First visit to Wimberly. Chills had the wind helping it live up to its name. Inside is being remodeled. Eating outside on the deck. Picnic tables by river had people. Lunch was great. Service attentive. Affordable prices. Add it to your list of where to eat in Wimberly.

Was having a downer walked into this bar and what do you know. An ANGEL with flaming RED hair says HI! He proceeds to order me something called the EL Presidente. I was going to get house Liquor but Mr. Red says NO NO NO! He got me top shelf. I can’t tell if this guy is the owner or not but I’m telling you. He makes this place special. amazing amazing service. we had an awesome server i wish i remembered the name of. He was a big guy with a lighter complexion, a full beard and what i think was either brown or light brown hair. He was so kind and quick with everything. When we were leaving he got us a bag of chips to take home, a salsa to take home, drinks to take home, and of course to go boxes for our food and queso. It was lunch time with no one in there so that was nice. The food was amazing as well as usual at chilis. overall just an awesome first experience at this location.

Our server Angie was absolutely wonderful. Made sure our drinks were topped off and when the kitchen forgot our chips and salsa, have us some to take home on the house. The ribs and chicken strips were soooo good. My family will be back soon.

Chili's is usually good! We love that the kids menu has healthy options. My daughter and I split the 3 for 10 and saved so much! She had the chili, which is meaty and hearty and I had the just bacon burger. It was a perfect splurge meal before getting back to my normal meal plan!

Tried the new 3 for Me combo today: it was GREAT! Adequate Yummy selections at an extremely reasonable price. WTG Chili's! As for this location, the sweet hostess seated us at the perfect table for my husband to watch the games. Our food was perfectly prepared as ordered. Our server Evelyn was attentive and answered all our questions well and with a smile. Plus it seemed that the entire wait-staff works together to get your food to your table ASAP. A VERY nice experience today; we'll definitely dine here often :-)

Stopping by on our way to the Outlets, we originally wanted to go to Blackens for BBQ, but didn't want to drive two more miles, so we stopped at Chillis. We sat at the bar because we wanted to see Game Six of The Worls Series. Devon, the bartender, was freaking awesome!!! Vwry attentive, not only to me, but to all his patrons. If every bar could clone Devon, he would be the epitome, of how a bar is run. I had leftovers, and in his way back from cleaning up, comes out of the bar to bag my food!!! The dude is awesome!!! Food was delicious, maybe a little salty for my Pasta, but my experience was epic!!!

Amazing service, and really delicious food. We had our dinner in Chili's New Braunfels TX which is right at intersection of I-35 and highway-46 on our way to Austin TX. Food was tasty , especially 'Molten Chocolate Cake', loved this dessert.

We came in on a rainy day and weren’t sure what we wanted to eat. Our server Angie was amazing! She recommended amazing plates and kept our table clean. I would definitely come back and recommend this chilis location to anyone who wants an amazing experience with great flavors!

Just want to give this New Braunfels location an excellent review. I was getting tires for my car and had time to kill. So of course had to get something to eat. I was greeted with a smile and seated immediately. My server Kyle got my drink order and suggested chips and salsa. Their Smash Burger and fries were awesome. My server came by to check on me about 2 minutes after receiving my order and asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. My drink was topped off twice without me asking. My group of 5 came to this chilis after floating the Komal river. We were starving and exhausted, and everyone was craving chilis and some drinks before heading back home. We had a phenomenal time all thanks to the beautiful, attentive, and funny Lauren. 10/10 would recommend this chilis if you're in town for floating down the river and then going to see Lauren for Exceptional service and a good time. Lauren had amazing recommendations and she always came back to clarify our orders were put in correctly and came out like we asked. I need my girl to get a raise, and I need you guys to go see her and put your tips in her pockets! Food is always pretty good and it's normally a good place to go! Sometimes they can be slow or food isn't as good as expected but every place has bad days. I do definitely enjoy going with friends and family.

Chils is a staple of "knowing what you're going to get." This one is no different. I will say the shrimp were a little overpowered with seasoning, not complaining. it was still good, just predominately spicy. I ordered takeout. Chicken Alfredo and the 3 for me. I had to ask for extra Alfredo sauce related to previous times it was dry. I did not receive napkins or utensils. The 3 for me was an old-timer burger. No condiments were given.

