I went through the drive-thru in the morning and asked for salsa with my order. The employee, Daisy, had a very bad attitude when I made the request and was rude to me. Everytime I ordered the churro, they are cold. Why is it so hard to keep them in the fryer for a couple of seconds longer. All the food in moreno valley suxs!

Hours say you close at 10. I show up at 915 and they're cleaning grill with limited menu. 10pm close should be just that.

Eder is very rude and raciest he called me out my name and use racist slander and I remain calm because another employee said something he is very rude and I will never visit that location

Inconsiderate as hell. The chicken is always burnt horrible customer service! told her I was paying ebt she let me order my food and at the last minute said the ebt machine is not working why wouldn’t you mention that when I was ordering and I told you how I was paying I will never come back here

I ordered a double chicken tostada and 4 piece chicken meal from the drive thru, the lettuce in the tostada was bad and they only put 1 avocado in it , also the chicken was super dry. The 4 piece meal didn’t come with enough condiments or onions and cilantro for the dry chicken. This is a sad shame, especially when I live so close to this location. Totally disappointed

I’m not a big fan of fast food, but when I do indulge, I’m selective about where I go. My top choices are Cava for its fresh, healthy options and El Pollo Loco when I want to treat myself. Unfortunately, every time I visit this particular El Pollo Loco, I end up disappointed—either the portions are too small, or the food is overcooked and dry. Tonight was no different. I chipped a tooth on an overcooked chicken wing, and my chicken breast was so small it looked more like a chicken thigh. I was starving, and since I use a cane, I didn’t have the energy to go back and complain. So, I just powered through—swallowing a piece of my broken tooth in the process. I was beyond frustrated, but hunger won out. It’s frustrating how some fast food restaurants treat paying customers like they’re handing out free meals at a soup kitchen—tiny portions, poor quality, and an indifferent attitude, all while charging sky-high prices. I only resort to fast food in emergencies, and even then, I’m rarely satisfied. For comparison, the Cava location I visit consistently gives me good portions and quality food, but I can only speak for my personal experience there. If you’re looking for small, tough chicken that still tastes decent, this El Pollo Loco might be for you—just be sure to check your food before you leave. They tend to package it in covered containers and slip it into a bag, making it easy to miss the portion size until you’re already gone. I let it slide tonight, but I won’t be coming back. The prices are too high for such small portions and poor quality. It’s a shame because they used to be the best.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed. I got raw chicken. When I called the manager was extremely rude and told me " our food is well prepared. I hope no one ever eats raw chicken from this place. Never again

You feel like this place's employees know nothing about service and customer care. I ordered 8pc family meal and added another 8pc chicken. I asked for extra house salsa. The lady asked how many do you want I said 15 (little things) I thought for 7 people 2 each would be good. She said she can only give me ten, she suggested to purchase extra salsa for $5. I declined because it's ridiculous, I'm just asking for 5 extra little packets. I asked her to ask a manager, she gave me 3 extra salsas lol. It felt so silly to pay $40 and getting 3 extra salsas. I would've left but she had already changed my card. I took the meal home for my guests. No napkins! You wonder why people are packed at In n out??? Because you get a good customer care and service .

3 locations in my area, completely focused on drive-thru. Lobby is an afterthought as can be seen by the lack of concern for the cleanliness of the dining room. Orders are rarely complete, forgot there salad dressing on this visit, and if the manager gets involved it's guaranteed things will be missed. Never see the same employees or managers so either it's a horrible company to work for or just these 3 locations. At one time I'd go 2-3 times a month, now it's only once every few months. Sad when a organization deteriorates so drastically.

Every single time I’ve come here they are out of chicken and say it’s going to take a half an hour or more to cook some. You’re a chicken place why don’t you keep chicken going all the time? I haven’t went here in years because of this and decided to try it one more time and ordered it online 45 minutes ahead of time and when picking it up they still did not have it ready. If you have an order coming in online why would you not start more chicken. That’s like going to In-N-Out Burger and them saying sorry we don’t have any burgers available. I love El Pollo Loco chicken but I will never go there again.

It's the worse El Pollo Loco I've ever been to! I live in Moreno Valley and it's close to my house and whenever I go it's a long line so I'm thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken is always dry, cold and burnt! This time I got a chicken bowl and same thing disgusting!!! I even try to fix it up and make it taste better but it was still bad. And the churro are greasy and not really churros I will not be going back anymore!!! I wish I can give them no stars
