This is a nice hidden gem of a restaurant. Top tier food, welcoming atmosphere, and genuine employees. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area.

***Brunch review*** The Ms and I had Sunday brunch here, fantastic experience! Valet parking for 10$ is unbeatable. Place has such a cool vibe, modern yet earthy, very inviting. Our server was John, he was friendly, polite, prompt, and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was awesome, much better than expected. Bloody Mary was on point too!! Definitely a five star experience, we will absolutely recommend and repeat!

Our dinner was spectacular!! The fried green tomatoes and tomato burrata salad were both delicious. Charles provided us with amazing service. Kudos to everyone!

Wow! We were impressed. Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, excellent service! A trio that's hard to come by. Lisa's impeccable service was top notch. Highly recommend their tiramisu martini and chicken and waffles.

I ordered the salted caramel latte and ciabattacado toast. It was amazing. The service was friendly but somewhat slow. The food was worth the wait. If you are in the area I highly recommend. It gets pretty busy around 10am.

Ty is the sweetest person to be greeting your customers! Her infectious smile lights up the room! All of her co workers praise her! Daynai our server was super awesome and accommodated our every whim. You have a great team down here at breakfast.

We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Gathre during our recent 4-night stay in Nashville, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. The food was excellent - high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully prepared dishes that set the tone for each morning. What stood out even more was the service. Both Dayani and Jake were fantastic, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visits. Dayani, in particular, was exceptional - her kindness, thoughtful conversation, and lovely communication made the experience feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food with such genuine hospitality, but Gathre delivered on both fronts. We would absolutely return here on future trips to Music City and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful breakfast spot in Nashville.

Charles offered awesome service and the food and cocktails were delicious! We had the pumpkin spice expresso martini and the smoked old fashioned. Definitely coming back!!!

I came here on a date last night, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, setting the right tone for a special evening. The food was delicious, and every course felt like it was made with care. What really stood out, though, was the service. Mia, our server, was incredible. She was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. She really knew how to make us feel welcome without being overbearing, and her warmth added a special touch to the evening. If you're looking for a great date spot in Nashville, Gathre is definitely worth checking out.

Amazing restaurant!!! Our server Mia made the experience even more memorable. We plan on returning in a couple of weeks. Hope Mia is our server again, she was the sweetest!! Definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy a delicious meal with a spotless calm environment!!!

Grabbed breakfast at Gathre this morning. Ty was the hostess and was lovely. Very friendly and inviting, and checked in on us after our waitress had taken our order. Days I was out waitress and was outstanding. Super attentive, but also not overbearing at all. It was a great breakfast experience.

Mia my server was fantastic, I was looking to get a salmon I asked how big was the meal she said it was full size plate. As that was a bit too much for me she recommended a salad as it was pretty good size but not too big , I order the salad with fried chicken. It was very good , Mia would check on me making sure everything was good but not too much like some servers do and she choose to come over when i didn’t actively eating so o didn’t have to answer with my mouth full. Haha anyway love this place , love the decor, the vide , and food & service is fantastic.

Decided to grab dinner here with some coworkers since it was on our way to down town. Food was great, my server Mia was very friendly and provided a great experience throughout our meal. She was also able to recomend some of the places we should visit around nashville during our stay. Overall great experience, will probably book at the Hotel its attached to so we dont have to walk as far next time.

I had gone a while back, for a dinner and Mia was so kind to us and showed us all the options and recommendations on what we would like. The food was incredible and overall had such a great service from Mia. I would definitely come back after the food and amazing service I had and have recommended to a few friends already when they travel over there.

We LOVED the food! The new woman manger was so wonderful check-in in on us and making sure everything was to par! I ordered a cocktail not on the list and they made sure it was to my liking. We REALYY really appreciate the staff❤️

The atmosphere and service were amazing. I love when the servers would give a recommendation for the food, and the food was amazing. The server Dayani was the best server I've had in a while; she would come and make sure everything tasted good and that everything was fine. Dinner and brunch was amazing

I had brunch here in Nashville and absolutely loved it! The interior is bright, colorful, and beautifully decorated — it gives the whole place such a lively and welcoming vibe. The food was just as impressive: clean, fresh, and plated with so much care. Every dish looked almost too good to eat, but tasted even better. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to take pictures before you even take a bite. Perfect for brunch with friends or even a solo treat. Definitely one of the most stylish and satisfying brunch places I’ve been to in the city. Highly recommend!

