Last night Bucca catered our Friendsgiving event and boy did they knock it out of the park! Everything was amazing! If you are ever looking for a phenomenal Thanksgiving meal look no further! Thanks for the delicious food! And I must add that George the manager made sure everything was perfect 👍🏻

Buca has done so much for us here at Burn Naples! They host our meetings at their restaurant. We are never disappointed with their service or food! It is all so amazing. We just had them cater our Friendsgiving event & it was the best food, service, and all around experience yet! Everything was delivered early, set up quickly, and hot! Thank you George for all your help! We can’t wait to have Buca help us in the future!

This place was unique, not only in the quality of service, but also in the quality of food. Honestly the service was so good I wouldn't even have noticed if the food was bad, but it was very good food! You will see what I mean when you get here lol.

We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here and it was awesome! The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and hot. Our waitress was great!

Experienced Buca di Beppo for the 1st time at our local Burn Bootcamp’s Friendsgiving dinner. The thanksgiving dinner that was catered to us from Buca was so delicious! Definitely the traditional thanksgiving dinner, amazing food, colorful and tasty!

I honestly just wanted to leave a compliment to the manager, George, when we dined in, George was awesome! He was helping our waitress out while talking to us and making sure we (as well as other tables) were taken care of! He was really going out of his way! Not to mention he is extremely outgoing! Some reviews mentioned how under staff they are but in my honest opinion, the manager really went out of his way to make sure he was helping out and that counts a lot! We will definitely be back and hope to see George there again!

We celebrated my son’s 20th birthday. Every course of our meal was spectacular. The Manager made time to check on us and he was very personable. Our waiter was outstanding. He helped us with our menu choices. He even led the Happy Birthday song! We could not have asked for a better experience..... Oh and we got a very cool tour before our meal of all of the themed rooms. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Such an amazing experience here! I used them for a catering event I did. George did an amazing job working with me on everything. I needed a large order for a school function and at an early time- he messaged me it was ready early, had it all ready when I got there, had all of the condiments there to make this experience wonderful, and put it in my car for me! He got there at 5 am to start getting it ready for me! They go above and beyond for you! Not to mention the food was AMAZING! Everyone at the event had such great things to say about their meal! So delicious :)

I had a baby shower here and George the general manager was very attentive along with his staff. They actually helped me set up. They went above and beyond to make sure that my event was flawless. George took pictures as the baby shower was taking place to help capture the moment. I thought that it was very thoughtful of him. Pricing was also very reasonable. He didn’t try to upsell and make me spend a lot of money. Also the food was amazing. Next time I want to try their enormous sized meatballs! I will definitely use them again for future events.

Loved loved the food! The atmosphere was great, you definitely have the sense of Italian feel into the entire place. We even had a Tour of the restaurant. And our server Crystal was great. she definitely made us feel so welcoming.

We went here last night to eat and it was fantastic! The food was great and the service was even better! Our server, Laura was on top of it the whole time! We never had to ask for more drinks, she would just bring them. She was super friendly and always had a smile on her face. Would definitely come again!

Delicious food!! Even better than we remember. This time we we had takeout, but in the past we’ve always enjoyed the interesting and fun filled photos covering the walls of this labyrinth of a restaurant. Look for the nuns playing bumper cars. Pleasant, amiable waiters who seem to really enjoy what you’re doing and care that you are enjoying your experience.

Sunday night my family and I had an amazing dinning experience here at buca. As a table of 20 I know it can be overwhelming for a server. Our server Jenny handled it like a pro. She was knowledgeable about the menu portions and amount of food to order. Food was delicious as well as our leftovers today! Will definitely be back soon.

We visited this location while on vacation. Everything was great. We had the lasagna and it was absolutely delicious! I wanted to make sure the manager knew what a great job they all did, especially since people complain more than they compliment. Aaron, the manager, came right over to talk to ud . He was sweet and very appreciative of the compliment. You have a great manger there!

This is one of the best restaurants in SWFL. The atmosphere is fun and all the pictures are cool and interesting to look at. The food doesn't disappoint either, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We did a wedding party there with 25 people, and everything was amazing as I expected. Also their drinks were delicious, both my wife and I agree.

We had such an amazing experience here at this restaurant! The food was amazing and so filling and the scenery/decoration is so memorable and unique! The service is the thing that really tops it all off and we had the pleasure of having a wonderful server, Amine, who was always on top of things and was incredibly nice and social. Would 100% come back again and I’m looking forward to my next experience!

I recently started working at Bucca and haven’t had time to try the food, so my boyfriend and I decided to have a date night. Seeing the restaurant in a customers perspective was great, I observed and noticed that everyone was involved and helped other coworkers to make the job fast and efficient. We had the fried Mac and cheese, antipasti salad and the spicy rigatoni... AMAZING! I highly recommend this restaurant :)

I recently went to Buca di Beppo for the first time! It was such a fun experience. It was for my moms birthday. She choose the wine room & loved the wine-o ceiling! The general manager (George) came over to our table to make sure we were having a great time. We had a great conversation with him. We appreciated his kindness! Not only great food but also great service!

