Toast was an excellent breakfast. I had the breakfast burger. We also had the breakfast fries. Topped with chicken, avocado. Thirdly side of sausage. Absolutely delicious. Additionally, had a rum drink that was delicious and well poured. Additional Note: There was quite a wait, but it was just the two of us wanting to eat promptly - They were able to seat us near the cash register. It was absolutely appreciated.
Came here on a recommendation from a friend that lives locally. She said the espresso martini and crab cake Benedict are the best she’s ever had! Well she was not wrong. This place did not disappoint. I had the ahi salad and it was amazing. They add pickled daikon radish… it was so good I wanted to buy a jar of it. The chilaquiles were bomb. Seasoned pork, tomatillo green salsa and tasty chips. The pecorino potatoes were out of this world! Need to make these at home! Great atmosphere. Really long wait but worth it! Thank goodness we put our name on the waitlist early!
Avocado toast and it was great. It was really delicious. The wait time was about 30 minutes but once we got sat down and had a conversation got the coffee or food came out in no time so I think for a breakfast area that’s full and has a high volume of customers they were pretty fast and our breakfast was great. Everything we got was good.
Best restaurant in town. Best food. Best service. We loved our time here. We came by twice to get a break from our rough experience at the resort and Melanie served us twice. She was the kindest most amazing server we've ever had. She was incredibly attentive to what we needed and made us feel so special. We came by for my wife's birthday and she surprised us with a really special dessert. We were so thankful for her! We had different food both times we ate there and everything was AMAZING. We had to ask Melanie to take our plates away because we were so full but kept wanting to eat the delicious food. If you're in the area and want an amazing dining experience stop by Toast and ask for Melanie. She's the best
The food is always terrific, I love getting a discontinued with my coffee. My go to is with the bucks & heavy or tarimisu French toast. All the wait staff is great.
I believe one of the manager name is prima (sorry if I’m wrong) is so amazing ! I mistakenly ordered my to go food to Temecula location and she called them to cancel and just re ordered it here on Murrieta location and I it wasn’t even 10 mins I waited and the food was ready ! Her customer service is exemplary !! I wish a lot of people could learn from her! Will always come back to this location because of how thoughtful she is!!
Oh! My! Gawd! This place is just as glorious as it’s raving reviews!! Visiting from out of town and was looking for a baller brunch spot. It was just my guy and we generally prefer the bar. Still a bit of a wait, but of course, it was Saturday morning. We didn’t mind at all. We requested to have a drink inside near the register since it was a little brisk out. I had the cotton Candy mimosa, cute and yummy! We were seated shortly after and we’re not disappointed. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandy, oof!! Initially it needed to be cooked a tiny bit longer (doesn’t hurt to be cautious about your chicken) and the staff was amazing about it. I received a new one within 10 minutes or so and goodness-me, it was fire! There was a homemade coleslaw in it as well as pickled yellow beets, sandwiched between two fluffy brioche buns. I requested the side salad over the other options, which was flavorful, crisp and light. I finished up with a Valentines Mimosa Flight, so precious and equally delicious! I don’t know what my favorite is, they were all interesting and refreshing. I really loved how organized the staff was, considering the high traffic volume. Everyone’s communicated with each other thoroughly. Everyone helped each other with the others duties when the other was taking longer a larger table, it was quite impressive. Incredible teamwork. Whoever is running this place is doing a phenomenal job taking care of their employees. Each member took pride in their role(s). Everyone was in high spirits and had such great energy. Everyone’s vibe matched the bright-fun-radiance of the atmosphere. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here any moment you can. You will not regret it! I’m super grateful for this experience, a toast to this business, you are doing wonderful things! Keep up the amazing work!! 🥂💗
Very good breakfast place with excellent service I had the steak and eggs and the steak was cooked well eggs perfect and hashbrowns were good my wife got the eggs Benedict and she was very pleased with it my wife's mom went all a cart and got scrambled eggs potatoes and a pancake witch she was very happy with if your in murrieta definitely try toast
This place was located next door to the hotel where I was staying. In the efforts to avoid fast food, I stumbled upon it. Oh Boy, am I glad I did! Everything that came out of that kitchen was a feast for the eyes. Seeing as I was flying so low I decided to sit at the bar as to avoid the 20 minute. Yes, there was a wait at 9 o'clock in the morning on Wednesday. Their drink menu alone is enough to overwhelm, but the options are so fanatic that you will want to try everything. I almost never drink anything at a restaurant. I think the money is best spent on the food besides most drinks are not postworthy. This place had me wanting to take pictures of other people's drinks. I'm glad I finally settled on the lavender cappuccino. Even though I ordered strategically, I couldn't help having plate envy as others received their food. The service was amazing!! Both ladies tending the bar were attentive and open to answering any questions: food, drinks, surrounding area, beaches, California. It was great because they stayed in motion; yet, I didn't feel rushed. My food completely exceeded all my expectations. I could not decide where to start first. I give two solid thumbs up to the Crab Cake Benedict. The portions were so plentiful I was able to save one for lunch and concentrate on the pancake. My pancake with the lemon curd and Blackberries was nothing short of heaven😇! I was so excited to eat it I almost forgot to take a picture. I highly recommend either of these 2 dishes.
