Their $39.99 3 course meal is a good bargain. I had the tortilla soup, salad with shrimp entree and brownie with ice cream for dessert.

The food was delicious our waiter was very knowledgeable and the place was amazing.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a chain restaurant that is a refreshing change from the chains. Delicious and fresh wood fired meals. Simple but top notch meat and seafood entrees coupled with world-class customer service from beginning to end! Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly host. She quickly seated us and our server, Markens was very pleasant, extremely personable and professional. He provided us with great recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desert. He was a former bartender and he poses outstanding customer service skills and etiquette. For dinner, my wife ordered Wood Fired Salmon with Cider Coleslaw and I had the Red Snapper. In addition, we had the Smoked Chicken Wings as an appetizer, Double Dragon Pineapple Martini, and the Cheesecake which were all awesome! We also had water with no ice and lemon. The bathrooms were clean and maintained. The service is really good and everyone including management works as a team to keep it moving and keep you happy and smiling! Try Firebirds Wood Fired Grill... You will not be disappointed!

This was my first dining experience at Firebirds with my friends. The food and service was EXCELLENT!! Our server was welcoming, friendly, quick, didn’t rush us and gladly took some group photos for us. 🤗🤗 I’m a huge bread fan and, OMG!!, the bread was hot, had the right amount of crunch on the outside and the super fresh softness on the inside! ABSOLUTELY delicious 🤤! The baby back ribs were cooked to PERFECTION, DELICIOUS and TENDER with the right amount of BBQ sauce 🤤! The fully loaded baked potato had a beautiful, salted, crunchy and tasteful outer skin. The inside was fluffy and fully loaded with AMAZING flavorful delicious bacon, chives, sour cream, cheddar cheeses and butter 🤤! OMG!! The BEST!!! The fresh was super fresh but I was too full to eat it so I had to box it up and half my baby back to take home. I’m glad I had to ask for a box because my server brought out the cutest and sturdiest to go containers that I’ve ever seen in this area. I was excited by the to go containers that I had to capture them too 🤗! The price for my meal was definitely within my budget and less than I expected 🤗. I love this Firebirds location. The atmosphere and service are top level, and the food is on an even higher level. Bar has a good menu with different specials during different times, seasons or promotions but nevertheless always poured to perfection. I love the (Dirty Bird) Go there eat great food, have great drinks and have a great time.

Great ambience Our waiter did a phenomenal job The food was amazing Highly recommend the cheesesteak egg rolls The lobster queso was tasty but too watery for my liking. The chef stated that the whole batch came out like that & my waiter offered to remove it or replace it with something else. I decided to return the queso & ordered a salmon salad to go. Overall the experience was great and I look forward to returning. We always enjoy visiting this location.

Megans recommendations were top notch - we had excellent happy hour drinks, delicious salads and appetizers. We were so into the food we didn't even take pictures except for the last dish (another great recommendation) the blueberry lemon bread pudding - amazing.

We have been here a few times, last time we were here we ordered the honey garlic chicken, mixed greens salad with chicken, and southwest au gratin potatoes. Both dishes and the side were very good. Service is always good here, and we will definitely be returning here to eat again.

Upscale looking bar with a very nice outdoor seating area. Happy hour specials are very inexpensive compared to others in the area and it goes until 7. We enjoyed all of them except the medallions in new Orleans butter sauce. Sat at the bar and the bartenders were helpful and good to talk to. The happy hour menu changes too fyi

I just realized this week that brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday. The brunch menu is limited but the food was delicious. We had the bacon and egg brioche and the steak and egg bowl. Both were prepared to perfection. The food was very fresh and our server was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go again.

I visited the restaurant today with my baby and my mother. Our server Kyle was so attentive and knowledgeable about things on the menu I asked about. He made sure to keep water and bread flowing, packed up all of my food so neatly. Overall a pleasant experience. I had to let the manager on duty know how awesome he was. If you plan on dining here, ask for Kyle.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend. This was our first time at Firebirds and it was amazing!!! Our server Kyle was the best!! Very professional and great recommendations!!! My wife loved her spicy Peach Margarita. I loved the cheese steak eggrolls!! Thank you Kyle for the amazing service we will return soon!