Amazing food & excellent customer service!! We needed a room VERY last minute for a baby shower, due to another restaurant loosing our reservation on the day of! We called and Samantha made it happen. She was very helpful and nice. We had a GREAT time, with great food, & excellent service!!! 👍🏻

We had a great reunion last night..Old friends, delicious food, and friendly service. Our server, Arzo, made excellent recommendations. The chicken marsala was delicious and the ice cream sundae was the perfect ending. My son was in heaven. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

Wow, great service, great food. Get ready to eat and be treated like family. Chef Christian passed by our table at least 3 times. Answered all of our questions and was extremely informative. Our waitress Kady did not stop and kept all drinks coming and never skipped a beat. She had a lot of patience We were 14 people total. Cant wait to eat here again. Thank you guys. We ate here for a late lunch and were seated immediately. Service was quick, attentive and very cordial. One of the beers we wanted was out so our waitress suggested an alternative to our satisfaction. Warm bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was delivered right away, and our entrees were delivered hot and fresh with nicely sized portions. We ordered chicken parm, broccoli, and rigatoni with chicken in a spicy red sauce. Would recommend each, very tasty. Overall a very pleasant experience!

My family went here tonight to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted immediately and brought to our table. We had delicious drinks and appetizer. So much food for dinner and all looked, tasted and smelled so good! The server was quick and knowledgeable about the menu. The dessert was soooo good! Overall had a great time and can’t wait to come back again.

The food is amazingly delicious, the best Italian dining I have ever experienced. The inside is as if you're in a genuine Italian family restaurant. The drinks were good but of all I must say the manager George was welcoming, he helped us choose everything and we were more than satisfied, and I must say he went over and beyond so that we felt comfortable and enjoyed everything. My advice is try it and you won't regret it. 5* in everything. Thank you George for making our dining experience the best.

We met friends here for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff members. The environment is cozy with a lot of pictures and decor on the walls. There are lots of colorful lights throughout the restaurant. This is a family style restaurant so portions here serve 3-5 people. The menu has a variety of traditional Italian cuisine, but nothing fancy. I would compare it more to an Olive Garden. It's very affordable and we were pleasantly surprised by the pasta, it was enjoyable. Many of the appetizers are fried, the salad was very good. We enjoyed a glass of Apotheic wine for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the service this night was very, very slow. It took at least 15min to get waters and 20min for our friend to receive his beer. The waitress was kind and attentive, but either forgetful or overly busy. The food however, came out on time and hot. Had the service been more prompt, I would have given it 5 stars.

Food was good and service was fast. But there were only a few tables of people in the place. Had the lasagna. I would call it more of a 2 person serving for the 3. But no big deal because we had salad and a meatball too. Lasagna was warm but far from hot. Caesar salad was great with plenty of croutons. Would probably go back to try one more time and get a different entree.

Food wasn't that great but dessert was amazing.. Server would refill drinks and leave old cups. We were 11 so there were A LOT of cups on our table. We first and last time visiting this place.

We had a nice$20 off coupon but we thought the food was okay but overpriced to begin with. Hey this is more of a family or large group place. The wall decorations are interesting.

I love the food. My wife and I had our Wedding Reception here a really long time ago. The food is still really good but the service has really taken a hit. The atmosphere feels really tense and the servers seem like they really dont want to be there. It's unfortunate because we've always loved the food here but the service makes us not really want to come back.

We have been several times, this was my least favorite visit. It wasn't bad, just was not very good. It was not busy and the waitress was hardly around. Bread was cold, not just not hot, cold. The rigatoni in the spicy chicken pasta as perfect. The ziti was a little mushy. We enjoy the family style and will return, but we aren't rushing back.

The food, like always, was awesome !! Portions are huge, but it is family style dining. Unfortunately the service this time was very very slow. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant at 3:45 PM, and it took forever to get waited on and for our food to arrive. How long does it take to serve spaghetti when the sauce is likely already made up. They definitely need improvement in this area

I have mix feelings with this place. Food is great, no doubt about it. The issue lies with service - usually disappears on customers, forgetful about orders, and run away with your change to never come back with it (yes, it has happened). Out of the 7 - 10 times my family and I have been there, service has been exceptional twice. We come back to it because it is a unique place - love the decoration, and the food! But they MUST do something about the service. Yesterday, my family and I gave it a shot again. Well, it was going great until our salad order was no the desired one. Food took an hour. Not even courteous to let us know it was going to take that long - now, mind that it is summer time in Florida, place was not busy at all, and we were sat by the bar area. Party of 4. Waitress was super nice. We got a word with the GM who was nice to us, and actually made it up on the spot. We appreciate it. I hope he gets his crew to strive for a better service. Past management has been harsh and definitely not customer-service driven.

