Super fun store!! We've been a google fan since forever! We went to get my pixel buds. Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating, the store is also dog friendly, kid friendly! The cafe is also amazing! The bathrooms are so fun and clean! It's colorful and fun overall! Can't wait to go back!

Super fun store that is dog friendly! You can bring your pup inside to view all the latest Google, Android, and Pixel products including phones, headphones, etc. There’s also part of the store that has a little kids play section as well as Google swag (shirts, notebooks, pens, water bottles). Since it recently opened, they’re frequently giving out sweet treats right outside🍦 Go on a weekday so it’s not too busy and so you don’t have to wait in line, enjoy!

Wonderful place to show Google products and services. If you need Pixel products(phone, watch & tablet) feel free to contact with the employees. They will be happy and passionate to help! Friendly reminding, if you find a bike on shelf, just buy it or you may have no chance to see it anymore. 🤣

As a google local guide reviewing other places I expected a lot from this Google store as it's owned and managed by Google. There is a souvenir shop at Google store. They sell all types of Google named souvenirs there. But price tag of these souvenir items are high. I was surprised to see this as Google's main business is IT based and not the souvenir items selling. So in my view they should sell it at no profit no loss basis just to ensure that people visiting the Google store as part of their San Francisco trip must get a good item with Google name for their memories of visit. It will actually be a good gesture from Google if they really try to implement it.

First time here. The parking situation is comical since you can't park close to the store at all. Had to locate a parking garage and walk about 15 minutes to get there. Not ideal when you're just trying to pick up your order and go. The check-in was easy and after I got my order I was interested in other Pixel 10 XL case options but there weren't many to choose from. Surprising since I came in the middle of the day during launch and there was no line to get inside. I also wanted to see the Pixel Watch 4 in Moonstone but never got to see it since it wasn't out on display. Again surprising since this is a flag ship store. They gave out cookies with the Google logo on it which was a nice touch. Overall a decent experience despite walking almost a mile to get there.

We came on a Sunday afternoon so perhaps weekdays would feel different (we only could come that day). The streets were very quiet although the google store was relatively busy. We were torn - on one hand how exciting to visit this mecca of wonderland all the way from Australia. It felt exciting coming here. But we also ventured a long, long way to come here and spent a bit on getting from San Fran down this way. So, we were really only inside for like 30 minutes. The cafe section was nice. The google section was also very cool and showcased them very well. The people assisting were also friendly. The gift shop left us underwhelmed though. I mean we're Aussies ready to shop! and there wasn't much range. We walked out with a coffee cup. Weirdly, our technology exhibit we attended in San Fran provided more google merch than the actual google shop sells. Not too sure if it's totally worth the investment of time and money to get down to Mountain View but hey we're not bummed we did it. Just wouldn't do it again.

I visited the store on Saturday, January 24, 2026, seeking assistance with two Google Nest products that are no longer functioning: Nest Hub 7” & Google Nest Cam Floodlight Both products were purchased within the last 2–3 years. I was informed that no service or support could be provided in-store, and that the store would not accept or assist with either product in any way. I found the response extremely disappointing and dismissive. There was no troubleshooting, repair option, exchange guidance, or clear direction on how these products could be supported or resolved. Being told simply “no service” without any alternative solution is not acceptable. As a customer, I expected better support for products that are not very old and are part of the Google Nest ecosystem. This experience has raised serious concerns for me regarding both product reliability and customer support quality.

The pixel 7a has a defect that I just found out about. The battery expands, creating a bulge in the phone, which can be dangerous. Upon research, this is a defect Google knows about. After going through normal customer service hoops, Google does everything to nudge you to just buy a new phone, even though it is a defect. You can mail in the phone to swap the battery (so no phone for 10 days) or bring it here with an appointment. And a week out, there are no slots open on a Saturday... So in short, Google makes a defected battery for their flagship phone, and instead of replacing it, they make you go through major hoops to get it fixed, all to nudge you to get a new phone...

UPS delivered a Pixel Watch 4 to a UPS Access Point. When I went to pick up the Watch it couldn't be found. I tried 4 times to get it -- two by going directly to the UPS Access Point, two by telephone. When the Watch was a month past its Delivery Date UPS sent me a notice informing me that the watch was being returned to Google. After I received the notice I purchased an identical Pixel Watch 4 from Amazon. I would like a refund for the first Watch that was never received.

Don't buy pixel 9 pro xl and maybe no even the pixel 10, they looks the same . . I bought 3 of them last year and now all 3 phones have the back camera popped off . First they told they would replace even though it's been more than one year I bought. But they just sent me a email that they won't.