Dropped in for brunch and loved the atmosphere — great vibe and beautiful décor. Our server Lisa delivered excellent service: prompt, attentive, and friendly. Definitely recommend Lisa to anyone planning on going there! Food is bold, and flavorful Overall a fantastic spot for brunch!

Page was AWESOME! It’s so hard to find decent service but decent isn’t even close, she was phenomenal. The food was also great, and the combination of these two things really set this place apart. Will visit again and of course we would love if Page was the one taking care of us.

Charles my guy. Served us well on our first time. Will definitely come back for brunch. Had blackened salmon for dinner. Nice vibe very chill. Gives pre eats before your plane to Cabo.

Charles was AMAZING! We flew in from Atlanta for a work event and he made us feel at home in the restaurant. Great customer service, great energy, and just amazing overall. We will definitely be returning and recommending this stay! Thank you Charles for your great hospitality!

Mia was an excellent server. She was attentive and thoughtful. She went out of her way to consider us as several large parties entered the same time as us. The food was fabulous, especially the salmon. And the drinks! Amazing. The manager was also extremely helpful and professional and made us feel very welcome. Wonderful dinner.

February 2026 It was a pleasant surprise! Excellent salmon dish accompanied with a lovely chicken pot pie! Very small menue and good selection of wines. Let's keep a secrete!

Beautiful and elegant fine dining establishment in Nashville that I visited on Valentine’s Day. All the staff were ready and happy to help. Food came out in a decent amount of time with an elegant presentation. Restrooms were very clean. I definitely will be back to give brunch a try!

Stopped in for Brunch. Great atmosphere and vibe beautiful decor. Jon provided prompt attentive and friendly service. Doughnuts were fantastic not too sweet which is ideal. Papas Con Chorizo not to be missed if you like an explosion of flavor and spice. The burger was good but a tad salty. Great brunch spot!

This restaurant is in a hotel lobby. The decor is beautiful, but since there is really no major divide between the restaurant and lobby the atmosphere was missing that closed off feeling another restaurant at this price range would have. HOWEVER, the service and food made up for it. The food was pretty good, and the service was amazing. The staff was very attentive both our server Charles, and the hostesses checked up on us regularly. Charles was very personable and made the experience phenomenal.

Went here for breakfast/brunch. The food was good, I recommend the Bananas Fosters Pancakes (esp. if you have a sweet tooth), and the live music on Sundays is a great way to add to the atmosphere. It’s more of a place you go when in Nashville for the first time/go for the pics & decor. The food you receive is not worth the expensive price, plus they add a 20% gratuity for everyone (in addition to your expected 18-20% tip) which really makes the price you pay ridiculous. What makes it worse is that the service is so subpar, and it’s almost like they expect to not get tips (and work and act like they shouldn’t even try/be in a decent mood) because of the ridiculous gratuity fee. Somehow I ended up paying $75 dollars for two pancakes, a subpar/dry croissant sandwich, one mimosa and an OJ. Overall, it was fun to go once (& enjoy the music/style of the restaurant) but I definitely wouldn’t go again. Lastly, expect prices to be higher than what is advertised online.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. While the inside of the restaurant is quite lovely the service and food is just okay. We ordered the avocado toast, eggs Benedict, and chicken bowl for breakfast. The chicken bowl had residual water at the bottom, the avocado toast was sour, and the Benedict was bland. On top of that we barely got any service, please avoid this place if you can

Well decorated Resturant and the best thing I ate was the large honey bun. The staff was great until my last day. I ordered mimosa, coffee,and French toast. My server said, you drink both of those for breakfast? I’ve never seen that before. My French toast came out cold twice. Management addressed the issue immediately.

The positives are that the atmosphere is great and overall food is pretty good. That's where it ends though. Service was extremely subpar besides everyone being very nice. Overall 1hr from seated to receiving entrees which is a little wild considering the restaurant was around 30% capacity. Never was asked if we wanted more drinks, had to ask someone else to get our sever to do a drink order. Luckily he was nearby when we asked so that was quick. But finished my drink quickly and was never asked if I wanted another. After getting our food we immediately asked for checks, no follow up on food quality. Quality, was fine except for one burger that was sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The biggest issue were the checks not matching menu prices. It's small but a 8 dollar upcharge on chicken for a salad when on the menu it's 6 is a pretty bad. Fix the speed, fix the service for drinks and it would be a solid spot for the area.

