Top notch!!! Great gourmet sandwich or sub on the run, it's my new go to. Place was immaculate and staff was great!!! Kinda felt bad for the owner, he was so short he could barely see over the counter but still very friendly.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a broken hand, and one member of the staff poured my drinks, the other member of the staff actually brought my stuff out to my car for me. The subs were excellent I would definitely recommend it

10/14/21 ordered a Billy club with no lettece. Found out it had mustard on it. Went back in and asked them to remake it. Although reluctantly they said yeas and didn't charge me for the second one. I appreciate them not making a stink over something I should have told them. Even though I never knew it came with mustard. Billy club was good too!

Friendly fast and delicious subs! The store was clean and had great signage around to read and look at. The place was very up beat, even the bathrooms were awesome!

Haven’t had jimmy John’s in a few years but this one is just as good as any I’ve been too. Service was great, food was made quickly, and it hit the spot.

Typical sub options, food was good. Gave them a 5 stars because the service was awesome. Had a hockey team of teen boys to feed & everyone got the correct order in a timely manner. Outside seating to accommodate.

I love the sub at Jimmy John’s! Yes, it’s a little pricey for what you get compared to Subway or any other gas station sub. But the sub is absolutely amazing and they use really fresh vegetables. I personally get the Beach Club that has turkey, cheese and avocado with all the veggies that they have. The service is quick and never had a bad meal at any Jimmy John’s location.

I really enjoyed my experience at Jimmy John's in New Hartford. Since it was my first time there, I probably took a little long to look at the menu. The manager came out, asked if he could help and explained the selections. The 8" roast beef and turkey was great. The bread was fresh and the portion was just right, not too small to leave me hungry and not so big as to feel stuffed. The Jimmy John's chips were fantastic and not overly salty. Everything was clean and organized. I will definitely be back!

There is just something about this place that I love. Staff is always friendly, and the sandwiches seem to taste a lot fresher than anywhere else. Bonus they have a great little outdoor seating area.

Might not not the be-all-end-all Sub/sandwich joint in the area necessarily, but variety in terms of local eateries is always good. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is incredibly pleasant and competent. I can't speak on their delivery as I have never used it, however I CAN speak on how absolutely delicious their 'Beach Club' sandwich is.

I don’t like to promote national chains. But I am making an exception here. Have been here several times. Always get the #7. I’ve been to Mello’s, Venice, and Jersey Mikes, and this sub Is better than any of those places.

We drove 2 hrs because I had such a deep craving for Jimmy Johns but barely made it in time before closing. Jayden went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of and truly made our time worth while. The sandwiches were amazing, but the service was outstanding. I would happily and willingly drive 2 hrs to come back here. 10/10

Today i was serviced by two ladies. While one was taking my order the other was helping me address my daughter’s car sickness because we had been on the road prior to for several hours. Even though when we got there they were super busy & I was slightly discouraged to stop I am glad I did because the service was exceptional & genuinely helpful. As one took my order & made sure everything was taken care of & 100% accurate, Ashley was also able to help me with my child while managing & restocking a whole lobby. These girls really made this part of the trip worth while. Will definitely be stopping back & referring to friends & family!

This was my first time at this location but I’ve had Jimmy John’s more than once before at a different location. I’m from Oswego county and used to go to Jimmy John’s in Syracuse but unfortunately all the locations in Syracuse have closed. My son wanted the Picklewich which was our reason for the long drive out here and he said it tasted great with the pickled chips! Also got 2 of the new smoked bourbon cheddar Turkey subs for my husband and myself and they also tasted great!! Staff was friendly too.

The food here is SO good. The bread is an amazing texture and the fillings are so fresh. It's easy to customize your sandwich to get it exactly how you like it. It's a little more pricey than subway, but you get a superior product. The staff is easy going and the restaurant itself is clean and nice to sit in to eat.

Well this was my first visit but I ordered a sub for my sister and I to share... it was way big and delicious!

Great place! But in a rush! Not a place to go!! When hit with a rush of people not enough staff to keep up with the amount of people who are there and coming in!

