The restaurant is very cute, plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. The decorations and ambiance is very nice. We ordered two rolls and a hot sake and it was all very delicious! There are so many items on the menu that looked good too, so we will have more to try for next time! The waitress was very friendly and helpful. When we want sushi again, we will definitely come back! Thank you!
What an awesome sushi spot. Had some incredibly tasty rolls here. Very high quality. Can't wait to come back.
This was easily the best sushi experience i have had outside of a Michelin restaurant in Los Angeles. It is truly remarkable that the owner has accomplished what he has in the small, not so bougie town of Murrieta. (Very few 5 star retaurants in the area). The fish was unbelievably fresh, the service was authentic, and the portion size more generous than most. The salmon skin offerings are properly crispy, the roe not overly salty, and the fish was just exquisite. The non fish appetizers were also fantastic, the korean chicken... i have to say it was one of the top 5 foods i have ever eaten. I can NOT recommend this place enough!
I recently visited this sushi café and was very impressed! The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious — especially the salmon carpaccio and Sunday morning the best . The menu offers a great variety unique signature rolls. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and service was fast. I will definitely be coming back soon!
The food and the presentation was incredible. The service however was extremely lacking with hot food coming out 30 minutes before half of the rest of the tables rolls. Along, with patrons that were seated at least 20 min after us getting their sushi rolls before us. The Yellowtail (Hamachi) sashimi was the best I've ever eaten! Owner said he brings it in from Japan regularly as needed. The Hamachi roll is a perfect match up to this. The chef surprised us with cooking up these miniature crabs that he showed us tableside them alive, crawling around in the bowl before cooking them. So freaking delicious. I would definitely eat here again based solely on how good the food was. But unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired.
Come here after a job since they had later hours. Definitely glad we did, service was quick and the food was very good. I ended up ordering a bunch of apps for my meal and the wife wanted Ramen so we definitely need to come back for the sushi. I ordered the spicy Octopus salad which was super refreshing and really hit the spot, super gingery though! I always get takoyaki when they have it and theirs was pretty good, a bit dense but had great flavor, the potato wrapped shrimp were super good, the eofey was amazed you can potato wrap shrimp like that! The Ramen was solid, the katsu and the broth were flavorful! Definitely going to be one of our new spots.
Hands down, THE BEST Sushi place ever! I've never had fresher sushi and Sashimi than here. Big City sushi place don't even come close to this small town treasure. Steve has so much passion for what he does and the quality he puts in front of you. Good enough is never good enough. Worth DADA it's either the best or they don't serve it!
I was so sad when the old sushi restaurant went out of business and I was skeptical of this new one but I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! The service was great and the food was amazing too! I was also very happy to see that the bathrooms are still decorated like they were before! I love it! Will definitely be back!
Presentation was beautiful. Quality of fish was great. Price was fair. Would come back. Our favorites were the yellowtail carpaccio, Alaskan, and caterpillar rolls.
My favorite sushi spot in Murrieta, always fresh and delicious! Sashimi is always on point, had the ika, madai, and hotate nigiri along with my chef’s choice sashimi plate and the fresh wasabi to top it off. My husband enjoyed their Hawaiian rolls and salmon hand rolls. Kids love the spicy tuna hand rolls and shrimp tempura. Came here with some friends a few weeks ago and the soju was good too!
I'm disappointed in myself for only now finding this sushi place in Murrieta. It is definitely one of the better sushi places here. The service was very good, with our server Breanna being very friendly, helping to explain items and specials on the menu, and being attentive to our table despite many guests coming in for lunch. There is both indoor and outdoor seating for those who prefer taking advantage of the southern California sunny weather as the interior was a little dark. For the food itself, the best value appears to be the make your lunch/dinner bento box option for which you can choose an item such as pork katsu or chicken teriyaki, choose another item such as a California or shrimp tempura roll, and it comes with a side salad and a bowl of miso soup. For lunch this costs $16.95 and for dinner it's a couple of dollars more. My wife chose this option while I decided to go for the crunch roll and the popcorn lobster, both of which were really good. If you are a spicy tuna fan, many of their rolls feature spicy tuna. Next time I will be trying their sashimi and nigiri as they come highly recommended by friends. If you have kids, they do have a kids menu that includes items like chicken tenders if your kids are not sushi fans. They do have high chairs as well if you have very young family members who are dining with you. A very enjoyable and tasty dining experience that we are repeating again with the family in the not too distant future!
AhhhMazing!! We just came back from Japan and we were itching to try some sake we had found on our trip. Steve, the owner, is a Sake Sommelier and wow, he knows so much! Such a fabulous "off menu" sake selection, so make sure to ask! The food was over the top!! We had a rainbow roll and a salmon roll and so good! Miso soup tasted authentic and honestly everything was great! Wonderful little gem!
