Came from Switzerland by bicycle and were searching for a free seat in a restaurant. After a bit of waiting outside the boss personally told us two seats were free, so we took the opportunity. There was only one server that could speak english but he was amazing, very humble guy. He convinced us to try risotto with frogs after he gave us a free serving of fried frogs. Me and my bud both liked it very much and the price was okay as well. Would go again!

Mi sono recata questa sera a mangiare con il mio compagno e i miei genitori. Locale molto pulito , servizio celere e ordinato, materie prime di ottima qualità e piatti abbondanti. Ci torneremo sicuramente

An excellent Lombard trattoria nestled in the countryside. The restaurant offers typical Lombard dishes, freshly cooked with fresh, quality ingredients. The location is simple yet elegant. The service is fast and friendly. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

This little place is perfect for a family Sunday lunch, relaxing and peaceful. It's always busy, but not overcrowded, so when you frequent it on Sundays like we do, you can enjoy both the food and the atmosphere. The cured meat appetizers are excellent and plentiful, so we didn't order main courses, but we did have some excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Definitely worth a try!

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who already knew it, and I must say I was very pleased. All the dishes were delicious, well-cooked, and generously portioned. The location, nestled in the tranquil Basiano countryside, adds to the experience. Prices are average.

The food was very nice even though the menu was different from the one we found online. My vegetarian friend thought she would have had more options, but instead she was left with the only meet-free first course. The meat is really good and the starters were good too! At the end of the meal we wanted to split the bill and pay our part (50/50) but they told us that wasn't possible so they charged everything on my card. Don't think that was a great move. All in all I would recommend this place for the food, but maybe bring cash if you don't want trouble!

A typical and well-known trattoria in the Alto Pavia area. Very close to Motta Visconti and the village of Morimondo (well-known for its abbey of the same name). Traditional local dishes, truly well-prepared with local ingredients, a rustic atmosphere, friendly staff, and, in my opinion, fair prices. Better for lunch than dinner (better value).

Their strong point is definitely their meat dishes. The seafood dishes, the mixed fried fish, which I ordered, didn't entirely satisfy me. The place is known locally for its frogs.

Il cibo lascia molto a desiderare, prezzi molto alti inoltre le porzioni sono molto ridotte. Io ve lo sconsiglio con tutto il cuore, lasciate perdere.

Il ristorante è carino ma la qualità del cibo non è il massimo, non merita ciò che si paga.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience, the portions were reduced to the bare minimum, and the prices were definitely too high for a trattoria, for example: boiled meat, 3 slices of transparent meat, €20... well.