We order ahead and its always ready when we get there. Its a hit or miss whos making the subs, but we like it.

We had an issue with our order and Robert took care of things to make it right. (P.S. Don't order delivery -- Jimmy John's has apparently outsourced their delivery since we last used the service. Bummer.)

Tried their advertised Beef and Blue sandwich and it was meh. But if you want a regular sub their would be a good place. They don't have as many options as competitors, but the regular sandwich we had was good.

My favorite sandwich is the Vito. I like the taste of their cappicolo and salami. The bread is pretty good, usually quite fresh, sometimes a tad tough. I really like the "Frenchie," the perfect on-the-go sandwich, because it's not messy. You can eat it while driving without wearing it or causing an accident. I thought the sandwiches could do with more meat, so one time I paid the upcharge for double meat. I found it was too much & seemed too salty, so actually the original recipes are pretty well balanced and tasty. Reasonable prices; the small is 8" vs. 6" at Subway, and I just believe the taste is more like an authentic Italian meats sub than what Subway offers.

I really like the size and freshness of the sandwiches. However, if your bread is hard, the sandwich will suffer. Good flavors, I like it better than some other "fast food" sub places.

My roast beef sub was fresh, filling, and super satisfying. Delicious bread. Friendly, efficient staff and super clean environment.

We are from out of country and were having a difficult time finding a place that had their own delivery drivers and that we didn't have to order on line: on line, none will take our credit card because it doesn't recognize a postal code with letters, not just a zip code. The staff were fantastic and very patient with us: a staff member even brought it to our hotel for us. We do wish we had of known about the size difference between countries, my goodness, we basically got almost 4 subs. We had a BLT and a club with some of the free extras on it; pickles were fantastic too!

Went in to order lunch for husband & self, was happy to see not busy & I was the only one there so was sure all would go well! Only to get home & see that I did not receive the item I ordered! I ordered #10 item for husband & when he sat down to enjoy, saw it was not correct, it was not #10 he ordered but #14! He doesn’t care for 2 different meats combined, so gave it to our single neighbor who enjoyed! I’ll try again but will definitely check out our sandwich’s before I leave to ensure we get what we order & pay for next time! Neighbor was happy and enjoyed my the sandwich. My Vito sandwich was perfect and I enjoyed it was fresh and delicious!

I've ordered from here several times. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that the tuna can be hit or miss. Great selection to choose from. The homemade chips and cookies are delicious. I've had my order delivered and coworkers asked if I had extra cookies. Good parking, a lot of drink options and excellent service make this location a great place to grab a quick bite.

Went thru drive-thru. Ordered a Little John combo that was supposed to be $6 plus a wrap at $8.49. They rang up a reg sized sub and chips seperate plus the wrap. My total was over $18. No manager there so they gave me a "free" coke. Both the chips and coke should have been in the $6 combo. Nothing FREE about it. By the way got the little John sized sub.

It's a fast food deli. If your looking for a deli sandwich without getting out of your car this is it. They are light on the meats, so your current deli will probably still be your favorite.

Nice clean place, the staff was pleasant and friendly. The sandwiches were ok, nothing mind blowing, but good. The prices were decent.

Service was ok, I ordered a sub with turkey, cheese, and bacon and it came without bacon, 1 slice of turkey and on the thinnest bread with the bottom hard. When I brought it back up to point out that there was no bacon on the sandwich, the line worker grabbed a couple slices of cold bacon and threw it on my sandwich wrap. I suppose I had to warm it up and make my sandwich that I paid them for. 🤔

I have a 3 strike rule: if 3 things went wrong with an order, I will provide constructive feedback. Today I had the luxury of enjoying one of Jimmy John’s subs (always 5 star quality). However, there were some mistakes made. I ordered jalapeño chips... didn’t get them... order sub without tomato.... three tomatoes were in it... and asked for the pickle cut in 1/4s it was whole. One mustn’t substitute quantity and speed of an order for the quality of the order. It’s not always about how fast you can get a customer served.