Well, we did it again....This place is Awesome!!!!. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Kay had the Avocado toast again... our granddaughter Mia had the Berries and crean Crepes.. than kay and Mia split the Creme Bulay french toast... WOW thank you Chef 👨🍳 We will definitely go back... you need to sit where Octavo will be your server, that Dude is awesome 👌
This was our first experience at “Toast” and it absolutely did not disappoint! Our daughter eats here periodically and brought us here during our visit from NC. The menu had plenty of healthy breakfast or lunch dish choices and we loved the atmosphere! Our waiter, “Seth”, was super nice and he was very attentive. We would definitely dine here again!
Great place for Brunch and breakfast. Food is absolutely delicious.I really enjoy.Customer service is also great. Today we're helped by David. David was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I had delicious shrimp and grits my partner a very well prepared corn beef with mimosas and blood Mary. We had a very nice time there.O recm
Great place, we went on valentines day service and food was awesome. First time that we have been to this place and my wife can't wait to go back. They have different flavor of cappuccinos and lattes, we order a coconut latte that we really enjoyed. They also have mimosa flight, great pancake options like red velvet pancake or French toast like creme brulee French toast, we actually order this and it was delicious. My wife order a vegetable benedict and she loved it. I order corned beef skillet, which had potatoes, bell peppers, onion and Brussels sprouts with eggs. Really great dish. Like a said before we can't wait to go back.
A delicious addition to Murrieta! The Korean beef ribs are tender and flavorful! The Grilled Cheese is gooey and crispy with each bite. The sweet potato fries are perfectly cooked. The fig berry Ice tea has a refreshing taste. The staff is friendly and attentive. The decor is welcoming and cozy. Great place for an amazing time with friends. Cheers to Joy J ( Elite Yelper) for the fabulous referral! And special thanks to the manager, Eric that greets all the tables and makes sure all his guests are happy.
I always enjoy coming here. Celebrated my Birthday recently because I knew everything would be great. A variety of choices to pick from. My go to is Chile verde chilaquiles!! On certain holidays they will have food and drink specials. This is my favorite spot for breakfast. Great for all age crowds. Highly recommended.
Friendly atmosphere and staff! Food was delicious as was the Rose Vanilla Matcha! I had the chilaquiles verde with scrambled eggs and side of avocado. The dish was seasoned perfectly and portion size was big...had leftovers for the next day! Thanks to our server Seth for recommending the chilaquiles verde! He was spot on with his recommendation! Their michelada is also delicious, especially the spicy version!! Next time I'll be back to experience the brunch on Sunday!
This was our first time trying toast. Smaller place but very vibey on the inside. I got the berries and cream crepes and my bf got the Ruben Benedict. We shared. It was plenty of food and everything was delicious. The presentation was also beautiful. Honestly every dish that came out looked amazing. They also serve delicious lattes in big coffee mugs. Me and my bf got a cold brew coffee and it was yummy! Definitely will be back!!
Went in for breakfast on a Friday morning (10:30am) with a party of 7. We were told 20-25min wait but were seated promptly. Erica was our server and she was very sweet and excellent service. Food was served fast and was so delicious. Wish I took more pictures we got a variety of food and it all was amazing. Creme Brulee French toast, Ruben and chicken fried chicken were some of our top favorites. We didn't care for the mimosas and our sweet potato fries were over cooked but overall excellent service and food, definitely would recommend and come back!