Celebrated a friend's birthday, and Kyle, our server was phenomenal. We started our visit outdoors where he turned the heaters on for us. He provided great feedback on the drinks and appetizers. My group of four had the seasonal drinks and some of the shareable dishes. We then had to last minute change our table to indoors, and Kyle was prompt to help us move indoors. He was funny and consistent. Great food, vibes, and service!

I was there like 2 minutes ago,and I'm not gonna lie, this is the best service I received. Megan was super nice and attentive. The smokehouse is so freaking good, the cinnamon roll special is unbelievable, and the mint condition...... Omg. I will definitely be back 💯

This was our first time here celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our waiter Gerald was phenomenal! He has exceptional customer service and really took great care of us for all of our needs. He checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 customer service and definitely loved the atmosphere. The food was also amazing and the service was top tier. Gerald deserves a raise!! Thanks Gerald!!!

Leilani was great!! We had a great happy hour and I love to come here for a quick but delicious meal! Sides entree was amazing as usual! Baked potato and charred carrots were great. Lemonade drop was delicious as well. Will be back for sure!!

We had an incredible meal tonight at Firebirds! We came for my mom’s 60th birthday and we are glad we did. Food was fresh and tasty and even when I had something wrong with my salad (blue cheese by accident) they quickly fixed it with a smile! Gerald our waiter was the icing on the cake! He was so attentive, kind, and well spoken. He was quick with the drink refills (without having to ask!) and always made sure we were enjoying our time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and ask for Gerald if you go in! OH! And we got an unexpected birthday treat for my mom too, such a nice gesture.

My husband and I stopped in Firebirds for a bite to eat. Our experience with Gerald (server)was awesome. He was attentive, offered options. I work for a prestigious establishment called the Pyramid Club, located in center city and I am quite familiar with the hospitality industry. Gerald checked all our boxes and made our date night amazing.

My sister and I were out shopping and stopped here to have a meal. The food and service was good. We ate heartily.

I visited today for the very first after craving Deviled Eggs. I heard theirs are delicious! They were good, but not like my grandma's! I ordered a steak entree after my very professional server Jarrod recommended it. I usually get well done, but decided on Medium. It came out very red in the middle and tough. He came over to check on me and I voiced my dissatisfaction. He got the manager Tamara and they took it away, gave me a menu for me to order something else. I then ordered Salmon dish with mixed veggies and Mac & Cheese. It was hitting once the chef Jorge came out with some Honey Garlic sauce. The atmosphere was very inviting, and clean. The staff was attentive, professional, and eager to please. The. Bathroom was very clean. I will come back again soon to give them another try.

A great spot to stop in for happy hour! It was a beautiful day so we opted to be seated in the outdoor section. There wasn't much of a crowd at the time of our arrival (330-4pm) which was nice but it did begin to pick up by around 5 pm. Our server was sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite dish was the Crunchy Cauliflower which ended up being more than enough, paired with the Everything Pretzel. While I was expecting a little more from the pretzel, given the name, it was still satisfactory. Maybe even one of the best pretzels I've ever had, if I'm being honest. I would definitely come back here again. It looks like the perfect spot for a date night, girls night out, or even a solo outing.

Always a great meal and awesome service. Sat at the bar this time. Fun friendly bartender. Great signature drinks. The price fix meals are a great deal. The BLT salad is awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly. Very warm and welcoming inside.

Stopped in for a light meal and drink. It was very busy but got a seat at the bar. The menu isn't my favorite, they put their own spin on a lot of items, but not to my particular liking. That being said, we started with a cup of the chicken tortilla soup and it was excellent. Very rich though. We also got the cheesesteak egg rolls and we loved them!! Also got the sliced tuna appetizer and a side of the mashed potatoes (delicious). I will definitely go back as the items we picked were really good. I've heard that the steaks are awesome. Prices are fairly high but it seems like everything is more these days.