Spent $40 on 4 sandwiches that was all bread and lettuce. The meat was so thin you couldn't even taste it.

Expensive and not worth it. The Local pizza places have better sandwiches and subs

We drove from Boonville For we hadn't ben to A Jimmy John's Since we lived down South... I had to send my husband in As I awaited my CovidResults... He was rushed through despite only US being there...& My Daughter's Werent even able to fully explain to there Papa how they wanted there subs Because he felt pushed through and out the door QUICKLY Almost unwanted by the man working there... I'm sorry to write this but it's the truth We left there feeling very Upset/sad that we SPENT our dinnet$$there and not just McDonalds were the kids are ;always happy:(:(

The small size roast beef be prepared to be underwhelmed. There is only 1 slice of roast beef on it. For the cost, there should be quite a few slices! Employees are great and probably following guide, but Jeez corporate add some beef to that sub!

Google asked me to rate this place because i was parked in an adjoining parking lot. But just for the record, I did not, nor will I ever frequent an establishment whose owner thinks slaughtering wild animals is a good time. He has no soul. He got one star because you have to give a star rating to post the review.

Definitely not gourmet sandwiches! I would rather get a subway sub. I ordered their #16 Turkey club they skimp out on the Turkey there was no Turkey until you ate like a inch and half in from either side of the sandwiche and 2 cold strips of bacon. Definitely Not Gourmet, save your monye and go somewhere else.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Went there to get a roast beef sub but the only dressings they have are mayo, mustard and oil and vinegar and the only cheese they have is provolone. How can you call yourself a sub shop and not have Russian or horseradish and only have one kind of cheese. After looking at the menu with disappointment I got the turkey sub with mayo, the lettuce was horrible, most likely frozen, the meat was minimal and the sub roll was average at best. The pickle was huge but very bitter. The chip selection is basic and taste basic. Nothing about this place scream’s good subs. I had high hopes but was let down.

We recently went back after 5 years since our first visit and nothing changed. Upon walking in there were 4 employees working, nobody in line and nobody said hello, can we help you or even acknowledged us. We looked up and down the menu above the register for a specific sub and couldn't find it, still nobody asks or talks to us. We finally ask, do you have meatball subs? No very abruptly and rude the man said at the register. He looked like he didn't want to be there or that we inconvenienced him. Nobody seemed to care so we just walked out. This is just the worst type of service anyone could get. The employees seem lazy and not wanting to interact or as little as possible. As stated many years ago avoid this disaster of a business and choose Jersey Mike's or anyone else to get good service with amazing sandwiches. The management should be ashamed of this type of service. I'm always visiting many places across the country with hundreds of reviews and hundreds of thousands of views so take my review seriously not like some that have 2 or 10 on their account. Ordered a delivery order an hour and a half ago. No phone call to inform there is no driver available. Nothing. Just sitting here waiting with a hungry 2 year old. I will never order from you people again. This is the fourth time you people have screwed up my order in some way. Never informed order was delivered and food was sat out in the hot sun for half an hour, forgotten food. I loved your subs but NEVER AGAIN. I was paying cash so thats the reason I was given that they weren't going to do anything. Literally could've been a phone call informing me that it would need to be pick up.

Ordered two sandwiches. They forgot several things from my order and the sandwich had no cheese, one measly slice of meat and an item that I paid extra for. I took the survey and it reported it to corporate, corporate said someone from the franchise would be in touch, I have not heard anything. It’s annoying enough that I the sandwiches were made incorrectly but they stole money from me because I did not get what I paid for.

I tried the subs here in the new Hartford location when they first opened and it was just way too overpriced for such a skimpy lousy sub. Years later and decide he’ll why not give them another shot!? Who knows maybe it’s gotten better. Well no it absolutely has not gotten better! If anything it has gotten worse the lettuce was so old and water logged like it was frozen and thawed out and there was basically no meat on the sub and there was this weird chemical taste to the sub overall so no never again for me I’ll stick with small business eateries for my subs lesson learned
