The food is amazing, the steak burgers are delicious and affordable, their milkshakes are the BEST. Highly recommend any of their ice cream products and we enjoy their jalapeño pepper jack steak burger.

It was my first time to eat at Freddy's. The little girl at the counter was very informative & knowledgeable we would have never known it was her first week at this job. She even grabbed us a good sized sample of the custard! Great food! I will be going back soon!

We stopped by on our way back from the river, there was a bit of a line at the drive thru but we didn’t mind the wait. We had never been so we were pretty excited to try it out. We had the double bacon steak cheeseburger, fries are really thin but had good seasoning! Wife tried the Chili cheese fries but she said it needed more flavor. We also ordered the chocolate Brownie delight concretes, SO good. Tried also the PBC & B, peanut butter and banana concrete which was also so good. Lady at the window was very nice.

There was a hard piece of plastic that I could've broken a tooth in inside of my burger meat, there was also a fly in my drink :( I love the food tho and the workers were kind and swift.

Girl at the front counter was very friendly and gracious. The food, especially the fries, were old and cold. I really enjoy Freddy's, and will return, but this was a disappointing visit.

Well the service and atmosphere was good but I was really disappointed in the food. Specifically wanted to try the new grilled/fried onion steakhouse burger. The picture on the menu was DRASTICALLY different than what I received. See pics for comparison.

Unfriendly service. The person who took the order sounded like he had the worst day or disliked his job. I ordered several items, one of them the signature shakes Dirt n’ Worm. Yet, I got a vanilla ice cream shake…I don’t go to Freddy’s often but it seems like my order is wrong more often than right. I didn’t go back for a refund because like some of the other reviews, employees make it seem like the customers fault and it’s like we are inconveniencing the employees for the mistake.

The service was TERRIBLE. The guy taking our order was so so so so SO rude. Wasn’t a one time thing either. Every time we go it’s rude, slow, and expensive

The lady working the window slammed it before I could ask for some sauce they forgot- and I waited for a sec for her to come back. My car is so low to the ground I figured she couldn't see me so I stood up and knocked since no one was behind me. This lady starts throwing her hands up yelling and refusing to come to the window. The lady who did was very kind, so sorry to her for having to work with someone who clearly has no desire to be polite and do their job. The food was good though!

To the person who took our order, best leave your personal issues at home. You make your customers feel unwelcomed. For the order taken by the same person, we asked and paid for extra cherries, and asked to add marshmallow creme, but did not receive the extra cherries. When my sister approached the register same person dude/female unknown, told my sister she had the extra cherries. Since the cups were small, she asked for a small cup, which she had to pay for. This was to find out if the cherries were "in" the cup. They were not and we paid extra for them. Instead of "fixing" the problem, they refused to fix the problem, and didn't offer to refund (guess they needed the money more than we did). I do not recommend anyone eating here, unless you don't care how you are treated or what you're paying for. No photos, we walked out.

Every single time we have ordered food from the establishment our order is always wrong. Our food is always cold. Nothing is salted or seasoned. You don’t get what you ever ask for people who work there dont know how to read an order menu. I can’t say enough horrible things about this location. If I’m paying almost $40 for two meals, I would expect more. Spend your money elsewhere

I am super disappointed. Came here about 30 minutes before closing 9:30ish. Ordered 2 large concrete’s both of them were missing ingredients. Neither one had barely anything in them except the vanilla ice cream. I don’t like paying $8 each and getting vanilla soft serve with no mix ins. Supposed to be a Dirt and Worms and a Reese’s Royal. The piece of chocolate in the photo is the largest piece of Reese’s and they forgot my Peanut Butter sauce 😡 the other was pretty much missing Oreo, only got a few crumbs sprinkled in.