I came back to Marietta to visit family and of course we wanted to get Toast! I didn't favor some of the fruit and dressing on my yogurt and granola, but the manager Becca completely understood and made sure I was pleased with my meal! Missy was our server (not only does she have really cool nails), she was also very accommodating and sweet for our entire lunch! I appreciate it. The avocado toast I received the second go around was lovely!
The food is original and delicious. The service is always exceptional and the atmosphere is always upbeat, positive and celebratory. The name “Toast” is very appropriate, you go there to celebrate a special event or just the blessings of life.
Saw this breakfast restaurant while getting gas and noticed a line. So we decided to give it a try. We ordered the corn beef skillet with a side creme brulee french toast and kalbi ribs with kimchi. We were content with our choices, everything was delicious with tons of flavor. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Came here for the first time on my birthday. The waitress was pleasant and funny. This place gets crowded quickly but we were seated fast. I had the Cream Brulee French toast and a flight of mimosas. It was delicious. My overall experience with the service, food, atmosphere was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves breakfast.
Great place to come for breakfast/brunch but they have such a nice varied menu that stopping by at any time is nice. Have had their Chicken-Fried Chicken and it is tasty and SO filling! Our latest server was Kat and despite having to serve a large portion of the tables she always made sure we had what we needed, keep up the great work! Will say that the only con to Toast is how popular it is....come ahead of time because there will likely be a decent wait time.
Omg I'm so happy to have found this place. I love their menu choices. I love their decor. Everything was hot and delicious. I had their toasted coconut cappuccino and green chili chilaquiles. Portions were perfect. Reasonable prices. All staff are friendly, and hard workers. The place is busy but the staff handle it well. The place is kept clean too. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.
Stopped by for a brunch with my mom and we didn’t have a reservation, but there was plenty of seating. This parking lot is massive so you won’t have trouble finding parking. It also shares the shopping center with a lot of other places if you want to walk around too while you wait if there’s a long line. The menu is very diverse. The portions were really big and I really enjoyed the quick and attentive staff. The omelette and steak and eggs were really good. Next time I come back, I may want to try the chilaquiles! You can either sit inside if you really want the air conditioning, but we opted to sit outside because it was really nice day and it’s shaded and there is a booth seating. The Vietnamese iced coffee was really refreshing too!
An amazing place that is always busy and now I know why! This place is located in murrieta, and you could smell how great it was from a distance. There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it. We finally got seated and got some warm coffee to start and the waitress gave us her recommendations. I got the smoked veggie Benedict, and my partner got the normal ham and eggs Benedict. Both were delicious and piping hot, the runny egg was perfect. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was great; they check on you a lot! Check this place out, it’s a breakfast gem you must try!
Love this place!!! Everything we had was delicious!!! Started with the Cinnamon Toast Maple Latte and that was super delicious, although I'm not a fan of the cereal topping, which was easily removed, but really enjoyed it. We ordered the chilaquiles, which were bursting with flavor, same with the Turamisu French toast, has the right amount of sweetness by itself with the cream, but it does come served with some syrup on the side. Also ordered the Berries and cream crepes, which were very creamy and so good too. And lastly the chocolate chip pancakes, which came with a very cute and fancy topping design. Will definitely be going back. The staff, beginning with the hostess outside, to our waitress and even the manager coming around to say hello and check in, we all so attentive. Highly recommend!!!
We made reservations to go to check out toast. There was a long wait period if you just showed up so highly recommend reservations. The food was delicious. I ordered crab cakes with poached eggs and I don't even like crab. they were so delicious, flavourful super crispy and creamy I don't think I will ever get anything better than toast for crab cakes. For me it was a perfect balance. Well also tried the chilaquiles Verdes, and the crepes everything was great super tasty and delicious I don't think anything we ordered was not great. Highly recommended toast 10 out of 10.
Ok so I knew the food was going to be good but the service blew me away. Erica was amazing. She was on top of it all. She is definitely the definition of waitress and customer service. My brother is usually a tough person when he goes out to eat but he was blown away by the fact that he only had to ask for his condiments once. He asks for a list of random weird things that he eats all his foods with and she was on it. She brought it all out without having to remind her. Usually everywhere we go they forget it. So we were very impressed with Erica. Thank you for the great service. We will be back to see you.
