The food was ok, but not worth the expensive price. We ordered 4 meals and 3 shakes and I spent more than $60. We could've dined in a nice restaurant for that much. The drive-thru line took long as well, and what sucked was they gave us the shakes before we got our food, so by the time the food was done, the shakes were melting already

Food was good, staff was friendly BUT, the floor in the dining area at Valley Ranch store was so greasy you had to walk almost by holding on to the chairs. I am 80 years old and could have fallen . Was very uncomfortable trying to walk in there Won't go back.

Ordered a large cheese fry and it's a pitiful amount compared to the order that my gf alsobgot, ordered a large drink and was given a medium, I told the lady and she just said "well you were charged for a medium" like that solves the issue okay nice. I didn't want a large anyways that's why I ORDERED IT.

My wife and I got some fries and ice cream delivered from here and as my wife was pouring out her fries we saw what seems to be deep fried chewed up gum mixed in with them. This is absolutely disgusting and should never happen. Ruined this location for us.

Order a California style meal they for got the burger and fries end up getting cold cause had to come Back in

My daughter & I got a Hamburger Combo with tater tots. The presentation of the meal was enough to not want to eat it but we did try to eat it. The burger was tasteless & sloppy. The tots were too crunchy. We were the only customers in there so being too busy was not the issue. Very disappointing.

People were just standing around and not paying attention to orders. Only one person actually completed my order after I had to ask if it was ready. My son’s chicken was just sitting in the fryer basket, and no one made any effort to finish or hand out the rest of our order. I stood there waiting, and no one even attempted to help. Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I came here for the first time through the drive thru and while everything seemed fine at first, soon the girl taking our order told us she had deleted it and we needed to order again. Not a big deal so we did. A grilled cheese steak burger with fries, a concrete caramel crunch, and a Freddy's original. When we finally received our food the drink supposed to be a concrete had been given to us a shake. Also not a huge deal, I figured, I parked and walked inside to ask the young lady upfront if I could exchange the drink correctly. She said they could. Around 10-15 minutes of waiting I grew impatient and I was asked again by the young lady from the drive thru if I needed help to which I responded with, "No ma'am I think she's making my concrete." It was then it was revealed that all this time my correct drink was not being made at all. After a while more of waiting I finally got it and hooray my food was cold. Terrible first time experience I do not think we'll dine here again.

I got that special hardware addition(A nut in my burger). Service was horrible on top of that. I got 2 combos. I can't imagine how they handle a large order with someone with a lot less patience than me. They also tried to charge me almost $20 more than what the total should've been. I guess thinking I wasn't going to mention it. I really hope they have cameras. The only thing positive is that it was in mine and not my pregnant wife's.

Wasted $15 on double burger with bacon and small cheese curds. Neither were edible. Salt content so high it wasn't even safe to feed to my dog. Lettuce and tomato wilted, 2 soggy strips of paper thin bacon on a tiny bun with 2 inches of smashed and charred meat hanging over with no flavor other than the salt. Cheese curds were sitting in oil in a paper cup and the oil actually dripped out when lightly squeezed. Curds were gritty like they'd been freezer burnt. Total waste of time, $, and ingredients. Food is too expensive to pay for this kind of quality and flavor.

Went through the drive thru for 2 sundaes. Place was not busy at all. Took forever for someone to take our order, then when we pulled up to the window all employees were standing talking and laughing. One blonde girl laughing and pointing a thumb back at us through the window, and we were just sitting there watching... Very short when speaking.

I placed an order in the drive thru, and 20 minutes later, I finally got it. My cheese curds were almost empty after getting them. Where did the rest go?? The pictures were right after I took them out of the bag. Not to mention they weren't even hot. They tasted cold and had an unpleasant gummy texture. They didn't add extra hot chocolate sauce on my ice cream like I paid for. My burger had no flavor, and it wasn't worth the money. After the long wait, I won't be back.
