Yummy! 😋😍 Nice store with good service.

Great place, clean. Good food, salsa bar and beverage bar all in the eye sight. They serves alcohol too. Great polite staffs w/friendly services, quick and efficiency. Feels like you can sit there for awhile after meal. 🍴 🌯🌮

I haven't been to Baja Fresh in a while. Sadly, a few on my commute have closed. I ordered chicken fajitas, burrito, and kids meal. The sauces were so good, varied and spicy, compared to the El Pollo Loco sauces which have been eliminated and unflavored and watery. The food didn't taste only salty! Happily surprised for a fast casual. The restaurant looked and smelled clean and fresh and nice a/c and fans. Bathrooms were decent and stocked. Staff friendly and patient. It looked like they'd been sweeping and maybe had to stop before finishing to do some other duties but it was finished up. Within the parameters of a fast casual under 20/person, definitely 5 stars.

When we walked in the place was very tidy with chairs pushed in. The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and they took our order when we were ready. They have a few vegetarian items on their menu, which can be made vegan by holding the sour cream and cheese. There is a salsa bar to choose your own spicy. The impossible burrito was very tasty. Overall, I recommend this place.

Fast and extremely friendly service.. The establishment seemed cleaned and well taken care of. A little on the salty side but that was likely because of my choice of ingredients. I will definitely come back again and suggest others to come as well. A+

One good Mexican food and grill center where you can get burritos, tacos, rice bowl, nachos, Salsa with good service and in reasonable rate. Maximum occupancy during lunch time and good option to go a fast food. Service is good and staff is friendly. But cases taking time on order as they serving online orders simultaneously. Restaurant is spacious and having enough capacity to serve many people snd families. Restaurant having parking which shares it with other markets with locality.

This location appeared to be very clean and nicely run. The manager, who has been there for many years, was as nice as ever, and her food was quite delicious. My only “issue“ is it can be a little salty but other than that, very tasty

I love the Baja steak burrito. Just awesome. Sad that so many of their stores near my had closed down and I have to drive long distance to this store. Hope they consider opening more stores again.

Yummy as always! Also tried the street corn - must be eaten while it's still hot, otherwise it's kinda gross. And don't bother with the Trio - totally NOT worth 10 cents let alone $7+.

Helpful staff but a few things missing that would make the experience better. The burrito I ordered was tasty,however the meat was scarce. I'm not expecting to have nothing but meat in it,but can I have more than the little bit that was in only half the burrito! If I didn't get the order to go I would've said something then,but the young lady that took my order also made it! The other point to improve is maybe having 1 or 2 more on staff so the cashier can do cash and someone else can cook and get our order faster . Very fresh and clean.

Cake here to pick up a quick lunch. Service was friendly and fast and the food was delicious. There was a good amount of people having lunch in store. It was very clean inside and everything was well stocked. Decor is very simple and minimal, nothing fancy.

Baja Fresh is a guilty pleasure of mine. They were the original fresh, quality burrito before that other chain that rhymes with Monday. Baja Fresh has the best fresh salsa bar and everything tastes fresh.

Taco Tuesday special shrimp and wahoo tacos were tasty and reasonably priced @ $3.50 each. Stake and chicken were a little dry. However, the worker making the tacos did not wear gloves while handling the food. They also didn't give me the salsas in my Togo bag.

Went for dinner on a weekday, and found myself alone in the restaurant. Has a fair choices of Mexican fast food with choices of tacos, burritos and salads. There is separate salad bar to choose from and all foods are reasonably priced. All foods are served with nachos. The service is fast and i choose chicken nachos. The small plate looked huge to me and could not take the risk of getting a bigger platter. The food was tasty and perfectly worked with a drink besides. I would recommend this joint if you need some quick bite at late, when staying in Monrovia.

$16 for a burrito would be fine if it was 3 times the size. Unfortunately it was not. It was very good and fresh, but the prices of California fast food is out of control. I'll buy groceries and cook them up on my Hexclad cookware.

Baja Fresh has been going down hill for a while. There are only a handful of locations left. Recipes have changed and the classic flavors aren't there anymore. It still passes, but it's not the same. Service was excellent!

Food OK. It's a little more expensive than the other Mexican restaurants I usually goto. I would say the food here is middle of the road. If I are hungry and want a quick bite, this place is OK. I wouldn't seek it out.

I used to enjoy this place but recently had a chicken bowl that did not taste fresh. I feel ripped off paying so much for poor quality food. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The manager completely ignored us at the counter for at least 5 minutes without so much as a " I'll be with you in a moment" while she filled online orders. Food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing compared to other locations.

Thee fish tacos are good. I had problem with the service, cooling my heels waiting for my existence to be acknowledged. Failing that, I asked "is anyone going to take my order?" That got me purposefully ignored, so I left. Two blocks away is Rubio's where I got my tacos. Down the road is Baja Mar Fish Tacos, now my favorite.

Ordered the steak Nachos. Cheese was slightly melted on top. Rest was cold and not melted. Steak was cold and dry. Only positive was the guacamole. I haven't been to a baja fresh in years and will probably be the last. It used to be very good. Not anymore. Even the salsa bar has deteriorated.

I just went in and the cook wasn't wearing any gloves. He was putting his hands all over the food and he didn't wash his hands between stations.I couldn't eat the food I ordered after seeing him make it and I'm definitely never going back.

I was the first customer of the day and that might have been the biggest mistake I made. The food I ordered tasted like it was warmed up from last night. It did not taste fresh and lacked any fresh flavors. We ordered a bowel and a burrito. We both took one bite and had to throw it away because it was so terrible. This is not the quality I am used to from Baja Fresh. It was so terrible, I am not sure if I will use them again. I order from them at least once a month for my entire sales department. I am familiar with their quality. Very disappointing food but the people were nice.

A year ago I gave them a good review. Today not so good. The prices have gone up, And I ordered my usual Baja Steak Burrito, And the thing was only 2/3 the size that it used to be and at a higher price! No more! they were pricey to begin with but now higher prices, and less food! Judge for yourself... Update 09/27/24; today I got a baja steak burrito and two grilled fish tacos $28.00!! The burrito had a ton of tomato's and I think it had maybe a teaspoon of meat! This place gets worse by the day!

They charge way to much, my son and I ordered two orders of tacos, and they were small and 2 medium drinks they charged us $25.99: They are no where worthy of a five star restaurant. I made the remark that they weren't a Gordon Ramsy restaurant. I will never eat there again, highway robbery.
