were supermarket desserts. Looks are deceiving.

I would eat more often if service wasn't so very slow.
