I go here almost daily. Food is always fresh. Great lunch options. Great price. Portions are big enough to eat half for lunch and half for dinner.
This place was one of the absolute best Indian restaurants that we have ever been to. The lamb vindaloo, goat curry and chicken tikka masala were probably the closest thing I can imagine to actually being in India.
When Joy closed at the start of the pandemic, it was one of my biggest losses. I try to eat from there at least once a week and as my friends say that’s Because I watch my weight, otherwise I’d eat from there every day. The food up front at the counter or from the menu Is all excellent. I go through cycles of addiction- the ginger chicken, the chicks tikka masalA (best I’ve ever had here or in India), the samosas, the goat and lamb curry, all the biryanis. Could go vegan with the veggie dishes. Eat whatever—- it’s all great and they will make anything fresh if you ask. Abu the owner is a sweetheart.
Another fantastic discovery near Grand Central. Joy Curry Tandoor's is a hidden gem that serves authentic Indian food, rich in taste and generous in portions. There are several ways to order- 2 meat dishes, all vegetable dishes, and other mix of combos. On my two visits, I tried lamb with vegetables, excellent both times, to-go and stay in. The highlight of Joy is the naan bread that is included with every order. There is plenty of seating upstairs with a table with cups for water and plastic silverware. The to-go containers are sturdy and durable, and prevents the curry sauce to leak. The only downside to Joy is the wait in line during the lunch rush which can be up to 5 minutes.
Delicious! Go here! You will be so happy with your decision. In addition to great fresh food at very reasonable prices, servings are large.
Work nearby and go once or twice a week for takeout lunch. Huge portions of delicious food at reasonable prices served by friendly people. There are always six vegetarian choices. What's not to like?
Astonishingly delicious and taste Asian/Indian food and very professional and welcoming staff. Thank you. Total great place to go to for good food in manhattan
Their food is so amazing!! Very authentic and soo much flavor. Easily the best Indian food Iv’e had. The employees are also very kind and invited us back.
Ate here every week from 2015-2018. Came back to NYC for holiday and the chicken vindaloo and palaak paneer is still as good as ever! The guy even remembered my family!
Clean place, fast service and the food is delicious, I had the chicken Tika, and took fish curry to go, with cabbage, delicious and fresh food. 10/10
This restaurant has a hot food bar where you can choose your items and get your food immediately. While they don't offer super specific items (one of my fave dishes of all time in Chola Bhatura), the food is very good. In Midtown East, many places close up after the work-crowd goes home. Joy Curry stays open for dinner, and the place is near empty on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered one platter (2 meat, 1veg) to split with a friend. I tried 2 chickens (the vindaloo was all white meat and incredible, the ginger curry was also tasty), the cauliflower as my vegetable (wonderful) and the meal came with both rice and naan. The naan was just ok (a little old), but most places will charge an extra $2 or more for it, so it didn't bother me. Plus, when you're sopping up delectable curry, a little toughness to the dough doesn't hurt. They offer free pitchers of water and there is upstairs seating. The prices overall are very reasonable. Will return :)
We ordered this restaurant for our office, and it was delicious. Food was hot and tasty, there was plenty of rice and naan for everyone. We will likely order from here again very soon.
Absolutely delicious food!! Huge portions for the price. Always a line during lunch time. If you are looking for authentic tasting Indian food, Joy Curry is a must try!
This place is sooo yummy. One of the best indian places I've been to. The murgh tikka masala is one of the best! The grilled tandoori chicken is good too if you don't feel like having the creamy curry which can't be too healthy. The vegetable biryani is soo flavorful and their garlic naan is always fresh out of the oven. We prefer to go for dinner rather than lunch buffet because the lunch buffet doesn't offer the lamb seekh kabob that we have to get because its amazing! Never thought I'd eat lamb but I have to admit, it's good and packed with flavor.
Very friendly service and good food. Nothing fancy but a great place to grab a quick lunch and enjoy authentic Indian cuisine.
Favorite Indian luncheon place in Midtown East for tandoori roti and chicken or lamb curry. Prices are reasonable. Love their quick, efficient service, inspite of long lunch lines.
I came few times here. It's owned/run by two brothers (Gaous and his brother). Both are super friendly and the food is good for the price. I usually take the Chicken Tekka Masala, rice, Raitha and Naan to go (take out). It's not a fancy restaurant where one would go with his date but definitely good food.