Very friendly service, and the servings are very generous. My wife and I had the crab cake benedict and the chicken-fried chicken, as well as a couple of mochas, and with how much food we had, plus how great everything tasted, we felt like we had to be rolled out of the restaurant. (Update Sep. 5, 2022) Our opinion of this restaurant has not changed, and is a go-to for our family when we want to go out for brunch. Our kids love the food here, with my daughter loving the French Toast dippers from the kids menu and the boys loving the kids' chicken tenders. For a family of 5, after taxes we have averaged about $60-75 a visit, which for the quantity and quality of food is well worth it...we always end up having more than enough leftovers to take home. We will definitely continue to come back, and this is a spot I would bring visiting family and friends.
Husband and I lunched there this afternoon. First timers. We sat at the bar and it was a nice experience. The bartenders were super awesome. Great service. Husband had an Old Fashioned and the Farm Bloody Mary. He loved it. I ate the Ahi Poke Bowl. He had the Shrimp Ceviche. Meanwhile both were good, the poke was super spicy to me. Would have been nice to know that prior to eating it. Maybe a small warning on the menu? Regardless, the flavor was good and the the dish was aesthetically pleasing as well as the restaurant itself. 🙏🏽🥰
First time coming here and can’t recommend it more. Food LOOKS amazing, and TASTES amazing. Wait times can be a little vague, and I say that because we were told by the staff 10-15 minutes, but it turned out to be more like 30-45 minutes.. That being said, totally worth the wait. And would highly recommend bringing someone or multiple people here if you’re trying to impress 😂 the foods very photogenic ❤️
We had a great breakfast at toast. Just came here for the first time, the food was very delicious and well seasoned. Our server was very sweet and kind and she listened to everything that we wanted. We wanted our breakfast a specific way and they did it exactly like that, I like this place because likes unlike some other restaurants they know actually how to use seasoning. And they season the food really well and it was delicious. It was just what I wanted. And it was good for the price. Our server was very sweet, and we miss customer service like that in this day and age.
A nice, modern breakfast spot. They have a large selection of drinks including a variety of coffee. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The restaurant is dog friendly with a dog menu and a beautiful, big patio. Our waitress was very attentive and made recommendations for us for both savory and sweet foods. The food was delicious and the presentation of everything served was beautiful! We were staring at every plate we saw taken to other tables. The iced honey brown sugar latte was delicious and not too sweet. The hot vietnamese coffee was okay- it was sweeter than expected and it's probably better iced. The creme brulee french toast was delicious and fluffy with a crunchy caramel topping. The best thing may have been the corned beef skillet. It had fresh house-made corned beef, potatoes and veggies, perfectly cooked eggs, and toast. They have a big toast selection too! They have a very diverse menu and everything on it sounds delicious. There are a lot of unique menu items and ingredients in their dishes that you definitely need to try!
We stopped here because it was close to where we were going and boy are we glad we did! Angie was an amazing server and answered all our questions about the dishes. She was patient and friendly. The coffee was delicious and the food exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and the playlist was perfect! Everyone should try this place!
We had a rough day, but dining at Toast completely turned things around. Our server, Kia-ra (or Kyara), was truly outstanding — warm, kind, and super attentive without us even having to ask. The food was delicious and comforting, and the exceptional service made all the difference. Thank you for turning our day around!
