I'm a local, and the Harbor Hut is one of my favorite places to eat. Good quality food attractively presented.

Decent food cheap. Hasn't got me sick in the past 20 years. Rodeo cheeseburgers are still on the dollar menu. What else could you want from a fast food burger joint?

Can't beat two Whoppers for $6. Feeds two adults. The staff here is friendly, and the food is made quickly. That and it's clean, inside and out.

I dont eat here very often but when I do the food is hot and fresh. The folks working are friendly and attentive. Restrooms are clean and parking is easy in and out.

Always decent food for a great price friendly employees usually pretty quiet inside and out side in the parking lot too great atmosphere with instant access to a Mediquick and Perry's parcel in same shopping center.. Morro Bay. Also a nice Change-Up from McDonald's across the street!

I would just like to say on behalf of Burger King, if someone tells you about a party, they are just trying to make conversation. They are absolutely NOT hitting on you. Nor do we chose a preference with gender. All men and women have the right to hear about our local colleges and their events. The customer in question was genuinely just in a bad mood and if the missing mozzarella sticks had been addressed, we would have been all to happy to replace them. Here at Burger King, we do our best to prepare our food to our customers' liking and are happy to make/remake/replace any items that do not meet the individual standard of our consumers. Please just let us know, and we will do our best to fix it. We are always here to serve!!!🍔 Also, check us out on the BK app

Great atmosphere and the food is decent. If you ask them to make it fresh, they will. The staff was very friendly and one guy told me about this party happening a couple towns over. I saw a review which said something about flirtation but I can personally promise that to be untrue. Nobody was telling that girl to go with him, he just likes to invite everyone he can so it's not as small and lame as those events tend to be. Sometimes he invites a buzzkill tho and that's where it becomes problematic, it has nothing to do with the company, however. If it did, he would have been long gone by now. They take all forms of harassment seriously

For a fast food restaurant, this is by far the best Burger King. 1) the woman that works there Tuesday lunch is extremely nice 2) the food is quick 3) the veggie burger is surprisingly great! I don't think I have ever felt so pleasant going into a fast food restaurant. For the vegetarians out there, get the veggie burger! It'll surprise you in good ways.

Excellent customer service! Very busy evening dinner rush & they handled it like the pros they are! The young lady taking orders was very friendly, kind, & very helpful when I needed some help with my order. The Manager was also very kind too! Thanks all!

I thought I ordered on the app but they showed me that it didn't go through. I finally got the app order to go through. I needed to offer in the app so I could get a free whopper.

Went in for a quick snack thought it was going to be a normal burger king visit then Chaz happened my life has forever been changed my Chaz met my every need made sure I left happy. My food COOKED. Napkins CHECK. Sauce did get but Chaz wanted to be sure. My Car FIXED. Would visit again. W Chaz.

It takes a long time to get out orders but other then that its very clean and attend fast.

We wanted to try they're Meal Deal for $3.49. 2 sandwiches, small drink and small fries. The drink and fries were fine and so was the cheeseburger but the chicken sandwich was tasteless. Get 2 cheeseburgers instead. The restaurant was clean and service was good. We had to wait a while for our order because they had to cook the fries so they were nice and hot.

Used the mobile app then went to pick up. They forgot to give me one of my items. I waited only a minute to get it. But then when on the road, realized they had put mayo on the burger when I had asked for "No mayo" Not so easy wipe off but the burger otherwise was good.

Great place to eat. They serve lunch all the time, you can order a burger at 6 am if you like. The only reason I gave it 4 stars in stead of 5 is because the service is very slow, it takes what seems like forever to get your food after you place an order, other than that it has a good atmosphere and friendly people.

This is a Burger King. Fast food, very typical, nothing special, but for being a BK, this place is alright. Not the best, not the worst.

Drive thru really slow, McDonald's across the street running 10 to 1 faster within the same time frame. Need to get act together.

This Burger King is my goto spot for deals on meals!I always use the app on my phone to optimize my bang for my buck. Seriously, McDonald's across the street is expensive. Theese days I just can't afford it. If I'm gonna spend more I'm going to Fosters Freeze up the street. Unless I'm in a hurry of course cause the drive thru at Burger King is always really fast and at Fosters Freeze its only walk in so your gonna wait for sure every time.

