Mr. Purple is such a vibe. The views are incredible, the drinks are beautifully made, and the whole atmosphere feels like the perfect mix of stylish and chill. it just feels special without being stuffy. Huge shoutout to our server, Courtnee, who made the experience even better. She was attentive and genuinely fun — the kind of service that turns a great night into a memorable one. She had perfect recommendations and checked in just the right amount.

I was first introduced to Mr Purple by a friend visiting from LA but I didn’t accept the offer. I immediately regretted it when he sent photos of the view and shared his experience. Since then, I wanted to visit but didn’t want to go there alone.. Then my friends and I heard about the matinee disco party and we finally planned a night out there. Would you believe I ended up there alone because my friends went to another spot? I decided I was not leaving because the staff were very nice to me especially Ricky!!!!, and the drinks were amazing! They all ended up coming to Mr Purple that night… after they realized I was having more fun… and we’ve been there a second time since. If you ever feel like having a night out with friends.. or by yourself in a place where you are safe and welcomed with great service ..I highly recommend Mr Purple!! Ask for Ricky! She makes the best cocktails especially French 75!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mr. Purple in New York. The rooftop views were unlike anything else, truly breathtaking. I also want to give a hugh shoutout to our wonderful server Courtnee. Thank you, Courtnee, for making our first visit so special and for recommending The Formula for our meal. The steak was cooked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth. Incredible food, outstanding service, and all delivered with a warm, genuine smile. I'm so happy we had such an unforgettable dining experience-thank you, Courtnee!

came in today for a drink with a girlfriend and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Wasn’t too busy or loud around 6pm. Drinks were good, and the views from the rooftop are beautiful! We enjoyed a special where you get a steak, fries and martini for $35 that our server Alma recommended and it was great. Will come again

I had the absolute best experience at Mr. Purple the other night! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was perfect. What really made my night, though, was the incredible service. My server, Elma, was beyond amazing. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot-on recommendations for drinks. Between the great vibes, top-tier drinks, and exceptional service, it will become my new go-to spot. If you go (and you should!), definitely ask for Elma, you’ll be in great hands!

Hat and amazing place....guy is dedicated to his food...very very clean truck and food. My favorite is the Hala version of a Philly Steak....as someone who's worked in Philly, at genos famous steaks ....a long time east coaster for 27 years....they does their steks very much justice.....the guy who left a review about their steak is an an embarrassment to Google reviews and know nothing about what makes a good steaks Also, the hummus is absolutely insane, must try.

This was honestly the best Chicken Shwarma I've ever had! The flavors were authentic, and the side of pita bread dipped in their garlic sauce just took the meal to the next level! After eating the whole meal, I was full but not in a gross way. I highly recommend this food spot and can't wait to go back for more!

I will say not as much meat as compared to the local competitors, but they have the best quality of chicken compared to the others, well seasoned. It's close to where I work so I eat here at least 2 times a week. The guy I pick up from is super nice too.

Truly enjoying this meal, highly recommended for freshness and flavor. My boyfriend and I live in the building above the food truck park and never even tried this place before! Incredible halal/Mediterranean dish. I specifically asked for the Philly cheesesteak with no bread or fries, just the inside trimmings. (A keto version). Blew me away. Great customer service as well. Do not hesitate to visit this food truck in East Austin, such a wonderful and surprising delight.

It's a big bar with dancing space on the 15th floor. I was there to dance and see the rooftop, it was some free special that night. But that night it was raining so the rooftop was closed. I just saw vague skyline through the glass walls. Overall it was nice to dance, not crowded.

Mr. Purple was a lot of fun! The rooftop view of the city was immaculate, and they had a great selection of music as well. The drinks were solid, and I enjoyed the overall vibe of Mr. Purple as a whole. Would recommend!

The food was good! But I was not a fan of the drinks. The pornstar martini was more so a passionfruit mimosa, pure prosecco! It was so bubbly rather than smooth. Any good bar serves the prosecco on the side. Our waitress and all the staff were amazing though and the view is worth the $25 drinks. Great music as well. Just really bummed by the drink.

This was our second visit to this property, both times at sunset, this time as hotel guests. The view is breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for sunset cocktails. However, regarding the food and cocktails, both are of low quality and do not meet our expectations. We had the worst Aperol Spritz we have had. Bartenders had no clue. Additionally, the bartender was arguing with a client over a card and tried to involve me in the discussion, which was very rude and inappropriate. We had one drink, enjoyed the fantastic view, and left. Many rooftop options, avoid this one.

Only good thing about this place is the bathroom attendant Ibrahim. Came in knowing it’s a club and drinks would be more expensive, but the tequila soda I paid over $20 for was extraordinarily weak. Having learned my lesson about ordering liquor from the place, I went back for a second round and asked if they had White Claw. Bartender hands me a Surfside (a little more than $11 for the can), and then PROCEEDS TO SIGN FOR ME, TIP FOR ME, AND TAKE THE HANDHELD AWAY before I can even touch it. This was an extremely quick movement, like he is very well practiced at signing and tipping for customers while they’re putting their cards away the moment they tap. I tipped 20% on my first round. I don’t know what the average tip at this business is or if a noticeable number of customers don’t tip, but frankly, that’s not my problem. You CANNOT sign and tip on a bill on a customer’s behalf. That is outrageously disrespectful, and probably illegal. Maybe he felt overwhelmed by his ~7 customers at his nightclub bar, but that does not excuse this. Truly appalling. I wonder how much money he steals from unknowing customers per month with this kind of behavior. Dude needs to be fired

Ordered ahead and they apparently didn’t see the order come in, then they didn’t see we had two items, then they got those items incorrect. Had to wait over an hour for the wrong items and we called to tell them they made it seem like it was our fault they didn’t read the order correctly. Avoid. Terrible food and service.

don't get the philly cheese steak. took 15 minutes to make the some sandwhich that doesn't even taste like a philly cheese steak. just remove the item. guess its my fault for getting it at a mediterranean food truck.

Charged me for hummus and red sauce and didn’t give it to us, not even the standard red sauce that is suppose to come with it. . No number to call either. Bad service, bad food, 0/10 do not recommend. There was no red sauce on the food or in the bag despite being charged for it. The hummus is suppose to come with the plate you even gave the pita for it and there was no hummus. I didn’t say make it spicy I asked for red sauce and you charged me for it. So not only did it NOT come on the food, it wasn’t on the side either.

This gyro with Rice platter is absolutely the Worst gyro’s I have ever had. Do not order in this place. The yellow rice was not fresh at all. It felt like rice from yesterday or the day before. The gyro meat was not tasting good at all. The meat was salty with horrible taste. Please Do Not Waste Your Money. When I asked the guy if the gyro was beef. He answered the gyro was mixed lamb with beef. I don’t know you do that. The quality of gyros was not meeting my expectations at this place. I would not give them even 1 Star if I had the choice.