Our waitress was great... the food however was warm, and they placed us at a dirty table and all they did to clean was with just a napkin. The whole place was dirty and appeared to have more than enough people working that day was not crowded at all so no excuse for that situation. Will a long, long time before I go again.

The cheese bites were a mix of yellow and white cheese. They were crunchy, and good flavor. I had the BBQ burger, but it was called something different. I loved it, it's large and very filling. It is made with different meats, which makes it difficult to eat as a regular burger. I would be happy to order it again. Wait staff was incredibly nice..however, be prepared to wait. Got there and half the restaurant was empty but had to wait 30+ minutes because of short staff (what was told to us when we checked in) or shift change (what was told to the people behind us). The cheesy enchilada soup was different than in the past...not cheesy at all, had these potato gnocchi like things in them. After our soup was delivered, we never saw our waiteress again. Took over 50 minutes to get our actual entree. I understand being short staffed, however, this experience was very disappointing. When counting the number of tables in here, this was with 8 tabletops and 4 people at the bar. Just be aware, it'll take forever to get your food. ETA - the manager came over because part of our food was ice cold. Found out that we were given the wrong soup. And it appears our waitress had gone MIA during her shift. They looked everywhere for her but they couldn't find her. The manager made it right. And I feel sorry for her and the other staff that are at work because they take the brunt of it. It would almost be better to have everyone operate out of the bar side and they work as a team and give stellar service there with everyone being super attentive.

Ordered our food to go to go for curbside. Showed up and there was no where to park first of all for curbside pickup or anywhere else in parking lot. Parked in fire lane and checked in through text message. Waited another 15 minutes before going into store myself. The lady in the to go was on phone and had to wait another 5 minutes before some very rude young girl asked me “what do you want” I told her what my order was and that it had been done for over 30 minutes. She got my food and when I went to get it from her she bumped into me pushing past me and slammed it onto the wire rack and walked away. She could have handed it to me, instead she chose to be extremely rude. I had a 7 min drive home and when I got there our food wasn’t even warm. Had to reheat our steaks and fixings in the oven and they didn’t taste very good. Definitely won’t order curbside and not likely to return to Chilis after this.

The chicken sandwich was over cooked to the point that one whole side was not chewable.. Then ordered the Paradise pie.. it was not good the walnuts they put on it were rancid tasting like old oil and they smothered it in walnuts, And the waitress greeted us with food in her mouth.. but she did give good service! I know that they have changed their way of doing things as far as service goes, but it's not being executed correctly when your server is just an order taker. I have to ask Chili’s New Braunfels: With technology and how the company is evolving and embracing the use of the app, what is the point to have a curbside option if you still going to have your customers wait and realize by themselves after spending extended time waiting that they have to actually walk in and pick up the order? I spent 45 minutes waiting, when I called, they replied “Yeah, your food is ready.” And I asked do I have to come inside? I made the check in, they replied yes. So, tired, I had to get out of my car figured out the pick up location to get my already cold meal. Terrible experience. Funny thing, the receipt says “Pick up time 6:17”, and I got my food at 6:40. The servers were all fighting with each other and making rude comments about each other when they were dropping off food or drinks at the tables. The steak we ordered was so tough you couldn't even stab your fork into it. It was ordered medium rare and it was overdone. On top of that they got most of our orders wrong. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I'd recommend staying away. It needs serious management and staff changes.

It’s like an entire container of salt gets dropped into the food or the chips to the point that the chip bag is drowning in salt! I will never return to this location again and I will be sure to let friends and family know as well! We ordered the bone in 12 wings combo and the Nashville chicken crispers combo!!! Stay away from here if you don’t want to be violently ill!

Very upset with communication on the service. Me and my kids were greeted and seated very amazing. Server brought us an appetizer that we never order, and after placing our order and receiving our drinks I told the waitress that I was gonna walk outside to grab my phone from the car and the minute we came back to our table they cleared everything off the table and wiped it down. 15mins wasted.