Was at Murrieta Hot Springs for Memorial Day weekend & thank God I found this place for breakfast. 🙌🏽 It was so good we came back twice in a row. Great background music, decor, top notch friendly, prompt service & delicious food! The first time we sat at the bar and had David as our server who was great!! He gave us some good recommendations!! Mimosa flight - he loved it Samoa cookie mocha - sooo good Crab cake Benedict - delish Tiramisu French toast - omg!! 🤎 Shrimp & grits - so flavorful 2nd visit (Kat was our waitress): Mimosa flight again Cinnamon Maple Toast Latte - yummy Chilaquiles verde - very good Crème Brûlée French toast - very good Radical stack - he loved it Tip: join the waitlist! Located in the 'Madison Marketplace' shopping center on Madison Ave. and Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. near Denny's with plenty of parking. Conveniently near the 15 Fwy off Murrieta Hot Springs exit. We stopped here this Tuesday morning and were seated immediately. Although it was not too busy when we got there, we still got on their waiting list online, before arriving to avoid a long wait time as this place is known to be busy. Today, I tried their 'Berries & Cream Crepes' with a side of '2 Eggs, Bacon & Pecorino Potatoes', accompanied with a 'Honey Brown Hot Latte'. Food was delicious with fresh ingredients and great presentation. The coffee was amazing. Portions are generous. The service was great. Shout out to our server, 'Kiarra' who was extremely attentive and welcoming. She made sure we had a great breakfast experience. The restaurant is clean and organized with fun Café decor, a full-sized bar, and outdoor seating. Restroom was also clean during our visit. Overall, we had a great experience here and will definitely return to try other menu items.
This was our first time coming to Toast and we were not disappointed at all. Loved the atmosphere right away. There is both inside and outside seating available. It's spacious and airy. They also have a nice small bar area. Very photographable. I even took pictures in the bathroom. Lol Our server Kacie was great!! She came with a smile and wonderful suggestions. We ordered all her recommendations. They did not disappoint. Service was right on time. There was no waiting for a seat. Not sure how busy they may get, but we were there on a Saturday afternoon. For starters we tried the Mango Shrimp Ceviche. YUMMO!!! Loved it. Tasted so fresh and the presentation wonderful. It came with a mild and hot sauce. I like a good hot sauce and it did not disappoint. Get that!! My Sister ordered the Chilaquiles Verde. My Mommy ordered the Crabcake Benedict. I ordered plain French toast. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to that. The French toast was so good. The right amount of cinnamon and thickness. They give you a good amount of butter, but I always get extra. They do not cut the toast so you get 2 whole pieces. So good!! I had the cold brew Horchata. It was so good. I was up all night. Lol My Mommy and sister both enjoyed their breakfast. My Sister said it was one of the best Chilaquiles she's had. She orders that wherever they serve it, so she would know. My Mommy was raving about how delicious the Crabcakes tasted. She has a Mimosa with her Crabcake Benedict. I highly recommend stopping in for delicious food, good service, a wonderful atmosphere, and an all-around good eating experience. We will be back. Hopefully, we will get Kacie again!
First time here, dishes were delicious and big portions, tasty lattes, ambience was good. Friendly servers. The only downside was initially when we asked if we could sit inside while we waited to be seated (we're only ones waiting) at their entire empty sitting bar section, because it was a rainy chilly windy crisp morning, and they said no, we had to wait outside. Would suggest to try this place at least once.
Absolutely love this place. Service was great, food was spectacular and atmosphere was so cozy. I love trying to find cozy little breakfast restaurants that my husband and I can sneak away to and have a little breakfast mini date after we drop the kiddos off at school. We have 8 kids in total and only have one kid left after we drop of the older kids at school, so this breakfast break is fun for us to have and so much more affordable with a smaller party. This is truly an enjoyable spot to eat and just enjoy the truly classic dishes, along with the creative meals they have come up with. They also offer cute cocktails for you to enjoy. My husband and I will definitely be visiting this establishment again and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you all for a great meal and such great service!
My boyfriend and I came here to enjoy a delicious meal together. I’ve been here before but this was his first time. He loved it! He was impressed with the presentation of the coffee! We ordered the breakfast fries and the chicken fried chicken! The fries were delicious! The chicken fried chicken was fantastic! We loved how the flavors of the two plates were so different!
They were super busy when we got there around 11 so come early! We sat at the bar top.. the seats were very uncomfortable! Needs some cushions. Ladies, if you were shorts those chairs are going to leave some marks on you…. Buuutttt… let’s get to the food! That mimosa flight 😍😍😍 So delicious! My favorite was definitely the vanilla raspberry with the cotton candy on top (I forgot to take a pic of the cotton candy before eating it 😂😂) The tiramisu French toast was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. The heart was made out of what I am assuming coffee???? Mmmmm 👌👌 It is definitely sweet so we couldn’t finish it but tomorrow morning that’s gonna be amazing! I got the baby got Banh Mi sandwich and DANG! That was on point! It was Soo delicious buuuutttt it’s sooo messy to eat! There was no way to eat that cleanly! But no regrets! Hubby got the steak and eggs and was a little disappointed cause his steak was still a little raw… even when they re-made it. Guess it’s lunch tomorrow! The bar was BUSY! Our server was hustling getting all the dirty dishes and then she broke a glass… she pulled it off very chill though!
