Avaliações de Portello Caffè 2 Montebello della Battaglia
The baristas are always kind, friendly, and pleasant, and it's always a pleasure to chat and joke with them. Excellent coffee. Highly recommended.
Today I was served by a red-haired bartender, and I have to say I was really pleased. She was kind and professional. I'll definitely be back!
As a loyal customer, I'm here to reiterate my positive impression of both the products and the service provided by the staff, who have always been friendly, helpful, and professional, even during the busiest and busiest times. I'd like to share this opinion again because, while it's true that there's always room for improvement in some aspect of the product range or service, I find it equally annoying and senseless to read unfounded negative reviews, especially from customers who (contrary to their own statements) were the first to display hostile attitudes toward the staff. It's one thing to leave reviews to point out potential shortcomings and potential improvements, and quite another to post reviews aimed at discrediting staff who are often put in difficulty, if not outright attacked, by the rudeness of some customers. A word to the wise...
Good choice of drinks. There is a wish to improve and make the work smoother. Good space with well organised tables. Clean. Interesting design.
A regular customer for many years now, I've always had positive experiences, from breakfast to a quick coffee at the counter or aperitivo. The service is good for a mall-style bar and the space is adequate. Last but not least, the staff has always been kind and helpful, and it pains me to read such negative reviews about people who often spend 6 or 7 days a week (including holidays) at their workplace, sometimes having to accommodate requests that are not always the most reasonable. Personally, despite the times and conditions not always conducive to working optimally, I've always received appropriate treatment.
cool and good service
The perfect place to drink good coffee and much more: it started out with a different name (Tino Coffee Shop) and made the famous caffettino, which wasn't your average coffee, but a specialty with a choice of cream added, either under or on top of the coffee. And then cream. They still make them, and there are new versions. I don't know if they make good pizzas and sandwiches, but these creative cafes are exceptional.
I often go shopping at the mall, so I stop for a coffee. The quality is very good, but the service is absolutely terrible. On weekends, the number of people triples, which means the baristas have to work as well. However, I don't think it's fair that, in addition to having to queue for a coffee receipt, waiting for it to be made, I also have to clean the table (left by those before me; I find it a bit excessive). I hope someone reads this review of mine and that at least on weekends and holidays, a little more staff is hired. Also, because they lose customers.
The blonde cashier with glasses, rude and overbearing, don't. You'll never see me again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
What a terrible thing just happened! I went to happy hour with my family, and inside the bag of chips from the happy hour was the customer's garbage! I feel sick! 🤢
Rudeness and zero desire to work on the part of the red-haired barista at the Porta Caffé bar (I specify that the bar I'm referring to is the circular one located in front of Bershka) I asked at 7 pm for a coffee whose name I don't remember but one of those with hazelnuts and whipped cream this barista snorted in my face, rolled her eyes and told me we've run out of cream... in an arrogant way as if she bothered working... The world is full of people looking for work so if you don't want to work stay home rude!!!
I'm giving one star because perhaps the owner doesn't know what goes on behind the counter. It's truly shameful. Two people completely disconnected from reality and perhaps enjoying testing people. I say good morning and get no response. I ask if it's possible to have a soy cappuccino. I'm arrogantly told to go get a receipt, without even confirming whether it's possible to have what I requested. I wait at the checkout and another lady arrives and behaves even worse. I ask for a whole-wheat croissant with honey. She gives me a kind of butter punch without even saying a word. Finally, after another spread, a cappuccino that's not soy, and the same treatment goes to the ladies at the Iper Coop. I didn't even say good morning when I asked what kind of milk it was. The more experienced of the two women, without saying a word, slammed a bottle in front of me with the label turned towards herself. I left everything on the counter and then, 'Enough,' I didn't say goodbye. I apologize. If you can, avoid this place. Good morning everyone. PS. The bar and store is the one in front of Terranova Abbigliamento.
I went for breakfast this morning, I bought two pistachio brioches to go, and I noticed in the car, but by then I'd already left, when I discovered they were made with white chocolate mixed with pistachio. I mean, they'd run out of pistachio cream, so they'd put the rest in white chocolate, both brioches like that (and it's not the first time this has happened, because the other time I went back and was told "it was obviously out and they'd put the other cream in," but I say you have to say that because if someone's allergic?!)... Then to drink the coffee I had to wait for the two clerks—I think they were new because I'd never seen them—to finish watching the videos on their phones, perhaps, since they were laughing among themselves without paying the slightest attention to me. They only turned around when a lady who works at the supermarket made them a coffee, thanks, I'm in a hurry. They turned around and served.
Very rude staff..... They made a fuss about paying in cash, forcing me to pay by card for a coffee and a croissant, otherwise no breakfast for me and my 8-year-old son.... Ordered coffee that was frozen.... And the barista is better lost than found
Extremely rude employees, bad experience twice out of two. You ask for a macchiato, they don't give you any answer, they make it normal, you ask for a macchiato and no answer, they ask again politely and they rudely reply, "I already heard you," but the coffee remains a normal espresso...
FIRST AND LAST TIME Two baristas, greeting and politeness don't even know what it means. They paid little attention to the customer because it's more important to continue chatting among themselves than to look the person in front of you. The coffees were awful; when I pointed this out, they even made matters worse, starting to talk back and giggle. NEVER AGAIN! I hope action is taken.
I'm talking about the coffee shop in the Montebello della Battaglia hypermarket. At the checkout, a rude and arrogant foreign clerk simply because I asked (since there's not a shred of a tag) how the four remaining brioches were filled (which were also rock-hard), got impatient and snorted in an absurd way. On Monday, September 19, at 5:05 PM, maybe we'll even be able to figure out who she is and give her a telling-off!
