MOD Pizza

Went in for lunch and it was amazing! Staff was so friendly and took the time to make sure the order was correct. So glad to have a MOD close by and the great employees at this location make it that much better!

First time ordering here, the pizzas were burned but after reaching out to customer service they gave me a free pizza and this time they did an outstanding job. I’m very satisfied with their attention to customer satisfaction.

Ryan and the crew are very nice and compelled people. They did a great job today and deserve the recognition of the hard work they do every day , thanks again guys for making peoples life's happy and having such great energy !

Chris GM was really helpful, we are a family of 6, Chris and his team had the patience to make our order and still be friendly, usually as a family of 6 this is rare to see. Chris was able to explain everything that the Garden and Greek salad had while he made it, took his time to explain the reward program, I was able to use one of the rewards in my visit, overall the whole team was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was on point.

The kids and I love coming here. Cory has been doing a great job running things here. The food is always delicious and the staff are always so nice

We dropped in with 22 students. The Mods team didn’t even blink an eye. They greeted us with with smiles and went to work. We arrived at 8pm we were all served, ate, had time for gift exchange game and pictures. We out by 9pm great team tonight!!

The crew working when we came in for lunch were tons of help with questions we had. They were very kind and upbeat. Would highly recommend and they deserve awards for how professional they are.

The staff showed me the pizza and mentioned it had gotten a little extra toasty in the oven—they offered to remake it without hesitation and said they didn’t mind at all. I actually thought it looked fine, but I really appreciated how proactive and thoughtful they were. It’s small things like that that show they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely will be back!

took shelter here during a tornado warning and bad storm, the food was so tasty and well made. the workers were kind and sociable. the vibe in the store was amazing. great music at just the right volume and cute decor that I expect and love from mod! I WILL be back! thank y'all!

There are too many kids working there that don't really understand customer service. Dirty tables EVERY time we go. Crazy loud music that always makes us rethink our decision to dine in. We enjoy being able to get our own individual pizza, and have our favorites. Just wish it were better run

My wife And I go there at least once a week. Every other week. Pizza is very good, very hot when it comes out. Great tasting people are very friendly

They are still working things out. Nowhere near the best Mod pizza I have had. Drink machines didn't have carbonation and there wasn't any trash cans. Will give it another try once they have figured it out.

This place has just recently opened here in Montgomery. Google says they are closed on Sundays and Mondays but drive by and they are open. It doesn’t like you can order through app yet due to being too new I suppose. I called to order a pizza for pickup but they will not take orders over the phone.

Don't like the loud music at all. It's also always too cold in the seating area. Food was good, no issues there. I can't help but wonder how the girls behind the counter preparing the food are allowed to have their long hair hanging down over their shoulders. I'm glad I didn't get any hair in my food. The place was clean and well stocked.

I frequent mod pizza and usually it’s pretty good. The management needs to step it up though. A very large to go order came in right at open of the store. The staff prioritized the large to go order over waiting customers in the store. They were not polite and it took forever to get food

Poor management at this location. Young men that obviously have no solid training or leadership. Employees that don’t know how to ring the cash register, don’t know the different types of crust and then some employees that shouldn’t have been hired at all. Poor hygiene, place was filthy and quality was not present during my visit. Sorry I Couldn’t provide a better review. I would honestly recommend Little Cesars over MOD and thats something the franchise owners should really consider.

The problem is they don’t clean tables between guests. They walk out and straighten chairs, but refuse to wipe tables down. This is a nasty hygiene issue that spreads viruses and infections.

First time was great, got progressively worse each time we went back. I was an advocate, recommending the place -- now I'm an ex-customer. Never say never, but there are so many other pizza options in the area, I'm not going to pay for bad, sloppy pizza, The wait to order and get to the cashier was 20 minutes. That was with only 1 lady and one family of 4 in front of us. The two chefs seemed new and were overwhelmed. They kept looking out to the customer's menu board to see what ingredients go into what they were making, and they still messed one salad up and had to start again. Speaking of ingredients, we watched one chef throwing ingredients on the floor. Same chef had to go tell the family of 4 that they were out of one of the ingredients for their pizza -- THIS IS COMMON THERE, it happened to me on a previous visit. When our pizzas came out, one looks OK there (not so good looking at home -- badly burnt around edge and on back) and the other pizza was seriously deformed, almost as if a few bites were taken out of it AND most of the ingredients had shifted to one side. Really ugly. I won't go back. Too many decent options to deal with this. Too bad they put on a good show the first visit but can't continue that same level of performance.

I really hope the owner of the branch sees this and does something. First the good, There was a young lady working and let first say she deserves a promotion, a raise, and a bonus. Most professional, friendly, hard working young lady you could want on staff. Young Burnett, tall skinny, wearing her mod hat and black hoodie this evening on September 7th, 2023. Excellent employee! Now to the bad, the three boys working with her, I use boys instead of young men because they were far from that, were the laziest worthless wastes of space when it comes to employees I’ve ever seen. I asked for two mad dogs and the young Hispanic boy with glasses made them without asking what I wanted on them and pu it on the rack. I stopped him and said there were things I wanted to add, and he rolled his eye and reluctantly “apologized.” The other two were barely doing anything. When there was a break in live customers they talked and joked by themselves while the young lady did everything. They got every order they made wrong, she was passing gift cards and apologies out left and right for their work. She stood up for herself and asked them to pay attention while I was there, and they didn’t respond only to go back to what they were doing. Honestly even if they had helped it would have been nothing because she shouldn’t have to ask them to jump to for their job. Those little boys should be fired immediately and that young lady needs to be promoted and get to pick her employees! I felt so bad for her. An older lady came in to preorder a large order for the next day and witnessed it even comforting the girl for her strife. So sad to see this happen to a young lady, then boys need to step up and learn to be men and do their job, and treat that young lady with respect.

Every single time I come to this location their Romain lettuce is gross and they look at me and say do you really want this. It’s happened 3 times. They sometimes have none of its just so gross even the employees don’t want to offer it. Pizza is good but let’s get some salads!

Ordered 2 pizzas one didn't have the meat toppings we ordered, both pizzas were burnt on the outside of the crust. I called back the manager said he would refund my money. I had to call back a second time to request my money back. This manager said he would contact corporate. No telling when I'll get my money back. I'll update if and when I get my money back!

The Indian looking girl (sorry not sure how to describe her and don’t want the other girl getting in trouble) that was working then came and took the flattened dough that the guy just made for us (and she knew because she watched him make it for us) and took it to use for the people that were behind us in line even though we were here first and were already waiting quite some time. Now their pizza came out way before ours even though we were here waiting for a while. That was VERY rude and of course this is also the one time we’re in a hurry as well. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

There were barely any toppings, it was unevenly made, and looked like no care was put into it at all. This is not what I expect when ordering from your menu. This has unfortunately become a pattern at this location—whether I order through DoorDash, the store app, or even in person, the quality is consistently poor. Ever since management changed, the standard has dropped significantly. Customers should not have to pay full price for food that looks and tastes like this.

Burnt crust. Almost no toppings. Almost no cheese. Even my dog refused to eat it. Revolting pizza.

I just paid over $16 for a mod size pizza. It literally only had tomatoes (hardly any), basil, and cheese. My kids really like mod, but I can't justify paying that much for pizza.
