I was only disappointed that they no longer have biscuits and gravey. *updated review Three Months After 1st Review: They now have biscuits and gravey on their menu, however you must ask for extra gravey, they only come with about One-Tow Tablespoon(s) of Gravey on each biscuit which is kinda strange. Emily is also a very good Waitress.

IHOP was great, service and waitress were good, long wait. I assume they were short staff. Nothing new nowadays. Omelet was huge can be shared by 2 people. Strawberry crepe was amazing. Restaurant was clean and well lit, Highly recommended.

Go to breakfast will be always IHOP! Food is always good and fast serving! Location: It is located near Woodbury Commons. We always go here before we shop around! The interior is typical IHOP, there is a lot of parking as well. Service: 3rd time coming here and we always have nice employees. Always ask us if we need something. Food: I always order the BREAKFAST SAMPLER because it has everything ham, sausage, bacon, grits and plus they ask you how you like your eggs cooked! It comes with pancakes as well! Well their PANCAKES were good! I hope they bring back the flavored syrups tho! FUNNY FACE: for kids who loves chocolate, this is soo good! Price rating: 5/10, it was not bad for the price. I will definitely come back for breakfast before shopping at the outlet!

Unfortunately, for being a restaurant supposedly known for its pancakes, they were one of the weakest elements of the meal we had there. Both members of our party ordered some variation of pancake, either regular or silver dollar. All the pancakes arrived cold (perhaps room temperature, at best), and tasted as if made from a watered down mix. The omelet was relatively flavorless, except for the saltiness. The avocado toast, topped with eggs and red pepper flakes, also was rather tasteless. The table next to our booth had used and dirty dishes on it from the time we arrived until after we left. The restaurant was not busy, as there were plenty of seats available for the duration of our visit, so the lack of cleanliness and tidying up was a turn off. The original utensils we received had crusted food on them, making us request new ones and wondering about their cleanliness, as well. All said, apart from friendly service, there was not much that was redeeming about this excursion.

I’m a Latina woman Spanish speaker and I recently visited this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the poor and somewhat rude service I received from a server (who was not Hispanic). I felt uncomfortable throughout my visit. When I asked for salsa and chili—perhaps not using the exact terms—she corrected me out loud in an arrogant tone, which made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. The food was excellent (a 10/10), but the service was a zero.

Arrived at 115pm and was told it would be 10 minute wait as I observed people leaving and tables become available no one staff member would clean them off and seat the next guest this place has become very terrible as of late manager walking around observing and not managing in my opinion would I come again maybe not for a couple of months.

I come all the time and this was absolutely the worst service I had ever had anywhere. It was two pm no wait, approximately 5 tables in the restaurant and two servers on. It took about 15 minutes for our server Sophia to even come to the table. Once she did she asked what we wanted to eat not a hi or what we would like to drink just “what do you want to eat”. As we ordered she seemed confused as to things we were asking about. I asked for a coffee on the specials menu as well as an order of pancakes, an order of sausage and a hash brown. We were told she’d be right back with our drinks however it took 20 minutes for her to return, she told me they did not have the specialty coffee and instead just brought me a black coffee. I was fed up with the wait times so I asked for our food to be cancelled, I was then told that the food was already ready. The food came out and my hash-browns were burnt, I was told she’d get me a new one however it was barely edible. I am a server myself and it’s so disheartening to be treated with such disregard when clearly there was no need, I understand if it is busy but she only had 3 tables. There was also no manager to be found. Sophia needs to be better trained or simply moved down a position, no server should be on the floor not being attentive to tables.