My egg rolls were charred brunt to no recognition. In 3 years never bad food or service. . This is my first , very disappointed. Who would serve this to anyone? . $17 dollars for this really . Chilis please do better

The bartender, i think her name was allison, was absolutely terrible at her job. I sat there and waited for a drink while she stood there with coworkers talking bad about other coworkers. I understand chit chatting with coworkers but to talk bad about others in your establishment in front of customers WHILE they are waiting on you to serve them….so so unprofessional. just seems like this bartender needs to stick to doing her job. Made my experience here super frustrating. Will not be coming back.

Waited 20 minutes for microwaved southwestern egg rolls and customer service was superficial. Chili's should have a drive-thru if this is the best service for $15+ for an appetizer and bad service.

Horrible service . Most of the restaurant wasn’t even packed and not many people were there .I saw 3 girls that were supposed to be assigning seats and giving menus to people but instead they were flirting with 2 guys and acting like they didn’t have a job and for 40 minutes of my wait time and other peoples to there they were STILL flirting with the boys after that I finally confronted them and asked for their manager and she came and told me she would immediately assign me a seat for me and my family so then we waiting ANOTHER 10 mins until finally getting out menus so then after 5 mins on deciding what to eat our waiter came up to us and asked what we would like to drink so then we ordered and how embarrassing it was that she was giving us ugly looks and pretending she couldn’t hear what we wanted and as a Hispanic family in a all white chill’s place we take it very disrespectful that they treat us so different compared to other family’s dining next to us . The food came out mid ,to be honest it wasn’t very warm in matter of fact it was coldish with barely any warmth in it they also overcooked my chicken strips and overcooked my stake when I asked for a “Medium” stale .Very disrespectful the way she handed our plates of food and when the guy she would act very sassy around us . NEVER again will I be coming to this chili’s again f*ck the girls who were just flirting with the guys and f*ck the girl taking our order

Absolutely one of the worst places we’ve ever visited here to eat. We were sat by some girl that had no clue what she was doing. And nobody served us for 20 minutes so we got up and left. The manager asked what was the problem I said we don’t have water or drinks or even had service. The whole crew is hanging out with their friends at a table Will not return.

We waited 10 minutes to get a table and that's only because I asked the bartender. We got seated and waited again, 10 minutes for someone to come get our order but no one showed up so we left. It wasn't busy at all. All the tables had their food already so I don't understand about the wait.

Ordered a couple of customized salads to go and even double checked with the to go person to make sure it was entered correctly. I kinda feel like the kitchen staff saw where it said no tomatoes and intentionally put EXTRA tomatoes on my salad. I spent 45 mins picking tiny diced tomatoes out of the stupid thing until I just gave up and threw it in the trash.

So my wife and I went to have an anniversary dinner tonight. We got sat right away which was nice but there was food under our table. We didn't mind. We ordered our food and waited, no biggie it's normal. But when our food came out is when it started going down from there. She had the smasher burger with bacon. The burger was ok but the bacon was not fully cooked. Then there was my food 🙄 I ordered the surf and turf sirloin/shrimp. When I popped the first shrimp it wasn't warm/hot... I chalked it up to it was on the outside of bunch. No, it wasn't the case. My shrimp and broccoli were cold. My medium/well steak was way more medium and lukewarm. The only thing I can say that was hot was the loaded mash. We went to have a good time but got home and now feel/gotten sick. Definitely won't be going back and won't recommend this location to anyone we know or talk to.

This place has the absolute worst service. I sat at the bar and had to wait 20min for the bartender while 10 servers stood around doing nothing and no one even offered me a water or a menu. I also had to send back the chips three times bc they weren’t cooked all the way.

I had a terrible experience. The server was a blonde young girl with lip filler it seemed like. Anyways, just overall super rude and just seemed like she does not care about her job. Took forever to take our order, got our drinks completely wrong. How, I have no idea since we all just ordered cokes and we got tea. She had an attitude the entire time and just looked miserable doing her job. Shouldn’t be in customer service with such an awful expression on her face at all times.

The chicken dinner was like frozen chicken stuck in the microwave with a little bit of sauce, dribbled on the top of it. The bourbon steak was literally the worst steak ever. Tasted like bathroom cleaner. And was not medium well. We ordered the chips and dip, and the chips were fried and very old oil. It made you gag The server we had, however, was wonderful.
