I am really new to bubble (boba/milk) tea drinks, but this place is really great! I love the brown sugar milk tea with boba, it’s my favorite one so far. The staff is super friendly and they prepare drinks quickly! Price is reasonable. I will be back 😍🧋😋 thank you!

Owner is kind, Boba is Delicious he actually asked me how sweet I wanted it ! Which is really rare. They have top tier sizes for 7$ . Very good deal! Definitely go even if there’s a closer spot .

This place is definitely one of the cleanest and best (if not THE BEST) boba places in town. Their ACAI BOWLS are amazing - generously topped with fresh fruits and granola. Their boba is super tasty and everything (tea/coffee) is made fresh daily! The owner is so bubbly and welcoming. This place is a great addition to the local community. I love supporting mom and pop shops in our town. P.S. They have protein shakes too! Perfect for pre or post workout. Oh and Karaoke Nights every Friday! Can't beat that. 😉

Hey you guys!🤗 This is a family ran business that makes delicious boba drinks. And they have açai bowls on the menu as well for other sweet treats.🥰 I love the atmosphere and the service, because it is a memorable one. For this order, I got a mixture of Pineapple and Honeydew, (for a sweet and refreshing summer taste) and a Thai Tea. ( A rich Thai taste, with a hint of sweetness) You can also have different levels of sweetness. (Another note, I appreciate how often we go here, and sometimes I am a little indecisive. I tell them the flavors that I am looking for, and I get wonderful recommendations, thank you so much.) I definitely recommend going inside, the interior is beautiful.

Boba Love is the absolute BEST! I used to work across the street and would go get a an Almond Butter Delight almost every day! The staff is incredible! They are so friendly and kind. The menu has plenty of options for everyone from freshing drinks to tasty acai bowls. I higly recommend paying them a visit, they don't disappoint.

Absolutely beautiful location, friendly staff, and great drinks. So happy to have visited this cute boba shop with my boyfriend today, we got the matcha and tiger sugar bobas — they were delicious. We've been to other shops and had been told they're out of boba, it's been a struggle since finding a good spot. We'll definitely be back! :) ♡♡♡♡♡

Such a cute little boba shop! I didn’t know they even existed until I randomly drove by here! We had tried Pineapple, Buttery fly pea, Vietnamese coffee, Passion tea mango. Every drink was sooo good! They also have açaí bowls! We got a fully loaded one!

The owner (Emy) is wonderful! She is extremely friendly and very welcoming! She always makes sure that you have great deals and that whatever you get is perfect! Not only is boba love wheel chair accessible, works around dietary needs, but it also is kid friendly. There are several cute plushies that you can buy (I bought a spiderman one for my car). This is my go to place. The boba here is the best boba I’ve ever had! I hope you guys enjoy!

for my first time going here, i ordered the brown sugar boba tea. here's what i have to say about it: the boba pearls have a chewy texture and they're fresh, and the tea is perfectly sweetened. not too sweet, and doesn't have too little sweet, i'd definitely order this drink again. i love this place and i'm going back today 💕 [after i wrote this i went and got another drink which was the taro boba tea which i ABSOLUTELY loved]

The boba here is delicious! I am pretty sure it was the owner that served us. He was very friendly and was super attentive. My daughter got an acai bowl and absolutely loved it. If you haven't been here yet you definitely need to try it!

Went in with my 13 year old and he got a coffee boba smoothie and was very happy with it. Then we both got the taiyaki waffles and those were super tasty. 😋

Not my fav place but they have some good treats I wish I could afford more often, just sucks that the one time I rlly wanted one, no one was there.

Stopped by Boba Love while I was in the area, and I’m so glad I did! The staff, which gave a feeling of a family owed place, was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. The drinks? Absolutely delicious! The boba was perfectly chewy, and the flavors were spot-on—just the right balance of sweet and refreshing. It's clear they put thought and care into every drink they make. The whole vibe of the place is warm and welcoming. Whether you’re popping in for a quick treat or hanging out for a little, it’s the kind of spot that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Especially, if you like island music (Fiji, J Boog, etc.). Honestly, if I lived in the area, this would be a weekend go-to for me. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the mood for great boba and even better service! Sorry, I drink my drink fast and isn’t get a chance to take a photo.

i went in for the time Saturday morning and got 3 drinks. They all tasted like water but I was in a rush so I wasn’t able to go back. 🥹 also I don’t think the matcha is ceremonial grade because my strawberry matcha was just pink. The worker was really nice but had a lot of people , management should have 2 people working even if it’s “slow”. The Nutella waffle was really good !

When I pointed out that I received a large bowl instead of a small, she said don't worry about it no charge (like as if I was upgraded at no extra charge). But then I did the math and I found out that I was charged for a large. So yeah. It could have been an honest mistake but she definitely knows her prices and I think that she would have recognized if she charged incorrectly or provided the incorrect bowl size. Note: Get a receipt so you know what was charged. The employee/owner did give me $2 to make up the difference. I placed the $2 in the tip jar. Also I noticed that the live plants that are sitting on the tables have little black mites that jump and crawl around on the table. Well at least the table I sat at.

This place is just a quintessential disgrace to Taiwanese boba milk tea. Tastes NOTHING like the real authentic boba milk tea I know of. I'm not saying that this place should be the most authentic boba in the world, I'm just saying that this place should atleast use quality ingredients. They overprice milk tea powder, milk, a tiny scoop of boba, and ice A LOT!, I paid nearly EIGHT DOLLARS for that! This boba milk tea place is one of the reasons why I will not be permanently moving into the city of Murrieta. It is just THAT BAD! They use this powdered instant milk tea that tastes so fake that on one of their drinks, I had to rinse my taste buds with water for a whole hour. It also makes the drink very grainy. They skimp out on boba HEAVILY here aswell. I've gotten drinks that were 1/16 of the way filled with boba. I've tried their brown sugar milk tea, assam black milk tea, strawberry milk tea, some smoothie swirls, etc, they all have one thing in common: They are all WHITE-WASHED. The tea they use(If they have any tea at all) is brewed in the morning, and stored in these plastic juice pitchers that makes the tea go bad more quickly. Most quality boba milk tea shops will use these big metal hot beverage dispensers to keep the tea warm and fresh for the day's use. The only actual good thing about this place is the boba pearls. They are better than some of the boba I've tried in the Temecula Valley. Service was good but not great Atmosphere was really good, liked the board games they have in the lobby(Even though the chess board was missing pieces) and the nice decorations. There was a little lack of seating, but not a lot of people visit at once usually anyway. Overall, not Taiwanese authentic, they use milk tea powder on most of their drinks, which is usual for a white-washed boba milk tea shop, really good atmosphere, good service, but WAY overpriced for milk tea powder and ice and barely even a scoop of boba. 1 being the worst I've ever had 10 being the best I've ever had 1.5/10. Would NEVER come back here EVER AGAIN. Worst boba milk tea in Murrieta.
