Came here after an opera presented by Modesto Opera at the State theater a few blocks away, featuring my son as Prince Charming. It was recommended by a member of the audience who overheard me talking to another of my sons. We started with calamari and steak bites appetizers, both were delicious and satisfying. Two of the four of us imbibed, the prince had a bacon old fashioned, my other son a Sierra Nevada. 2 us had the Firestacked burgers, medium rare. The only issue was that both of them were more in the range of medium to medium well. The flavors and presentation were excellent. We also had a steak salad and the Fresh Catch pasta. Everyone was happy with their meals and plans on coming back to Fuzio on our next trip to Modesto. Hopefully it won't be in 30 years, my previous visit here. Our waiter took very good care of us and the restaurant was clean, well organized and comfortable.

Very good food and excellent service. The waitress was very polite and helpful. I had the firecracker tacos which were delicious as well as the creme brule. 100% would do again!

This review is a long time coming. I’ve been going to Fuzio’s for a decade. I live 2000 miles away and to this day when I come home to Modesto I have to stop at Fuzio’s. Their Firecracker Pork Fusilli is one of my favorite dishes in the actual world. Do not pass this place up. This post was made in connection with a Toast promotion.

Still a good place for quick tasty food. Gotten expensive though. $39 for 8 slice of round beef or 8 Oz. With potatoe au gratin and green beans. I can not eat that much food. We try to share. And no left overs to take home.

Loved this place. I'm in Modesto for work and decided to come. So glad I did. My steak tri-tip was so juicy and delicious. Wine options were on point and service was quick and friendly. Will be back if I'm ever in town again!

Bomb! Steak cooked perfectly. Lamb prepared perfectly. Drinks were amazing. Perfect place to go before or after the movies which are right across the street.

I am not sure what to call this place. It is great, that is for sure, but it sort of looks like a nice diner and sort of like a bar. It has a separate space for large groups and sits right in Downtown. You might think it loud, but it is not. It serves food from everywhere and all of it is good. So, I'll just call it one of the best places in Modesto to eat. We love this place. It is fun and the food is amazing. There is parking in a lot next door and there are places to walk before or after eating. You can eat inside or out. The deliver, have pick up and take away. The place is very clean and just super fun looking. Again, we love it. We have been a couple of times now. Try all of their starters--really do that. Their lettuce wraps are never boring, filled with firecracker marinated chicken, portobello mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrot-ginger salad, sweet chili sauce and spicy hoisin sauce--oh ya. The baked brie dip is so tasty, but heavy so be careful, with sautéed garlic, onion and fresh thyme baked and served with crisp crostinis. Share this one. Their shoe string potatoes with thyme and roasted garlic aioli are worst tossing the diet. They are crispy and I love the garlic. Now, the pan seared brussels sprouts I can and will live without. I don't like them, but my husband thinks they are great. Personally, I save their bacon wrapped dates for desert. They are perfect after dinner. The grilled ribeye is our favorite steak there, it has 14oz certified angus beef seasoned with garlic, and ancho chili, and russet mashed. Get that rare. It is the best. The King salmon and the tri tip are also on our top list for great. The service is ever so nice here and you will have a great time. Have fun.

I just want to say that the food was extraordinary. Wow! It was my wife’s birthday and we had many selections of places we wanted to try out. We decided to try out Fuzio’s and wow what a great we had decided upon for our celebration. We made reservations because this was our first time at the restaurant and we weren’t sure how busy it was going to be. We were hungry and we did not know what we were in for this evening. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates and they were galactic. The Brussels sprouts were so darn good Nd I have never eaten sprouts that tasted that good til I tried Fiuzio’s version. The wraps were so (curse word) delicious I could eat that all night. By the time we ordered our main dish we were stuffed but managed to get in. Bite of the extra napkin burger and the cambazola burger. Oh my God, it was so perfect you that I snuck in a bite at home before my teenager son invaded Normandy and claimed it’s his own. The fries should not be made any other way than how Fuzio makes them. The stringy, crunchy, salty mound of delicious carbs was beyond…Thank you for having us on my wife’s special day!