This is t my favorite BK but it's ok. I often find they aren't open when guides say they should be but can't tell if that's a guide issue or a covid corporate thing.

They have a men's restroom which is not locked, and a unisex restroom which you have to get a key for. There is no designated women's restroom, and there is no way for women to use the restroom without a key, even though the men can just use it without fuss. On top of this, they were out of every single non-carbonated drink.

Service is pretty poor. Drive through is usually super slow. You're often told to go park because your food isn't ready, even though there isn't anyone else in line behind you. I recommend checking your order before you leave; I've been shorted or received incorrect orders plenty of times.

Literally the worst Burger King I've been to. Gave me half of what the one in SLO gives or any other in fact and didn't even put anything on my Whopper at all.

Wife bought me some McDonalds fries cuz they look exactly the same... Places I wont buy fries from to think your fries were the best now they are trash like the rest...sad..

I freaked out when I saw how minute the burgers are now, compared to a year ago! And for $6, a rodeo burger that was eaten in 4 small bites. Way too much mustard, and there wasn't even supposed to be mustard on it!!

Order placed on Uber Eats an hour before closure. Order accepted, delivery postponed for 1+ hours for no reason until it canceled itself. Didn't know it was so hard to get a couple salads delivered home. Terrible service.

Just poop, burger raw, soda flat, slushie flat and tasted like water, only get 30 mins to eat and with a big family with a lot of kids thats kinda short btw, service was ok, Never ever going there again and chicken u sandwich tasted like poop dipped in a chilli sauce.

I had food poisoning at Burger King in Morro Bay California. My dog and I both had the same hamburger and we both had the same symptoms. I was sick for a week. I wouldn’t eat there ever again. We were both very ill. Beware

Not sure why no mayonnaise or sauce translated to no lettuce or tomato. I specifically said I’d still like lettuce and tomato, plus I was in the drive through for a hefty amount of time.

Waited for ten mins just now feb 24th 5 pm, was late for work cause if the apparent does not care attitude and then when I finally got to the window all I had was a 100 and he couldn't even get change cause supposedly his manager wasn't there, very unfriendly and Terrible customer service which I've worked in and What there doing there at burger King isn't customer service it's sad.

This has been the worst experience ever!!! The guy taking my order was in a hurry! Then they charge me 4.59 for an item instead of 1.29! Then the girl says oh they are the same price🤦🏽‍♀️ SERIOUSLY!! Oh it gets better! My sausage biscuit had no sausage,so I go back in and the girl that said the price was the same, said oh the biscuit don’t come with sausage!! If it was possible to leave no stars that’s what I would of left!! Worst place ever!!

If you come to this Burger King always ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG!!! I always get shorted and bring everything in because you will get accused of lying. I would stop coming here but we are limited in town for fast food so not many options. I wish they would just shut it down and Jack in the box or SOMEONE ELSE (anyone) take over the building. Tuesday May 23rd 10:45 am We were the only one's in the restaurant, then people got into line. The young Hispanic clerk made us wait for our food that was ready. My husband said "excuse me, can I get my food that's ready?" The clerk was very rude and snapped at us and said "just calm down, I'll get it in a minute." This clerk was so rude, my husband and I were floored by our treatment. I will never go to the Burger King in Morro Bay.