Reserved a table for my husband's birthday! The service was good, however our waitress seemed a little new. I find it odd when the waitstaff doesn't bring napkins and straws when you order water, fountain drinks, or cocktails. Appetizers were delicious! Except we ordered sliders and she doesn't bring ketchup. After not seeing her again for about 5 minutes, I asked another waitress for ketchup and that took about 5 minutes. So the sliders were cold by the time we got to eat them. Burgers were seasoned well though. She brought out bread after the appetizers, which was a first for me. Maincourse was a little better. Only thing I'd suggest is seasoning the food a little more. I had the Bass and my Husband had Ahi Tuna. Both were unseasoned. A little salt and pepper made it ok. I requested a birthday cupcake, but they did it even better! The cheesecake plate was wonderful. And it tasted Amazing!

The only reason this place gets 4 stars from me is that the prices using the menu button on Google, at least for the burgers my friend and I had, were $5 to 7$ cheaper than what they actually were. The food was pretty good, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. The star of the show was a random sauce I asked about, the java barbeque, that was really damn good. The only complaint I have is about the prices but that really isn't this restaurants issue in the grand scheme of things, the economy is doo doo and everything is near double the price it was when I was younger (and I'm not even 30!). But yeah I'd definitely go back, the firebird's burger was great but those steak fries dipped in that java barbeque was spectacular.

Great food and service. We really enjoyed it! The pasta dish was spicier🔥 than expected, but flavorful. It was extremely busy and the tables were extremely close together, so customers and wait staff were constantly bumping into us while we were eating. Completely understandable, but not the best of experiences. Next time we will go at a less busy time :)

This was my first time eating Firebirds. The service was great, Jessica and Cassaundra were our waitress. They both were sweet, attentive, and funny. They even talked with the kids and made them laugh. It was so sweet!! The food was OK, I ordered the three course meal: caesar salad, salmon and shrimp entree, and brownie sundae. The salad was ok, the dress was a little too acidic, but the croutons were perfect. Nice and crunch and full of flavor. The salmon wasn't seasoned, but the sauce was great! The old-fashioned grains were delicious, couscous, and spinach, i believe. Lastly, the fresh bread and butter were delicious!!! I even ordered some to go.

The food at this Firebirds location met my expectations, but the service left a little to be desired. I had a large party and the manager did a great job accommodating our seating request. My server did okay, but had a few missteps. She confused a few things on our order which wasn’t the problem, our major issue with the dining experience came at the end of the meal.. We wanted to split our checks and she came back three separate occasions, because she split the checks wrong (even though we clearly explain the ). she gave us an attitude and made us figure out the bill ourselves, which was really rude. The food was good and we had a great visit fellowshipping. I wish our server would have been more professional at the end.

Food wa average. Service was great. One of the salads we ordered came with a free live stink bug. Luckily the person saw it before he started eating. Store manager came over and apologized, but the experience was ruined.

Cake was good. But the cookies induced a vomit 🤢 reaction twice. Something was just completely off. The cheese macaroni family size also had no cheese sauce and tasted off. Two out of 4 items were so gross tasting. Unfortunately this was a really bad experience. Would not recommend.

Party of 4 for Mother's day, the atmosphere is very nice I will say. The appetizers which I posted were delicious, the drinks were pretty good and the dessert was delicious. If you are there for entrees, just go to McDonald's. My steak was cold and DISGUSTING, it only came with 1 side so my $26 plate look darn near bare. My daughters stripped bass was so dry and lacked flavor. Her fish BOWL was close to $30. My son's $21 BURNT pineapple chicken KABOBS were BEYOND dry and the sauce tasted like pineapple juice...not a glaze, JUICE!! The only person who gave her food even a 5 was my daughter who ordered the salmon, which also was a bit dry. My server Megan was the sweetest, she tried so hard and was very pleasant. She is the ONLY reason I didn't complain. My total was $185. BEYOND overpriced for the quality of food you receive. Their chefs must cook with NO care at all. If you HAVE to go there...skip the entrees.

