HELP ME. We are addicted. This pasta is SO FREAKING GOOD. My only wishes: 1) it traveled better (reheating the next day is ok but not as good as fresh in store) and 2) toppings as a flight (give me all of them in smaller portions so I can sample sample sample). Oh and 3) online ordering (I’d love to skip the wait. I’ve already been patient for the 6 hours of driving it takes to get here). Go eat yourself silly.

I loved this place. The pasta is delicious and the portions are generous. The place is clean with a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. The cashier was friendly, and the dessert was amazing. I would definitely come back.

This place is so cool, you can watch them make pasta, while you have a very short wait for your wonderful dish. It was so flavorful, creamy, and perfect! It hit the spot after a long day of walking in the city. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back! And for $10 a bowl, it’s an amazing deal!! Edited to add we enjoyed this more than the expensive pasta dishes we tried in Little Italy. That area is a must for anyone visiting NYC, but for an amazing pasta dish at a fraction of the price, it’s absolutely Pasta de Pasta! We’ve been home from New York for almost a week now and I have told everyone about this place and I have been craving it since!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Pasta de Pasta 🍝 for the very first time, and it was such a great experience! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with creamy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious 😋 —rich, flavorful, and the sauce was perfectly creamy without being too heavy. My dad ordered the same dish but with bolognese, and he loved it just as much. The pasta tasted fresh, and both dishes were served hot and beautifully plated.

yummy eats at a great price point!! ordered the pesto + dried tomato fettucine alfredo with extra broccoli and got rewarded with a warm amazing flavor. much more seating than expected and the size of the place is quite spacious! would come again, definitely a staple to add to a good to your stomach, good to your wallet collection of restaurants.

One of the best places in New York for homemade pasta – hands down! Pasta de Pasta completely blew me away. The moment you walk in, you can smell the fresh ingredients and instantly feel the care they put into every dish. The homemade pasta is incredible – perfect texture, rich flavor, and just the right portion size. I tried the carbonara and the pesto – both were absolutely top-notch. The staff is friendly, and the interior is cozy yet modern. Price-wise, it’s totally fair considering the amazing quality you get. This spot is now a must-visit for me every time I’m in NYC. If you love honest, authentic Italian food, don’t miss this gem. 10/10!

This is such a sweet spot and a beautiful experience. Loved the food. The menu was nice and the whole visit was good. One bathroom at the store. It was clean The kids enjoy seeing the pasta made and it helps them complete their meal too :)

Homemade fettuccine pasta, super fresh and melts in your mouth. Apparently, all the pasta is boiled creamy and then tossed in a giant cheese wheel. You can add whatever toppings you like. The pasta itself costs $9, and the toppings are priced separately. My boyfriend ordered the crispy chicken and Bolognese toppings, while I went for the mushrooms & onions and the shrimp which, by the way, came in marinara sauce, I regretted not asking beforehand to make sure everything would be in white sauce since I’m not a fan of tomato. The service was friendly and quick, and they explained the menu really well.

I saw these restaurants making fettuccine directly from the wheel online a while back and finally decided to try it. Pasta de Pasta's menu consists of the base fettuccine with the option of adding a variety of toppings. I decided to get the creamy chicken topping on my fettuccine and I didn't wait very long until my order came. The creamy chicken topping is very flavorful, however I found the chicken to be dry or there would be some that are dry and some that are not. The fettuccine itself was great, they have batches freshly made. The restaurant is pretty nice and contains bar stool seating with wireless chargers built into the table. — 12/23/2025

Hip place mostly for the novelty of the experience. The concept is fresh made fettuccine noodles that are cooked right away with parm from an actual parm wheel. So it’s really fast-ish food. You can even see them making the pasta in the back. There’s the base Alfredo but then options to add other things like crispy chicken or dried tomatoes with additional sauces like bolognese or pesto (which is in addition to the Alfredo) and even extra parm. You order at the counter, wait a few minutes, receive your order and eat it. There is no table service but there are plenty of seats (kinda chaotic) but it’s fast food so seats come up quickly. I got the pesto and tried tomato and extra parm for $14 (skip the extra parm and save $1).

The pasta was pretty good, it wasn’t the best but the experience made it worth it. You could see how the pasta is cooked right in front of you as you move up the line. There is also an observation window in the back to see how the pasta is shaped.

The pasta itself is very good and worth the price but the additional toppings are a bit pricey! Definitely worth your try tho! Sometimes there is a lengthier line but it’s worth the wait, esp when it’s colder out

I tried Pasta de Pastas and I really liked it. The pasta is good quality and doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. The fettuccine was great — perfect thickness and cooked just right. I also liked that you can choose different toppings and customize your plate. The place is comfortable, and a nice bonus is that the tables have chargers, which is super convenient. The only downside is that there’s only one bathroom for everyone, which can be a bit annoying when it’s busy. Overall, it’s a solid place for good pasta, and I’d definitely go back.

My fiancé and I try the pasta with shrimp, it was DELICIOUS. They charge you 3% for using a credit card 💀 so use cash. We bought 2 shrimp pastas, 2 cokes and tiramisu, we spent $47 in total. Don’t skip this place, best pasta ever

The texture of the pasta is good. In terms of flavor there isn't much here. It's not worth the hype and they charge extra for toppings, totally normal but they also charge extra for parmesean cheese sprinkled on top. I got the crispy chicken. The chicken was crispy but not juicy. It was fine. The bolagnase pasta wasn't good. The neat had a strange taste, maybe going off or too much oregano. We also got the pesto pasta and it was too much pest taste that it was almost bitter. After toppings and a drink you end up paying 20 dollars plus for your pasta. I don't think it's worth it.

This was pretty average pasta. It's good for a cheap, quick bite. The only complaint is I ordered sun dried tomato and pesto... I don't see the pesto here. I also added mixed veggies. Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't expecting frozen veggies as toppings. Other than that, the customer service was great, the ambience was also great... I just wouldn't go out of my way to dine here. This was also in the afternoon. It might have been a different experience if I'd gone in the evening :/

If I could leave 0 stars as in ZERO STARS, I would. First of all starting with the most important thing, the customer service, it sucked specially with our cashier IZZET, totally rude and gave me a mean look when I asked for something. The pasta was horrible, the chicken in the pasta was LITERALLY RAW AND WHITE!! Very unsafe to eat. And to end this, the tiramisu was all cream and half a lady finger (the cake). Save your money and literally go to Olive Garden, I’m pretty sure the food would be better, and the service would be at least decent.