So I've been meaning to leave a review for this Morro Bay BK restaurant because the quality has gone down so much over the last 5 years. For starters, the food just isn't up to par these days. I use the coupons a lot here for the $4 burger meals. The "value menu" buns are absolutely NOT fresh. The onion rings taste old, are hard as rocks, and flat out disgusting. The fries have a musty smell to them these days as well. The value spicy chicken sandwich is also nasty, as the chicken patty's are usually hard and old tasting too. I'm so curious what the kitchen appliances look like in there and how the food is cooked/ stored. 🤮 I recently traveled to the BK in San Luis Obispo to compare the two. (The SLO BK just re-opened to the public not too long ago after a complete revamp.) Needless to say, I'll be getting my value chicken sandwiches and rodeo cheese burgers at the SLO location from now on. At this point, I believe this Burger King needs new equipment ASAP or someone working there that knows a thing or two about serving FRESH food to their customers. I'm super disappointed by the many times I've come here, spent my money, and have gotten straight up nasty old food. Like as if my order was an old order, that they had previously messed up on, and took out of the trash to sell me. Just nasty. If the quality of food here was better, I'd be here way more than the McDonald's across the street. As BK has more affordable options in my opinion. And before I end this review, I must conclude that when you order anything with cheese on it, make sure to look at your order before you leave. Because a lot of the times the cheese will be missing. I miss the old BK. When the food actually tasted good and normal. I grew up with this BK and it just isn't what it use to be. Thus, my 1 star rating.

Once again - after many attempts to give this location a chance. The order was completely wrong. Fries very cold and had been fried in filthy oil. I asked to add cheese and pickle. That was all I got - no lettuce, tomato and onion. The five different times, during different time shifts, has been a miserable failure. Food is cold, poorly prepared, and most of all wrongly prepared. Where are the standards of preparation? Where is the pride of doing a good job? Most of the personnel, at drive thru, are friendly. There is one female that is rude to the point of making one feel as if one insulted her for coming to this location in the first place.

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich. The woman working the drive through seemed very irritated at our presence, and the only words she said to me was the total of the meal. She basically threw the bag of food at us, forgetting the chicken sandwich. The strawberry lemonade I ordered was basically water, and the burgers were dry with little flavor. We were offered no condiments or napkins and have to drive back for the sandwich.

Food was ok. It took 15 minutes from order to getting our food. I will not be going back to morro bay store again.

After seeing commercial about the $1 taco. It sounded good so I tried 2 of them a medium size coke and was I surprised that at the cost $5.15. When I drove up to the order place no one ever asked what I wanted. So I drove up to the pick up window which took around a 5 minute wait to make my order . Then another 5 minutes to receive my order. Then I parked in the lot to eat. The medium coke was good even though over priced . In the bag were the two tacos with no napkins. The tacos were really a let down for what was on television. I would say way to greases with broken shells, very little meat and old lettuce. Sorry to say but bad advertising.

They gave us real meat instead of impossible burgers... Twice... while laughing at us. The third time they made it they gave us raw meat, pink showing and all, would've made ANYONE sick--veg or not. Do not recommend. They intentionally tried to make us sick, first by giving us real meat instead of impossible burgers, then by not only giving us real meat but giving us RAW real meat. We got it on video and will be posting, will be calling corporate to complain. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This place had a massive crew change and is absolutely the worst now. After 20 minutes of waiting for a 10 piece nugget and 2 tacos, I finally went up and asked where my food was. I was the only customer inside the restaurant and they were only making food for the drive thru. As soon as I complained, they made it right away. They could have done that 20 minutes ago. I will not be back

If you want cheese on your burger don’t go here because they will ignore your request every single time without fail. Ask for extra cheese? Same thing happens. Literally ask the cashier to unwrap your burger and confirm the cheese is on before they hand it to you. Or just avoid this place, that’s easier. CHEESE. THIEFS.

What entering the Burger King it was fairly clean staff was very friendly, while using the restroom it was completely destroyed, no toilet paper no seat covers urine all over the seat and bathroom

I added the picture of what I ordered and this is what I was given tonight. Online it says they’re open. And they were still accepting orders. My food had no vegetables, the mozzarella fries are burnt, they gave the wrong drink, and gave us. They charged me for a large fry that they charged me for and didn’t even get that either.

Ordered a King Jr meal. The menu board says the meal includes an entrée, side, drink, and treat or toy. I ordered the treat and the employee said there would be an uncharge for the treat. Only when I was handed the receipt did I see it was an extra $1.30. When I asked the employee why there was even a surcharge when the menu clearly states the entrée, side, drink, and treat/toy are included in every King Jr meal, he stated that he didn't know why, but that's the way it is. It's unacceptable to contract the pricing on the menu, much less to have employees respond with "I don't know." Correct the menu to reflect accurate pricing and educate your staff on how to properly answer customer questions.