Although the menu items were limited the food itself was very good. The restaurant was extremely busy in the middle of the week in the afternoon and the music was so loud it was hard for people to carry on a conversation. But the servers were very polite.
Decent, the various French toasts are amazing. This time around I was not that hungry so I got the soup. To be honest, it was meh, so I tried my wife's burrito, ok but mostly potato, again meh, then I tried our grandsons I think it was stores pancakes. Holy cow, super good, no way anyone can eat the whole thing. If you are in the mood for something completely decadent here is your spot. The menu is quite eclectic in a good way. BTW our daughter and son got back from Comicon and my note was the overflow was at toast. Again shall we say eclectic?
We were sat at the bar so getting our waitress' attention was very difficult. The food was amazing. I decided to try the crab Benedict and it was good but I think crab cakes aren't my thing. The sweet potato fries are addicting. My potatoes were bland. Overall I would give it another go. The eggs were cooked perfect, no trapped water during poaching and no uncooked whites. I may not enjoy crab cakes but it was still good.
This is a trendy breakfast spot that we had checked out. I ordered the hashbrowns and my husband ordered a basic all American style breakfast. The food was delicious, but nothing over-the-top spectacular. They have an extensive menu with a good variety of food and the drinks are well worth it. I would give this place another go as I wanted to try the shrimp and grits.
🍳Breakfast was fantastic- Service is excellent- Ambiance terrific - We ordered the Baby Got Bahn Mi off sandwich section of menu and unfortunately the bread was soggy. Also one of skillet orders came as scrambled and it was ordered over easy, however they quickly corrected it and brought a side of over easy eggs Next time we will stick with what Toast does best and that’s Breakfast 🍳 We will be back for sure - Thanks
We went here as a group to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday morning. Luckily we had a reservation but we overheard there was a 1 hour wait time. Overall it was a fun time. The atmosphere was good. The food was good. I had the breakfast fries. Fries were delicious and everything else added to the flavor as well. I drank the horchata cold brew. The coffee flavor was great but I couldn't taste much horchata. I think I would visit this place again and go for the toast or pancakes. Also pictured - my sisters choices of food & the Barbie Girl drink.
This was a very nice time! There were several savory (including the Corned Beef Skillet pictured) and sweet (s’mores crepes, anyone?) items to choose from and we got in quickly on a Saturday morning (where else can you say that?). The potatoes (a base for several meals) were thin and crisped to perfection, and my sourdough was the perfect amount of flavors! I would definitely go back!
Busy cute cafe with really good food, our server Ana was awesome, the hostess could be more down to earth but over all we were seated relatively fast and the food and drinks came out on time, we brought our children with us and they can get antsy at times but we were given these cool (not so typical) coloring mats and wax strings to keep them busy. Great place to visit, we went around 12 which is the lunch crowd and it started to be less busy around 1:15, I'd visit again. Great atmosphere.
During a month long stay in the area, I ate at Toast 5 times. Each time I went, I was alone and never had to wait for a seat at the bar. The restaurant was usually busy by 830ish though and it sounded like wait times could be 30-45mins for larger groups. The dishes I tried were the crab cake benedict, radical stack, roasted root salad, crème brûlée French toast, and the biscuits and gravy. All were delicious with the French toast being my favorite, delicious flavor( sweet but not overly sweet). The roasted root salad was good but could be better(served on a plate that doesn’t contain the salad well, onions are cut to large for a salad). The radical stack is a meat lovers dream. Great blend of flavors that work well together. The burger patty did seem like it was a bit too much though and I wish it was a thinner, crispy “smash” style burger instead. Crab cake Benedict was one of the best I had, probably my second favorite dish. I liked their take on biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was a hybrid of a country style biscuit and an English muffin(only complaint is I would like more gravy). I also got a variety of drinks which all look amazing, great presentation. None of them were overly sweet in my opinion. Samoa cookie mocha and horchata cold brew were my favorites. Staff were all amazing and worked fast. Looking forward to being back in the area sometime to try more of the menu.
