Another visit with no complaints, staff is always friendly and courteous. The coffee hot or cold gets the job done for that morning wake up call you need. The food is simple but delicious. Great location and I enjoy coming here with or without the family.
I will say that the service here for me has been top notch. Employees have been great. Even tonight it's been a joy talking to the lady who took my order. The store was remodeled in the last month. Starbucks helped pioneer an experience getting your coffee. Their vision was getting your coffee for the day was something you look forward to. And encouraging you to stay in their stores a while. And let me say for this Starbucks after the remodel lacks all of that, in my opinion. It's just an area to pick up your order now. There's some warmth in the back wall of wood and warm colors. But there's no sign boards. You better have your app on you otherwise you're going to be guessing what you want. There are no chairs except for a bench to wait on. It feels warmly sterile. It's not inviting. It's just get your coffee and get out. I would say this remodel was actually a downgrade. I'm glad the employees get more room at least.
Love the Starbucks location. It's like 5 minutes from my house. Always have the stuff I love in stock: Jade Citrus Mint with steamed lemonade & peppermint syrup, pumpkin loaf, chocolate croissant, and spinach feta wrap. The team is super quick! Excellent and fast service. I come here to study and attend work meetings because of the free wifi (great quality, not laggy). Drive thru is long but it moves quickly; if you hate waiting or have no patience, by all means come inside and meet the staff. They're great and will accommodate you if you haven't gotten your drink yet. Please be mindful that they are working quickly to get your order out to you. We all need to work together as a community during these harsh COVID times.
Great Starbucks. It wasn't filled with noisy people hogging tables. It was clean and The staff was quick and professional. I did the app order and most Starbucks automatically put sugar in my tea 80% of the time when I don't request it. (Starbucks has to be one of the biggest pushers of sugar in the US.) Anyway, tea was perfect and ready ahead of schedule.
Very welcoming as soon as I walked in and helped me get the correct seasonal item that I had forgotten the name of🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤪😋😋😋
First off this place was great when it was a sit down and menu available to view. Now it’s more of a grab and go, if you don’t know the menu you’re out of luck. Service is good but if you go inside to pick up it seems that they couldn’t care less about you. I have to say a big thumbs up to KEVIN he is always at the window working with a smile and giving such great service. I will continue to go here for a fast pick up but if I want to enjoy my coffee I will have to go to your sister store on sienna ranch.
Drive through and walk up only. No seating. Traffic in the parking lot is beyond terrible. Traffic on the street is terrible as well. Poor choice of location. Service was quick enough but they might as well have been robots.
I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato from this Starbucks location, but the drink had almost no caramel at all. It tasted mostly like milk, and the caramel flavor was barely noticeable. I order the same drink every morning from different Starbucks locations, and it’s usually made correctly. Unfortunately, this time the quality was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience
The drinks here are a hit or miss this place just sucks sometimes this the 3rd time I get a coffee here and dont even drink it
Got rid of half the menu! How the hell are you going to get rid of half of the best drinks you offer?
I came to this location last Friday and the guy that working the drive thru had HORRIBLE customer service and rushed me off. He basically didn’t fix my order right.
I got more ice than coffee. The wait for one drink was too long. No one smiles, not friendly.
I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks—until now. One of the employees at this location is consistently rude and passive-aggressive. I’ve interacted with her more than once, and each time she’s made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Most recently, I asked politely for more oat milk (which I had already been charged for), and instead of helping, she walked away and snapped, “If you wanted a latte, you should’ve asked for a latte.” I was respectful and calm the entire time, and I have no issue paying for what I need—but I do expect basic courtesy in return. She’s a petite woman with curly hair and glasses, and unfortunately, her attitude stands out in all the wrong ways. Eye rolling, dismissive behavior, and an overall hostile demeanor—this isn’t what I expect from a Starbucks team member. If she’s unhappy working here, maybe it’s time to reconsider whether customer service is the right fit. This is the only Starbucks where I’ve encountered this kind of issue, and it’s disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because it affects the overall experience.
What a strange concept to have an interior with no seating! Why not just make it drive-thru only? I found out the hard way after placing a mobile order that there is no place to sit and work inside. The food I ordered was cold, and the coffee was warm at best. Avoid this location if you can.
If I can give this place a zero I would I bought two medicine bowls, one for me and one for my wife and they were made improperly like they just didn’t have anything in it but lemon and water. I went back to the location to have them remade and the manager basically told me there’s nothing she can do to help you. Didn’t catch her name but she was a short lady, and she just brushed it off like it was nothing. 👎 for Starbucks. Customer Lost
Every time I come to pick up my online order, the employees seem like they’re always in a rush. I understand they’re trying to get orders out as fast possible because the lines are long but not even a simple hi ? Some of the employees always seem to have an attitude. The girl at the drive thru specifically has forgotten my food items before so seeing her again in a rush to get me out of drive thru with an attitude was upsetting as we said hi and she said bye to us after handing out half of our order. We waited for her to come back to the window and told her we were missing items. She handed us our missing items, however we came home to find out we were missing sauces. It’s very inconvenient and upsetting to be such loyal customers of this establishment and be treated that way. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again, Dutch bros down the street has better customer service despite their long lines.
