One of the top 3 snacks in Morelia in terms of flavor, price and service.
Great experience, friendly staff. The food was excellent; any Mexican dish you're craving is delicious. 👌
I love having dinner at this place, everything is prepared fresh, with great flavor, I like the little hats and salpicon tostadas.
Because of its flavor and quality, it's almost always busy, so you might have to wait a bit for a table. Their menu includes pozole, uchepos, pambazos, enchiladas, tostadas, atole, tamales, tacos dorados, and gorditas. Highly recommended, although the prices might seem a bit high; it's worth it.
100% recomendado
The food is delicious. I understand there are a lot of people to serve. On my last visit, a couple just walked out because they were never served, and we were never asked if we wanted anything else. Our takeout order took ages. Maybe a little more attention to the young customer would go down badly. Even though I know you, you served him right away and asked him everything correctly? I hope you don't take this the wrong way. Best regards.
The food used to be very good, especially the bean tamales, which were delicious, and the pozole. But the last time, the tamales were very dry, and the pozole had no meat and was cold. And the service was terrible. If you know the place, you get served right away, but if you don't, you have to wait your turn. Plus, if you want to add more items, you have to wait until someone deigns to take what you need.
I was there because it was recommended by many friends of mine, it's good I have to say but a little expensive compared with other dinners of the same category. What is really good is how fast they take and get your order done. On the other hand, you definitely can find better places to get regional food at better prices. Anyway don't believe me and try it.
Although this place had a reputation for great Mexican antojitos in Morelia, the long wait to eat there was worth it for a good dinner. Yesterday I received a pambazo with no seasoning, a lukewarm mole gordita, and a cold champurrado, and the wait wasn't worth it. It's unfortunate. I hope someday they improve their service and their seasoning returns.
The food is good. Unfortunately, it's overshadowed by terrible service. They only take your order if you ask them to, and the wait times are always long.
It took them a long time to serve me even though they had no customers, they didn't give me the attention I required at any time and when it came to paying everything was very expensive. Regarding the taste of the food, it was normal, nothing spectacular, but I didn't return because of the terrible service.
The food is delicious but the service is terrible, slow and the staff are grumpy.
The wait is an hour, the food isn't the best, the pozole portions are small, and the service is terrible. They ignore you the entire time you're there, treating you like they're doing you a favor, with a terrible attitude. In the end, they tried to overcharge us, and when we returned the bill, the cashier gave us a look like we'd insulted him. If you want a bad experience, I recommend eating here.
The organization is terrible, no matter what time you go they take too long to serve you, the food used to be tasty but lately it's excessively greasy, both enchiladas and gorditas, the tamales have too much lard, leaving a waxy feeling in your mouth.
I will never return, they are very despotic, very rude, we arrived when there were few people and the waitresses only looked at us, they treat you and serve you as they see you, if you dress elegant, they even run to clean the tables, I think that if you go it is because they recommended you and we are all the same, it took an hour to get served, people arrived and they served them first, until we stopped to ask if they would serve us and they even answered rudely (right now they will place your order) I really feel like I'm going to get sick from the food, it really angered me, it is very tasty, but if they continue like this, people will not want to come back, like I do now 😤
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Chinese girl who takes orders seems like she doesn't want to go, she answers you horribly and they really treat you as if you're doing them a favor. I don't know if she's the owner, but how horrible that as an owner or an employee you treat your customers so badly. Of all the people who have nothing more than two are doing their job. They have no control over how they serve, terrible organization, and they don't even pay attention to the people. The taste of the food doesn't make up for the genuine treatment. It even gave us colitis and we weren't hungry for the way they treated us and the way they treated the people who even left because they waited because they didn't even have the attention to come up and ask, and if you ask, they either answer you horribly or they ignore you. Horrible.
