Monroe Taco Bell is great. Food is always hot and even large orders are complete. We tried the new steak and poblano rolled quesadilla; now one of our new favorites. The only improvement would be on the menu organization. We can spend 10 min trying to figure out how to input our order. Select an a la carte item or create a combo, which is most cost effective?
My group had a pretty big online order (6 people each with Luxe boxes) but the dudes at the window were an absolute hoot. Took it in stride, were smiling the whole time, even participated in some banter. Legitimately made it the best Taco Bell experience I think I've ever had. Orders were all correct too and everything was nice and fresh.
There's no mistakes with touchscreen ordering. You're going to get what you click on. Personally, I'm not excited that it takes out the interaction with a person, but automation is the future, so buckle up!
Very nice and clean location. I accidentally ordered at the incorrect store on the app, I have done this before, and other locations have been very rude about it. Adrian at the front was really nice about it and fulfilled my order. I love that kind of customer service!
Just wanting to shout out the Hispanic lady who I believe is the manager. Anytime I’ve ever had a mistake happen in here. The store is prompt to fix it. Today I try to order on the app and you get a free midnight Baja blast, but it wouldn’t let me. I went into the store and she just gave me the soda. Then, when I got back out to the car, I noticed that he gave me the wrong burrito I ordered. So I went back inside and they quickly made me a new burrito and let me keep the one they gave me. I’ve had a few mistakes from them before, and they’ve always been so kind and easy to take care of it. No questions asked. That’s all customer service and big chains should run their store. It’s rare these days that you get kind, polite people. She’s very kind and all the employees were also very nice. Thank you for the great service. It is appreciated.
Shayla is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, service on point. BEST customer service I have seen. I will come back just to see her. Give this girl a raise for her representation of you company, advertising the Taco bell app and more. I literally do not know Shayla before this, and I know line I should like a friend Maki g a review for a friend.... but this is real. That smile, that friendliness is rare. It's 1 am and thats wild
Service: I occasionally swing by here for a quick breakfast and usually have the pleasure of being helped by Stephanie. She is absolutely wonderful, is always helpful and has good suggestions. I’m always glad for her friendly smile. She works a ton and management should know she is doing a fantastic job! Food: I’m never disappointed by the food. Always comes as expected and they are consistent with their quality. Prices: I’m actually quite upset by how much Taco Bell has raised their prices across the board. I used to be able to grab a meal for $5 and is why I frequent Taco Bell rather than order fast food chains. However they have increased their prices so much that a Crunchwrap after tax is over $8. They don’t even show their value menu on the digital board, only on the website. It’s disappointing that they’re charging so much now but I refuse to go to other chains like McDonald’s since they’re also expensive and the quality at others is garbage. Will definitely be getting fast food less often but I think Taco Bell is still one of the few that at least uses fresh ingredients and tastes petty good.
As of recently, this location has started to fill their burritos and tacos to a decent size and I really appreciate it.
I'm just disappointed because I've been a long costumer of this place and I'm told you get the deluxe box for 8.69 in store when the promotion says for 6.99 honestly I will never be back to this restaurant because the promotion is not respected.

What can I say Taco Bell's Taco Bell the food tastes good I'm not sure if it's healthy but this one is clean and the people are nice.
They messaged up my order. The menu is very confusing. The workers are ignorant 😒 The new on line Kiosk sucks. Food wasn't as good as it could have been. Price was confusing and high. Didn't really explain clearly the tax and prices. Nobody was dining in and people rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off 🙄 Just would like the menu to clearly say what the product is and cater to those that don't frequently go there. Overall, Not a professional atmosphere or attitudes could be better presentable.
I think it's policy to now which super sucks but they asked a bunch of annoying questions including "what meat" which ended up with us getting flavorless chicken tacos since it's a bit insane of a question to ask. do they not think that if I wanted something else I might actually just...order something else?
Ordering through the drive through is terrible the workers always rush you interupt you with "would you like sour cream" after everything while your still talking and they wont shut up, give someone a minute too order, then you have to hope the food is right because they can never make any of it right. It's best to go inside but overall stop asking if anyone for sourcream
It was later in the night when I had pulled through the drive thru and I had ordered two baja blasts and forgot to make one of them a frozen baja blast, since the person who was taking my order was super fast and didnt really give me a chance to correct my mistake. When I pulled up to the window and asked to change one of the baja blasts to a frozen one, I received the nastiest look I have ever seen in my life from one of the employees. As someone who works in fast food I understand the annoyance of people changing their orders last minute, but I didn't even get enough time to fix my order at the speaker. I apologized multiple times and the girl who handed me my drink was extremely sweet but it was the one who took my order who was rude. I felt really sad and mad and bad and just wanted to change my drink :( Usually this Taco Bell has really good customer service and great food but this didn't feel good lol!
The Taco Bell in Monroe, WA, left much to be desired during my recent visit. Upon arrival, I was immediately approached by individuals asking for money, which made me feel uneasy. The restaurant itself appeared dated and lacked proper maintenance. Inside, the dining area was unclean, with sticky tables and a generally neglected atmosphere. The food was mediocre at best, failing to meet the standard I’ve come to expect from the chain. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would recommend considering other dining options in the area. JY review
Server by the drive though on 5/25 11:30 pm. Put down order before I finish ordering my food. She clearly doesn’t understand when I say “ just two chicken burritos “ and put add on chicken and tells me the burritos already made. Please the management keep it professional. Don’t send your orders down before customer finish his order and talk back say “ oh the food was already made”. That is really unacceptable. Never heard of it from any other restaurants or fast food.
Employees are good but all orders inside are done on tablets... I'm not a fan of replacing employees with screens.
Had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with a Taco Bell employee at store #035313 in Monroe WA. Whilst in the drive through and attempting to make an order, the employee made the choice to play a game with my order cutting me off before I could finish saying each item, and then following each item up with a myriad of questions for each item (Beef, chicken or steak? Sourcream? Tomatoes? Make it spicy? Is that everything? ) in a rushed paced. She did this for EVERY menu item I ordered- once at the window, her and another staff member were laughing hysterically. I have a short video as well of the final items we added to our order. I have never been to a Taco Bell where I felt so disrespected and like I was an annoyance for coming to an establishment. Since she could see I wasn’t amused, she then proceeded to say “Oh I put some of my food in when I was taking your order and I kept looking over at it.” When I didn’t laugh, she said “Oh, I thought it was funny” and slowly closed the window. While waiting for our food, we could hear the staff member proceed with this “game” to the cars behind us. I’m really understanding that people want to make their job fun, but to do it at the expense of the customer is in bad taste. I won’t be visiting this location again.
We went to go have lunch at Taco Bell today me my sister and mom got extra potato’s sauce and everything for the fiesta potato’s and normally when we order that we get the bigger plate because we pay 2x extra for our exra stuff but I’m the only one who got the bigger one and when my sister when up and asked she only got another small bowl of just potato’s and nothing else. When I went up and showed the difference of the plate between mine and my moms the employee argued with me and told me she’s never seen that before, we’ve been there multiple times and we’ve always gotten the bigger plates because we pay for our extra stuff. We also ordered a dorito taco and it had spicy sauce in it to the point where my little sister couldn’t eat it. I feel the Taco Bell employees are very disrespectful and don’t understand the concept of when people pay for extra stuff they should get it employees should not argue or have three different employees come to me.