First time at Firebirds, not happy to say we had a bad experience. It’s a shame because the place looks nice and cozy. It took a while to get anyone to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Even though we sat by the bar with plenty of staff going by. Ordered the prime steak with fries, asked for medium and it came out past well done. The cesar salad had too much dressing. The other steak you see on the picture its supposed to be a fancy “Bacon wrapped Filet mignon” one strip of bacon just tossed on top. The presentation was disappointing. We felt like we were at a Diner not a restaurant. I’ve had better food at Applebees and Chillis. Asked for an old fashioned and it was way too strong. Like i said before i wish we had a better experience.

My significant other and I, we have been eating at firebirds since we started dating, 7 years now the food has always been great. Unfortunately eating today the food was terrible one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had! I always order medium well, the steak was super pink on the inside, also there was hair in the food. After eating there so many years now and it being my favorite restaurant, now it’s one of the worst I won’t be back I feel sick to my stomach.

Reservations for 6. When hostess took us to a booth. I asked for a table instead. She says to me,”did you ask for a table?(with a major attitude)I said I made reservations on line and it actually says table. She said,”that doesn’t mean table.” I said,” ok well we would like a table instead of a booth.” My husband and I are large people so I wanted to be comfortable.She told me go wait there.Her tone and face she made said it all to me. I didn’t want that to effect our birthday celebration for our son and daughter in law,so I let it go. We order 6 dinners 5 dinners come out. As the waitress walks away I say there’s one more filet. We waited at least 5 minutes all waiting to eat because we didn’t want to start until all dinners were served. We get the waiters attention to inform him we’re still waiting. He goes to check on dinner. Meanwhile the manager(I’m assuming he was the manager ) apologizes and off he goes the waiter comes back and says it’s gonna be another 5 minutes. He forgot to unwrap the bacon on filet. The whole thing was very upsetting. We were almost done eating before her dinner came out. Here is the kicker. How about dessert is on us. You gave the cheese cake bites which is standard procedure for a celebration. But we ordered 5 more desserts. A simple,hey one of the desserts are on us for the mixup would have went a long way. Very disappointed with hostess attitude and manager not going alittle above to smooth a situation over and make sure your customer leaves happy that they would want to come back.

Worst steak I've ever had. No flavor at all. Incorrectly cooked. More like faux hamburger. Service wasn't the worst I've ever had, but definitely LOW scale. Everything we asked for was a wait and the place was dead. That should have been a clue. I felt like there was more concern with the appearance of fine dining, than the actual customer experience. My bill was $183, should have been $83 and that's pushing it. Definitely save your money and go to outback. That's where we were going to go, but wanted to try something new. Epic fail! The creme brulee cheesecake was amazing!

Today I decided to try the bar bites menu as it looked very appetizing and a friend of mine mentioned how good the food was. I decided to try the beef sliders as I love a good burger and from the description, they sounded delicious. To my surprise, they were not even sub-par. They were absolutely vile. There were no pickles, no cheese, as mentioned on the menu and the burger was completely tasteless. It had no flavor, or seasonings, even the onions were bland. Presentation was not great either. The sliders were very dry. Had I known that was how the food was going to taste, I would have never ordered them. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to eat them. Save your money and get something else. The fact that they would serve that to me and think it was acceptable, just tells me a lot about the kitchen staff.

This place is overpriced for the quality of the food. Everything looks and smells good at first, but once you actually taste it, the food is diner quality, not even a good diner. I genuinely don’t understand why it’s always so crowded. The Durango burger was advertised as spicy, but there was absolutely no heat to it at all. It was bland and overall very underwhelming. The Parmesan chicken was completely soaked in sauce, to the point that the supposed crispy Parmesan breading became soft, soggy, and melted off onto the plate. Overall, I was not impressed, especially considering how much it costs to eat here.