Great atmosphere. Fantastic wait/service staff. Manager on duty was...not so great. He definitely needs training in customer service skills (the bartender or any of the service staff would be great trainers, they were very highly skilled in customer relations, by the time we left it felt like we had a whole new set of friends). The manager actually said statements like "you're taking too long for this table....you need to go ahead and order..." It was my granddaughter's sweet sixteen party, it was off season, nobody was waiting, there were only a few other guests in restaurant, we were seated in the bar area, anyway, nobody was inconvenienced, bartender was so great she could be considered entertainment. We were a party of 18 with appetizers, some drinks, pizza and pasta orders. Big Bill, big tips, indulge us! The food was ...well not that good. Bland spaghetti meat sauce. Birthday cake had been frozen was just barely thawed enough. Pizza was like eating salty crackers with dried ketchup on them. It was my first time there. I wondered how it became successful. Pictures on wall were very engaging. I won't go back.

I love love love the food at this place. But recently had a really bad experience, we went to celebrate my husband Fire Fighter graduation there about three weeks ago. I understood the long wait for the table since we did not have a reservation, but the long wait for the food was unacceptable. from the moment we sat down and order, the food took about an hour and a half to get there, one of our guest order a kids size pizza and he wanted it crispy after all that wait when the pizza was not even cooked all the way let alone the way he ordered it. the service and the food time was not at all good and that is taking into account that the restaurant was not busy, when we walked in there was only a few tables full and many of the rooms empty so they cannot use the excuse of being busy. They need to work on their food time and quality as well as their service.

Service was terrible. Waiter was overwhelmed to say the least. I would say it was an off night but reading the other reviews it seems like the norm. We had to keep asking for things we had ordered. He brought bread without butter or oil and didn’t bring plates for it. Never removed one plate from our table or from any around us. We asked about busboys and he said they haven’t had any lately because it hasn’t been that busy. They were out of decaf coffee. If staffed properly I would give it 4 stars. I will say the food was good and the portions are definitely shareable.

I have eaten Many fine meals at Bucca all over the country with my group. THIS was - BY FAR- the WORST! My organization books “after meeting” dinners at Bucca around the country on a regular basis. This time was no different. The reservation for our group of 50-60 was made over a month in advance. Bucca had plenty of time to staff for our dinner in addition to their regular business. This Bucca is huge too, they should ALWAYS be fully staffed. This was a total Management FAIL. From the best I could tell, our large group only had 2 servers!!! This group should have had at least 4 if not 5! There is NO excuse for the very poor quality food we received. Service was extraordinarily SLOW. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks after we ordered them. It to 1 1/2 hours (that’s 90 minutes folks!) to get our food! The food was terrible! The chicken parm was dry, soggy and tasted like it had been frozen a long time. We had 2 kinds of Pasta, both of which were cold when they were brought out. To Bucca’s credit, subsequent refills of pasta were hot. Meatballs were served, but only a couple platters, not nearly enough for our group. I managed to get one bite/taste. Meatballs were -ok- thats all. The next day at our meeting, I heard many people talking about what terrible food we had the night before. They were making fun of the food calling it “Bucca’s Stouffer Quisine”. No Excuses Management Team!

I grew up going to the one in Kansas city. They do it right up there! The service was absolutely terrible. Not busy at all and our server didn't come to our table for 20 minutes. As in, we walked in at 5:06 and didn't order a drink until 5:26. The atmosphere was almost spot on for lack of being underground but the people didn't have the right mindset. They just don't seem to care. And the food was mediocre at best. Do better Naples

Our sons treated my wife and I to "Mothers Day" dinner. There were eight of us total. The first thing was when the waitress brought the drinks, she spilled a large glass of ice water all over my youngest son. She apologized, and the manager came over and he done the same. That was all they said. The food! WOW! When the food arrived, which was 34 minutes later, (And they weren't that busy) the pasta dish, which consisted of pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli, and a hint of garlic. The food was cold, the Alfredo sauce was very runny, and not creamy at all. The chicken was huge chunks of chicken, not cut up at all. The broccoli was large clumps , and not in bite size pieces. Obviously they don't know how to use spices, because the food was very bland. The Chicken Parmesan dish was also cold, smothered in a runny red sauce. The last pasta dish was also cold, with very little flavor, and no seasonings. All of this time, the waitress never came back to refill our glasses or bring more bread. She finally came back and asked if anyone wanted dessert. We all declined. We had had enough!!!! The waitress brought the check, with no offer of a discount for dumping the water and soaking my son. We never saw the manager again. When we were walking out, my youngest (Soaked) son found the manager and voice his displeasure for the meal and lack of concern on his part. The manager offered my son a $15.00 gift card, however my son declined, saying we would never be back.
