I love this little spot in the mall. My mother loves the pretzels and always makes us stop by. Me, I like the bread wrapped hot dogs. I know it's not gourmet, but it's good for us.

best pretzels I eva eaten. They were very well done, albeit the wait time fluctuates greatly. Once, I waited 20 minutes to be served when only two parties were ahead of me, but once my friends and I were all served under 5 minutes.

Aaliyah was awesome! They were out of hot dog bites but they were making some fresh so she took my order and said I can come back in 25 to pick them up. We did some quick shopping and when we came back she spotted me and brought them out to me without me having to wait. Great service!!

It's your average greasy fast food restaurant. Their pretzels aren't always fresh. It's obvious that they've been sitting in the hot case. They literally have grease soaking on the bags. But at the same time one of the workers is cooking fresh pretzels/bites. My niece loves the cheese and bread covered hot dogs. I don't know if that's what they're called. They're tiny sausages and she only eats the meat. Everything is quite overpriced. But if you haven't eaten all day and you don't want to wait in an even longer line, this is your spot.

But at the same time one of the workers is cooking fresh pretzels/bites. My niece loves the cheese and bread covered hot dogs. I don't know if that's what they're called. Pretzels are great but the women helping my son and I was rude. Must have been to early in the morning for her.

My visit to wetzeles pretzel not only came with a dollar off coupon but a free episode of food poisoning for the whole family also. My two year old ended up at the Temecula Valley Hospital due to uncontrollable vomiting. I guess what can you expect from a food shop ran by teenagers.

My family and I came in on a Thursday afternoon. We asked for the dog bites and the young blonde girl at the register said they were out. We asked what do you have available and she condescending told us "Whatever you see is what we have." Mind you, there were no labels on the windows and there were slim pickings. She also never bothered to tell us what she had. So we politely said nevermind thank you. Definitely not coming back to this nor any other Wetzel's Pretzels if this is the kind of service offered.

I don’t know what happened but the quality of the pretzels have gone down. Every time I get a pretzel from here it seems like they dump it in grease, then instead of the pretzel being firm and tasty, it tastes chewy and doughy. Not raw, but 50-75% cooked. Sad. Drinks are okay though.

My niece wanted some dog bites and lemonade so we stopped by, I guess the cashiers were in a bad mood because they were so rude. Specially LESLIE she was giving us some ugly looks, please train the cashiers to be more customer service friendly. We love wetzels pretzels but today it was just a horrible experience.

If you like women who are rude and to throw your food on the counter, give you attitude and try to deny you service then management please give your employee Leslie a gold star🌟. Your attitude doesn't belong at the work place. If it was up to her she would have denied to serve me. I've been coming here for years because my son loves it. Forget this place. Nothing worse that the people serving you giving attitude when you are a paying customer.

I went to this location; they charged me for two pretzels and only gave me one. Their Dr Pepper was watered down and undrinkable. And when i proceeded to tell them the problem, the cashier and worker gave me attitude. I DO NOT recommend coming here. Go to the Annies Pretzels upstairs:) P.S. If you try to call the number on the receipt, they dont even answer.

Just ordered 2 regular pretzels and one regular lemonade and one strawberry kiwi frozen with 2 cheese dips. They messed up my drink and the pretzel tasted like it wasn't ready yet more like dough.....ridiculous

Sadly pretzels were awful. They were stale and dried out. Then on top of that it was almost $20! For 1 pretzel and a cup of stuffed pretzel bites. Wow
