It's usually good for fast food. Sometimes they over toast the buns, or whatever they do to them, because it looked nearly burnt plus was hard and dry. Their fries are almost always good, but if you go at off times you may need to ask them to make fresh ones or they will be absolutely awful.

If they ever get your drive thru order correct it would be a miracle. Would you like sauce for the nuggets? Why bother asking if it's never in the bag?

My main concern is the customer service is dwindling. The last two times I was here over the past few months, the employees who give you the food at the drive-through have been dismissive. On both occasions, we were handed our food and the employee didn’t even make eye contact with us. The first time felt like a fluke, but when it happened, the second time it just appeared to be a pattern of disengagement that the employees have with the customers at the delivery window. It’s one thing to offer fast service but it’s another to do so in a way completely transactional as if a robot is giving you your food. I am curious if anyone else has had this experience.

Don't do the curbside. Food was delivered to the wrong car. Waited over 15 minutes for food until the car next to me gave my order back to the workers. They brought the food back inside waited 30 seconds and brought it out to me. It was opened and re-wrapped. This location has gone down hill. Also nuggets were missing from my order. Will be going to another location...

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got a hash brown at McDonalds in Monroe, NY and they charged $3.69. Let me repeat that…$3.69! Locey Lane in Harriman and the Chester McDonalds charge $2.59. Jerry! Do better! Change this ridiculous price!

Come here often, maybe not after today’s meal. How can French fries be burned and cold? Also if I forget to ask for NO sauce no Mayo no ketchup, then I end up with a sandwich filled with Mayo and ketchup. Like to the point that it was inedible. No one wants or needs that much Mayo or ketchup on their burgers. It’s costing extra money to waste all those sauces. Please go back to your regular delicious food. Today was awful and I don’t want that again. It’s been over a year since I’ve been to McDonald’s now because their food was terrible. The service is worse. I just tried them again and went through the drive through, waited for two others in front of me to be served and drive away just to pull up to the window and be told that I needed to pull around the other side to park in spot 2.. There was NO ONE behind me waiting but I still had to pull back around away from the exit and as soon as I pulled into spot 2 the woman was already outside with my food! That wasn’t necessary, to have me drive away back around waste my time for NO REASON! Then couldn’t get past the cars that where parked side by side at the ordering menu for the drive thru. They weren’t ordering they were talking to each other. Why do they make you drive around and wait when the food was less than 30 seconds from being handed to me through the window. One of your employees then has to take my food out to the parking when I could have just gotten my food through the window and then left. There are so many reasons why I won’t be back to this McDonald’s ever again. The food was cold and not even delicious. NEVER AGAIN!

Maybe one in 10 times they get the order correct. Ordered a sausage, cheese, egg mcmuffin. And once again I received a sausage and cheese mcmuffin on a dried out, hard muffin that was more than likely microwaved. Half the employees can't seem to be able to get your order to show up on the drive thru screen so it's a crap shoot as to whether they got your order correct.

A woman came in because she ordered pancakes for her daughter thru the drive through and they forgot to put syrup in the bag. The employee handed her a syrup and she asked if she can have a second one, the employee said so rudely, No! You have to pay for the second one. The customer got so upset and left mad. To me, great costumer service would have been for the employee to explain that it only comes with one and any extra will be a charge but here’s the second one for the inconvenience for us not putting any in the bag. BOOM! She would have been a happy customer and knowing that next time a second one will have to be paid for. What, it would have cost Mc Donalds 10 cents? to keep a customer happy and coming back. I went up to the counter and bought two syrups to give to the lady. Explaining to the employee that she should have just gave her the second syrup, like for real! Her knowing that I was getting it for the customer she still charged me! She’s a rude angry lady. The customer was so unbelievably happy that I brought her two syrups.

I hope manager takes time to read the reviews and do something to improve the way they treat their customers. No everyone is there to steal. I made my order when I pick it up at second window they gave me a bag I thought my whole order was there but a burger and small fries were missing so I went back to the drive through and stopped again at second window where I asked the lady I was missing the burger and small fries another guy came and said let me check the bag you have saying we probably just want free food, well I gave him the bag were my son was eating in the bag they gave me ten chicken nuggets and medium fries that comes with the burger I gave five of then to my daughter and my son ate one a some of the fries the guy took the bag and put the burger and fries missing in a new bag and never game back the rest of the fries and nuggets my son was eating si I paid almost $20 for a burger small fries and six nuggets the one who ended up stealing were them. When I was driving back my son said “mom but he took my fries and nuggets” all because the guy wanted to show an attitude when we came back for our food we already paid, he knew we weren’t stealing because they had the burger and fries in a bag ready exactly as my son asked for it only meat and cheese. So how are we going to know someone else ordered that? Makes no sense right but they rather give customers and attitude because they are the only one in the area now my kids are only getting wendys or burger king unless we are in another town.

Order a Medium lemonade and they give me a small cup again is the second time I come here and they give a small cup then I tell her to give me large and she gave me medium if you want to charge more just charge more but give the Ight size cup. I go to New Windsor McDonald’s and they give me the left size cup that is Medium.
