I went on September 15th because they were having a “Mexican party.” They only played mariachi music from an iPad and the service was very slow, except for one guy who took all the work. I ended up not having dinner there because they never brought me a menu and because they changed my table 3 times, because it was broken or already reserved.

The place is nice, but the service leaves much to be desired. They're disorganized, and no one will attend to your table until you personally seek out a waiter to take your order. Then, it took an hour to serve the food...

Nice place, nice spaces, nice atmosphere. Bad food, bad service, poor quality drinks. The imported beers are good but there's not much variety. Very expensive for what they offer. I had the opportunity to try several dishes and drinks. If you like a good cocktail, I don't recommend any of their drinks/cocktails, but if you like beer, their imported beers are good. I don't recommend anything for dinner, except maybe the Mexican pizza as an appetizer.

The food is good, but some items I've ordered lack flavor. The service is sometimes very slow. There's a DJ and the music is a bit loud. If you're looking for a quiet place to chat, this isn't it. The place is nice, and the terrace has a good view. I recommend the mezcal and hibiscus drink.

It is a very nice terrace with live music, it has a very nice view. You have to access through the feelgrow restaurant and right next to it there is a parking lot. The food portions are very small but they have a variety of cocktails.

A very pleasant place, the terrace is lovely for chatting. They only played reggaeton, and they should play other genres. The menu selection is good. When I arrived, they asked for a reservation, but it wasn't necessary. They asked me to be very specific about the number of people in our party because otherwise they wouldn't be able to give me more chairs... 🙄 However, the place was empty... it's a good place to visit in Monterrey's Barrio Antiguo (Old Quarter).

For an after-work afternoon. To enter, you must enter through the Feel Grow restaurant; it's best to make a reservation in advance. The terrace is incredible, with a beautiful view of the city. They have live music and a little bit of everything. The menu isn't very varied in terms of food, but it is good in terms of drinks. Their cocktails and specialty drinks are very good. The service from the staff was very good and prompt, as were the hygiene measures.

*Read the whole thing to save your life* TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED: For the level of restaurant they portray, I strongly recommend that you spend your money at any other terrace in Barrio Antiguo or, given the prices, that you'd rather have a better experience in San Pedro, where they REALLY care about customer service, provide attentive service, and find solutions to make your visit enjoyable. In this case, I can list what went wrong: - Service from the waiter (mainly) - (+30 min) to get a single beer/soda and subsequent drinks as well - Poor service, where you "mysteriously" never find the manager on duty - Food for what they charge, on average, $250, or for a cold hamburger with VERY desirable quality - Discounted drinks and poor preparation - Somewhat loud music, so you can't even have a comfortable conversation - (+45 min to bring the dishes) - (+30 min even to bring the check) - In Large groups charge you for things you didn't even order. - The staff's arrogant and despotic attitude, no matter how nicely you speak to each person. - They don't even bring you cutlery (requested twice). - They don't even bring you napkins (requested twice). - They don't give you any explanations about your service status. - In large groups, due to their poor organization, they don't even bring you complete orders. P.S. If you want to see the quality of service and customer service, just check out this comment. They'll respond like any other review, regardless of actually correcting all their mistakes with their: "Hi Christian! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry you had some issues with the taste of your food and the service time. We appreciate your comments and will take them into account to improve in the future. We hope to see you soon and provide you with an exceptional dining experience. Best regards!"

Terrible service! 40 minutes and they haven't even brought me a beer! They're being rude! I've spoken to the waiters four times. One (with medium-length hair) with a terrible face never served me, then another who said three times he'd bring it! Is this real?
