This was our first time in here and it won’t be our last. We are already wanting to go back and we just had it 30 minutes ago. My husband got the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and he said it was super flavorful and he loved that the pepperoni was grilled on it, too. My daughter and I shared a Club #8 bowl. It was so much food and absolutely delicious! We are doing keto and find that eating a sub in a bowl normally isn’t worth it at other places but it’s definitely worth it here. The atmosphere was great and everyone was super nice. We will be back very soon!

First time having subs here for the Philly cheese steak sandwich and was not disappointed, enjoyed evening dinner with the homies. Chill place would come back to try other sandwiches

THE BEST JERSEY MIKE’S I have ever eaten in! Clearly. Helpful and cheerful employees! But the sandwich!! A+++ My husband and I share a #64 EVERY TIME we eat at various Jersey Mike’s which is the large mushroom, onions, and peppers grilled. We always ask for extra veggies and cook them extra long. This time all the extras were definitely extra ! Hands down the best JM we’ve ever been to! So satisfied we gave $5 in the tip jar which we NEVER do!

Sandwich ingredients are fresh & made to order your way, or "Mike's way". We had the #13 &#9. Both were popping with flavor, meat & cheese portions are generous. The #13 is absolutely my favorite of the two. Added mayo & mustard. JM is my new favorite in town for a sandwich. Blows away Togo's in quality, flavor & price.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's! The freshest meats, hand sliced for each sandwich. Cheese that doesn't taste rubbery like other sub places. Delicious soft bread, bacon that's always crispy, the freshest veggies! Lettuce and peppers that are still crunchy! And ohh that blend of oil, vinegar and seasonings that make it come all together! All prepared fresh right in front of your face. A little pricey, but you pay for the quality, it's worth it. I can't wait until they come to my town, I'm going to go broke eating there!

We ordered a large catering order from Jersey Mike’s for a staff meeting and were greeted promptly upon arrival. The team let us know they were just finishing up our order, offered us water while we waited, and even asked if we wanted any sides for our sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness and friendliness anywhere these days—truly an outstanding experience!

I ordered the Club Sub. No mayo. Had to ask for mustard. Very fresh sandwich, hands down. Didn't really care for the shredded lettuce, but that is the style of Jersey Mike's. Service was good, but the 1st person took my order differently with the person behind me. Could have asked if I would like to substitute another cheese or item. This also is a Pepsi products only for drink selection. I'm a Coca Cola loyalist. Settled for Lemonade. Going back for the sandwhich for sure. Would like to see Sun Chips and other options for chips. The location is tucked away by Habit Burger.

From the outside it’s a bit hard to find and looks small but once you step inside the restaurant is big and has plenty of room which was great to eat in. Staff was incredible it was my first time didn’t know what I wanted and they gave me a new go to sandwich. Great portions idk if it was because it was my first time but this location does not skimp out.

Love, love, loved this Jersey Mike’s! There was a brown guy with a mustache who made my order, the Italian. It was super good and he was super nice and funny. I’ll definitely come back to this one. Great atmosphere and customer service!

Hubby and I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike's ever since our first visit. However, the customer service varies from location to location. However, at this particular location, it is above expectation. Their price is definitely affordable. Quality of food: A+ Quality of service: A+ Price: Affordable

I did enjoy the sandwich but I felt like The Big Kahuna just had too many jalapeños on it. I like some heat on my food but it was just a massive mouthfull of peppers drowning out the delicious flavors of the sandwich. The jalapeños had a very delicious pickling that complimented the sandwich but eating that many at one time just started hurting my stomach.

I was so excited to have a Jersey Mike's in Modesto after enjoying the location in Tracy several times. I ate at the new Modesto location a few months ago and it was 6 stars. I ate there today and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I asked for all of the peppers and pepper relish. When I was almost halfway through the sub, I realized that they didn't add the pepper relish. Also, the Tracy location had the best fresh brewed Iced tea I've ever had in a restaurant. This location had none!!!! Also, the Modesto location is already starting to skimp on the meats. I may give it another chance, but I'm still stunned that after getting the best sub ever a few months ago, now I get THIS?!!! SAD!!!

Went to this location today for the first time. The store was clean and neatly kept. The customer service was not great. The lady making the sandwiches stared at me for a few minutes before letting me know she could help me whenever I was ready. Then she took my order and I let her know what I wanted 3 times and the sandwich was still wrong. Under their toppings it just says peppers so I asked what kind of peppers they had and she was rude and said, "the peppers that are normally on a philly cheesesteak". I was confused because in the case you only see the jalapeno peppers and pepperocinis. The second lady that was at the register was super nice, so that was a relief. I order a chipotle philly with steak, but ended up with a regular chicken philly. Im pretty sure they mixed up my sandwich with someone else's because there was mushrooms on my sandwich, that I didnt ask for. I didnt even know you could get them on the sandwich cause they weren't in the case or on the board as a topping. Either way, the sandwich was still very delicious. They mixed up my mom's sandwich also and had to stop us before we left with it to switch it out. And they didnt offer us a bag even though we got two combos to go. Overall it was a mediocre experience. Just glad the food tasted good.

My son was excited to show me this new place in town. I had had Jersey's Mike recently for the first time in Sunol. At this location I ordered 4 regular Chicken Bacon Ranch subs regular... my son liked his. I dislike mine. The chicken all chopped up and rubbery, the bacon was all I tasted. I disliked the White American Cheese as well is was mostly what I saw in my sub, a melted glob of cheese. I was dissatisfied with it all. The service team were very friendly!