Went to Toast this morning for breakfast. I ordered Eggs Your Way. I've eaten at both locations in the past and I'm just not into their fancy breakfast dishes. But, their breakfast was delicious and I loved their crispy hash browns. I would come back again and order the same plate. We sat outside and it was nice and cool in the patio. Only thing I have to say that's negative is the music was too loud. Turn it down a few notches and it leaves you with a more pleasant experience. :)
Excited they have a location in Murrieta so I could try it. Expect a long wait and rightfully so as it is good. Ordered the avocado toast and it was delicious with the different toppings on each piece. Small portion though and the bread was not fresh. My friend was able to customize her eggs benedict and it was a good portion and looked yummy. Service was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor patio area. Another great breakfast place to go back to!
Good menu and friendly service but the 5 or 6 times I've had breakfast at Toast my eggs were room temperature andthe rest of the food just warm. I've stopped going there because it happened every time
The food was mediocre this time. We ordered the gluten free pancakes and they were not great. The strawberries tasted off so we just took them off. Our server was wonderful! And food came out quickly and hot. My child really likes the chicken sandwich. Steak and eggs was decent. I recommend trying to go when it’s not so busy.
We decided to try this restaurant on a friend’s recommendation. Service was good, the wait was 10 minutes and our server was friendly. But the food wasn’t good, I had the Chile verde chilaquiles. I’ve had delicious Chile verde in my life this chilaquiles pale in comparison, it was a bland Chile verde. And also the toast on the other order was burnt. For the amount of money it is not worth it. Maybe they were having an off day so I will try again in a few months.
It was a good breakfast spot until yesterday. My crab cake egg Benedict toast was burnt, and the cook served burnt side down thinking that people wouldn’t noticed. The hash brown was cold and closer to the burnt side as well. They gave me a piece of new toast. Kids meal was just kinda sad with the amount of eggs.
I ordered biscuits and gravy through door dash, and the restaurant didn't put the gravy in the bag and then blamed the Door Dasher when I called. the manager was so rude and didn't care they messed up. He said to call the Dasher to have them come back?
Seems like they were taking Christmas pictures with the staff (very cute and we love positive work environments) BUT there's a time and place for these things, there are dollar tree bags stuffed with Christmas items on multiple tables and people dressing up by the main entrance of the establishment.. it felt like we were interrupting a shoot. I think the staff was more involved in that than with the guests, even if there were few. Our food was underseasoned, and lacked flavor. The waitress was passive aggressive for no reason and never checked on us. The inside was so loud due to a lot of staff changing/dressing up and the loud music already playing... If you want to eat here, please ask for outdoor seating, hopefully you get a better experience than us. we asked but they had closed it already, it was 2pm.
Overpriced, Greasy, and just yuck! I tried twice to like the food here. I am sad to say, I will not be back. The atmosphere and service was good, but I ordered a veggie omelet and you are charged extra for every vegetable on the omelet! WHY? It's $14 just for the egg. Which by the way, it was the thinnest egg I've ever seen. It literally had more everything else over a sliver of egg. And, I just realized...I was charged $2.50 for avocado that I didn't get! Disgraceful! And its now 3:30pm, on the same day and I have the worst heartburn I've ever had. Uck!
When we arrived we did a walk up list since they don’t do reservations at all. They let us know the wait time was 30 minutes. Sure. We waited 50 minutes to be seated. When we finally get sat we were placed inside when we asked for outdoors. When asked if we could be moved they said we would need to wait another 15 minutes. We proceeded to eat inside. It is VERY loud. They have music playing loudly plus people are close enough you can touch their tables with your knees so you can imagine the conversations heard. It took them 15 minutes to take out order then another 20 minutes to get our food which is pretty fair! My guest ordered a corn beef skillet $19.50 . I ordered breakfast fries $17.50 with a side of French toast for SEVEN DOLLARS for ONE slice. A little crazy if you ask me for bread. Anyways my entree was sweet and discolored. Also the cilantro it came with was just a garnish. I paid a total of 53$. I’m not sure I would come again .
