I go here very often now and I always get the bacon and cheese kohlaches they are the best thing here then I tried the pan sausage which is also delicious. The food is amazing and its not super expensive like other places. Its the only place I always check the 25% tip because they are so nice and fast and I plan on going there at least 3 times a week if not more.

This is the only place I will stop for doughnuts and kolachies. No matter who's working you always get the same amazing friendly service. They always give us a free goodie bag. Today was Valentine's and we got a goodie bag of heart shaped doughnuts with our kolachies. The food speaks for itself but you absolutely can't beat how amazing the staff is

The taste has changed. The last 3 times I went I noticed that they are making them with pork fat, which leaves an unpleasant taste. The service and price are good. They lack cleanliness, they are always dirty.

Just went this morning, ordered 3 large sausage and cheese for my toddlers and got 3 with jalapeños. It burned my daughters mouth! Tried calling to get a refund but their phone doesnt even ring. Disappointed, they should really write the order down instead of memorizing it.

My wife went there and asked for a Boudin kolache with no cheese. Because there have been several times where I get home and there is cheese inside, she asked them to break it open. Instead of saying no, you have to check, the lady says you need to go somewhere else and closes the window in her face. Very rude!

I absolutely hate when place have a credit or debit card minimums. In the long term you don’t get the business of people that just want a donut. Long term costly you money. It’s a shame.

What’s the point of having a donut shop if you don’t have any donuts available at 5 o’clock in the morning? Then when the customer asked you why you don’t have these donuts, you catch an attitude with the customer? The donuts are alright, but the customer service is horrible. To the guy that came to the windows this morning. It is probably best that you don’t interact with customers and just stay in the back making the ’ Donuts that won’t be out there until 730 even though you guys open at 500. You literally have one job and can’t even do that. Make donuts great again.

I went back and told her about it and she laughed at me. Says that’s why they’re a dollar. I gave her a chance to fix it before I posted a review , and that’s the response I got. If that’s the case they should be fifty cents. Knowingly deceiving your customers is bad business. From now on I will make the trip to Pat’s and get what I am actually paying for.I guess deceiving you’re customers with inferior product for profit is a thing they learned from china. Don’t waste your money here for people like this.