Absolutely delicious Sushi!! Sat at the sushi bar and the chef Matt, suggested some delicious specialty rolls! The Mucho Power roll is delicious with lots of different flavors! Matt delivered a great and fun dining experience!! Definitely my go-to Sushi place!!! I enjoyed everything about this place, waaaaay better than Hana!!!
Lunchtime sushi was absolute blissful. Sat at the bar and the sushi chef guided us through several bluefin cuts. We got an order of bluefin collar and we received one traditional and the other lightly seasoned and torched. Killer experience every time. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a true sushi experience
We did the annual blue fin tuna party and it was an amazing experience. Got to see Steve and his chefs filet a whole 225lbs tuna. He explained everything as he went, which we really enjoyed having a learning experience. We have stopped a week prior and sat at the bar and the other chefs are very friendly. Great service.

Very good spot to relax and eat quality sushi. I'm quite introverted, but the staff was very friendly and (big thing for me) when I came to eat at the restaurant past lunch rush it was quiet but still a little lively with good music. Highly recommend the chicken katsu box lunch with the shrimp tempura. Yes, it's a little pricey. I liked the meal though, it was a fair price for a very good meal.
I visited this place in Early December of 2025 The Chutoro/Toro tuna is AMAZING! it melts in your mouth just like butter would. The atmosphere feels like a very authentic Japanese sushi place. In my opinion, this is one of the best sushi places i've been to in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley. I would definetely recommend this place to some of my friends who live in the Murrieta area. here are my ratings on the food: Miso Ramen: 8/10 Noodles had a weird texture to them, but the broth was very rich and had plentiful toppings such as seaweed, fish cake, green onions, and meat. Nigiri: Chutoro Tuna: 10/10 Delicious, tasty, and melts in your mouth just like butter would. Tasted fresh aswell Yellowtail: 8.5/10 A little bit dry, but texture and taste were great Salmon Belly: 8.5/10 Perfectly moist, tastes fresh, and feels fresh Sweet green tea: 9.5/10 No complaints except for the fact that they gave it to me with no ice at all Sushi rice: Very well seasoned with furikake No complaints. I recommend eating this with soy sauce Miso soup: 8.5/10 Lacked tofu, but other than that it was very good! Overall, 8.5/10 Food and drinks were great. Would recommend to my friends living in and around Murrieta
This place was amazing. Our server Kyoko was so sweet, kind, and didn't miss a beat. She was so busy yet took care of everyone so well. The food was so good I forgot to take a photo of it. And that says something. Suggest getting the bento bowl, it comes with so much. Got the chicken katsu, the fry on that was insane. Such a thin batter made it so crispy. The salad and dressing was amazing. The miso soup that came with the bento wasn't too salty, which many other places ruin. Definitely will be coming back soon! Highly recommend. 🤌 Only thing is the bathrooms need to be cleaned. Wish I didn't have to write that.

I came in before work and had an amazing time. The music that was playing was so good and the food was delicious!! The waitress I had was so kind and made my trip worth taking! I also want to note how cool the girls bathroom is, it’s something you have to see to know how amazing it is!
Atmosphere 5/5 ⭐️ I love the atmosphere here. Its such a vibe and a perfect place to go on a date. Service 5/5 ⭐️ The ladies who served us (Probably the owner) was super nice and super assertive. She always came to check up on me and my date. Excellent service. Food 3/5 ⭐️ The food was whatevers honestly. The mussels and the stuffed jalapeños were really good. The roll and this cooked rice dish we got was whatever’s. We paid close to $80 to not be great. Maybe we chose the wrong sushi rolls. Next time im going to try something else and rate it again.
Overall a solid sushi place in the area. Plenty of options on the sushi or ramen end with good apps and a variety of drink choices. I've gone twice while visiting family and have been fairly satisfied with our picks overall. Service has been timely and nice both times. The price is decent and vibe is okay. Not a high end place, but solid regardless. Would recommend to others. Food: 4.4/5 Price: 4/5 Service: 4.5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: ~4.2/5
We arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes before closing and the service was great. Our server checked on several times and we never felt rushed. We ordered the Korean spicy fried chicken, the paitan ramen, and the imperial roll. The good: the ramen was packed with flavor and the chashu was very tender. I really liked the broth, the flavor was complex and well-developed. The imperial roll was also delicious. The portioning was very generous for the price, it was served with large pieces of fish and crab. It also tasted very fresh. The bad: the Korean spicy fried chicken was served lukewarm and was mostly breading, it hardly contained any chicken. It also was overcooked and had a burned oil taste to it. I would recommend sticking to the ramen and sushi. I may have just had a bad batch of the Korean spicy chicken, but it was rather disappointing.
