I visited the store in Monrovia, IN. It is very clean. I have had lunch here several times. Good place for a quick sub.
This is by far the best subway I’ve ever eaten at, no kidding. Everything is fresh and tasty and the customer service is amazing.
Out of all the subways that I have been to.This has to be the most cleanest and the nicest people I have ever spoken to. They always greet you with a smile and they talk to you as soon as you walk through that door. Could not ask for a better subway. Came in during lunch rush this afternoon, line was out the door but moved quickly and efficiently. Always a friendly & clean environment and today's sandwiches were exquisite, I mean there always good but today they were the best Subway Sandwich I've ever had. 10 Stars 🌟
The staff was so nice and personal, when i sat down to eat they kept talking like i was family. They recommended me this great sandwich and it was just a really good experience.
The staff are super nice, amazing food wanted to buy ever sub they had. I got the chicken teriyaki sub. Ohhhhhh man!!! I could kill myself on it. Best subway in Indiana!!! Super cheap as well, we only spend 13 dollars got 2 sandwiches, 2 cookies, one water and softdrink!!! For 13 dollars

Our sandwiches were good but the soup wasn't yet available...? It was so nice outside we ate on their porch outside dining area. Shortly after we sat down, employees came out on porch and started smoking. Really? Likely won't return.
Overall this is a pretty good Subway. The gal running the drive through either couldn't understand me through the speaker very well or was in a rush, but seemed a bit bothered by my lack of speed while ordering. My complete order wasn't correct, but I'll give them another chance.
Hard to see off main road. Parking and getting out is horrible. The chairs inside are hard and a few unlevel. Staff was nice and friendly. Good was average for a Subway. The clean and refreshing.

Apparently it's a big deal to cut an ingredient that takes seconds. Also, the place is usually empty and not that busy. Especially in middle of nowhere farm land. Give me a break. They have to make you the sandwich the way the customer prefers. Obviously to an extent of course. But this was a very very minor task. And the look I was given was humiliating. On top of a cold sandwich when they could have put it into the MerryChef for at least 5-10 seconds. Not that hard people.
Every time we go they either get the order wrong or make sloppy sandwiches. Last time for me. It's a shame because the staff seems to be friendly and the resteraunt is always kept clean.
Not sure where to start here but here goes. This has to be the most unprofessional environment I’ve ever in countered ever. I’m not sure if the woman “helping” make sandwiches was strung out on drugs or need to be admitted. Most overly obnoxious person I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of disrespect towards what I’m assuming was the manager. While we were here both said multiple that they no longer to work here and were ready to leave. The second star literally was because the food tasted as it should. I will say this, if they were my employees both would have been fired on the spot.

I went through the drive thru and felt rushed through the whole order. Even though I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. I ordered my bowl first because my husband wasn't sure what he wanted. After finishing my order a couple seconds later I give the order for him to the lady taking the order. When I was letting her know what he wanted again felt rushed through it and made to feel like an inconvenience for ordering food from this location. One our bowls was double meat, light tomatoes, and was supposed to have nacho cheese in it. Instead I got maybe a little more then the normal amount for a regular bowl, two little pieces of tomatoe and no cheese sauce! I'm very disappointed and won't be back to this location. Not even for other services they provide other than the subway.
WILL NEVER TOAST SANDWICH. THREE TIMES FAIL. TRIED TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS BUT THEY ARE INEPT.
No allergen menu on hand. Can’t eat here if I don’t know if I can. Pretty sure it’s a law to have that on hand too but I’m no lawyer…website has 2 different menus with 2 different listings. Was hoping the actual restaurant would have an updated and accurate menu. Guess not.
Went there today for the first time. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited several minutes. After no response, we pulled up to the window. There was 1 car in front of us. They got their order and pulled away. The window was shut and no one came to wait on us. We finally turned around to go inside. Another customer was trying to turn in as we were parking. We waived them around, but they wanted our parking space. We backed up and let them have it. When we walked in, she was complaining that we were going the wrong way. I explained that we had been in the drive thru, but hadn't been waited on. The lady behind the counter told us they had asked us to wait, there were only two people working and they were busy. We told her we didn't hear anything. She let us know that no one else had that problem in a very rude manner. Another lady that worked there went outside to check and said she couldn't hear anything out there either until she reset something. By then I felt like I had been called a liar. I left and won't be retuning.
Multiple time I’ve ordered door dash and delivery from here and the same stuff always happens, sandwiches messed up and not correct wrong drinks on the orders wrong cookies it’s always something fix your stuff because this is stupid 50$ for my shit to be messed up
I think the general consensus is in. This place is low key trash. The supervisors. Are supervisors because they are good at what they do. Count on them to make you a sandwich. Tonight I just had to call.. cause my wrap is literally dunked 360 in sauce and already fell apart before I got to it. Girl on the phone said wElL yEa. HaPpeNs sOmTiMeS with wraps. I assure you, it's only happened here. The disregard for the customer here is actually laughable. I'll go the extra mile as long as I ain't gotta eat my subway with a knife and fork. Matter of fact I ain't even gonna finish this. Give me some g** d*** wrap with all this sauce before you take my money. Ain't gonna be a next time.

We were there for 28 minutes total. They should take people in the order that they come in.