We went for breakfast. Did not realise in a hotel. That should have been warning. Servers pleasant. But more busy chatting. Husband got no refill on coffee. Sweetpotato hash was in hot pan...was not warned...but not even warm food! Had a greasy taste. Obviously premade and meant to be heated. No flavor. Tried the hashbrown casserole. Blah. We both agreed. One of worst breakfasts we have had in a while. Shame. We were not staying at the hotel. Came to eat based on review rating. Obviously not for breakfast.

This was one of the more disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We came for dinner, and it sounds like the reviews favor brunch at this restaurant so that could have been our first mistake. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, great vibes. But the lighting and ambience should match the decor a little better. Our hostess brought us to a section of the restaurant and just stood there. We had no idea which table we should sit at- it was just strange. There were a handful of tables occupied at the restaurant which was surprising for 8:00pm on a Friday night. The hostess did walkthrough the menu and specials once we were seated. Our waiter showed up quietly and started with “anything besides water?” There was no introduction, no greeting, nothing so I couldn’t even tell you his name. When I go to a restaurant, I appreciate when the server engages and gives recommendations but it was clear he wasn’t on that level of service. Drinks were underwhelming, the rind on the old fashioned was disgusting- not even sure if that was an orange. He brought out the smoked old fashioned in a box but immediately opened it without saying anything so we didn’t have any time to enjoy the experience or take pictures or videos. We were never offered refills on drinks and had to ask for WATER refills. This happened multiple times and he didn’t even fill all 3 glasses at the table. If the server was more talkative, I would have happily ordered a different drink but with the service and subpar drinks, I decided to save money. Food took a long time and was overall underwhelming. The wait staff didn’t clear any plates or make room on the table. After the bill arrived, someone finally showed up to take our plates. We were never asked how anything was from the server. The burger came out very rare but we ordered it medium. The manager (maybe) noticed us looking at the burger and offered to “cook it more.” That was nice but there was no acknowledgement that it was undercooked according to the order- only that they could “cook it more.” Our waiter silently brought the check, no offer for dessert, coffee or any other drinks. For the prices and vibe, this was a massive disappointment with some of the worst service I’ve had.

The restaurant had about 10 people when I was seated. It took a very long time to order. The server seemed overwhelmed, so I asked a manager if I could order, and she took it. The food took a long time to come out, but it was delicious. I waited and waved at the server for more coffee, but I was over-glanced. Eventually, I went to the self-serve coffee station by the front desk myself. Other guests started doing the same thing. It's disappointing for a restaurant with a lot of great reviews.

Disappointing. We had a group of 8, looking for a fun, but very nice dinner. General decor was great and our server was fantastic. The place was half empty on a Friday night and no live music as advertised. The place lost us w food quality. Not one person liked what they ordered. Flavors and preparedness were not good. Our last drink order never arrived. With all the options in Nashville, I would look elsewhere.

The atmosphere was the only thing that made the extensive wait halfway tolerable. But by the time my friends and I got our food, it had been two hours. We received cold steaks, no dressing on our salads, and just a lack luster dining experience. Our waiter had personality, but was no where to be found most of the hours of our “dining.” The food was horrible even after such a long wait, with us starving. Our checks were >$100. For such an awful experience dining, we will not be back.

The property itself is beautiful; however, the service and dining experience fell far below expectations. The night manager attempted to project a five-star atmosphere but did not deliver five-star service. Her approach came across as unwelcoming, condescending, and lacking basic hospitality, which ultimately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as guests. While the food quality was poor, we chose not to raise a complaint. Instead, we simply did not eat the meals, enjoyed our drinks, and paid our tab in full. Despite this, the manager closely monitored our table and repeatedly commented on anything we did despite already being explicitly approved by hotel staff. This level of scrutiny felt unnecessary and inappropriate. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the otherwise beautiful setting. As a result, this will be my colleagues’ and my final stay at this property.