Wonderful subcontinent cuisine. Nice people with decent price in Manhattan. Foods quality and tests are good. Everyone is facing problems bcoz of Covid. However they're trying to regain their earlier full features.
I rarely write reviews but I’ve been going here since I was a teen as my neighborhood go-to. It’s delicious, fast and affordable and I’m so grateful and happy to see a place like this thrive in midtown amongst all of the chain and overpriced new restaurants/lunch spots. It really warms my heart every time I eat from here.
Delicious food, large portions, cheap prices. $9 for two vegetable curries and rice, $10 for one chicken one veg, $11 for one lamb and one veg. The atmosphere isn't great, everything is old and the lighting is poor, but the food more than makes up for it if you're just getting takeout.
Delicious, good portions and well priced. Ample space to sit and the service was great. Loved this hidden gem
Great food, very friendly staff. I come here about once a week for lunch and I like to eat in their upstairs dining room.
Amazing food and amazing service! The owner is really kind and a good man. I recommend this restaurant to everyone because of their awesome food and for my experience tonight. Really glad to have been able to spend time and eat with my friends here!
Best Indian food in NYC. I’ve tried countless places and nothing quite matches up to the amazing taste of Joy. Their chicken tikka masala and garlic naan are amazing!
I am from Bangladesh and living in NYC. This place is run by Bangladeshi people as well. However, I was "strongly recommended" to try this restaurant by my colleagues of a lot of different backgrounds - Africans, Westerners, South East Asians and beyond. I'll give it 5 star rating because this is as good as Indian food (Indian food cooked by Bangladeshis, to be precise) gets in Manhattan. The portion is a bit large for Asians but I guess fit for most Americans. The food is tasty, hot and the team is extremely nice. I see some Indians giving them a poor rating because the food is not as per their taste. Well, it's not. But it's also true that most "Indian" restaurants in Western countries are actually run by Bangladeshi people and it's them who popularized Indian cuisine. It's not as per my (Bangladeshi) taste either but that's what people love the world over. My suggestion to Abu and team - maybe start calling yourself Bengali cuisine and add that magical Mezbani Beef from Chittagong, Bangladesh, the place you are actually from. I know "Indian" carries more branding, but hey, you are popular already!
Homemade food, great price in Manhattan. Chicken Tikka Massala and Naan. Sometimes Lamb. Fast and delicious 🤤
Great place for north Indian tandoor items. Great food for a great price. Must visit in New York if you like north Indian food. They have Vegetarian and non vegetarian combo options.
The food is excellent! The service was both fast and very friendly. I would totally recommend for anyone in the area to try.
Great food at good price. Very generous portion of chicken tikka masala and saag paneer served with rice, and a piece of naan, all less than $10!! Friendly staff. It is usually pretty crowded at lunch on weekdays but the line moves fairly smoothly. Plenty of seats upstairs.
Great place to get a quick Desi bite if you are around grand central in New York City. The place is not very upscale. However the food is good and the naan is mmuah…. If you are a non Vegetarian you have a lot of options. There is decent veggie items as well. Over all my go to Desi place near work. The I have tried fancy Indian joints. Similar to chipotle. This place has a pure Desi vibe. Go there and you will see what I mean.
SO GOOD! Just a very very solid lunch spot with delicious and hearty curries and the best naan I’ve had in ages.
my sons orders Aloo Paratha today and it was the best I have ever tasted. It was made fresh and absolutely hit the spot. I loved all the spices and had the perfect texture. Thank you so much for the delicious food! We will definitely be back again!
I go to this place at least once a week for lunch. One of my favorite lunch places in midtown Manhattan. They have a lot of variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It's not heavy on your pocket and the food tastes great. It can get crowded during lunch hours but their service is pretty fast. Highly recommend.
My employer and I visited this wonderful restaurant and I soon ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala. It was delicious, and the vegetable was so good. Indian food like this is made with the best spices and healthy ingredients. I ordered to go, so it would be more presentable on a plate if I dined in the restaurant. I needed an errand to finish, but the restaurant looked so clean and presentable. I would go back to eat more. Thank you Joy Curry!
The food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Ordered a buttered naan and chicken curry - usually my go to - and everything is cooked to perfection. This is now my official Indian food go-to — hands down. If you want FRESH and steaming hot food, come here. The service is exceptional and your food comes out quick. Clean bi-level seating area.
The food here is incredible! The owner also happens to be extremely warm and humble, which makes the food and overall experience even better. I highly recommend!!
I love Indian food and this restaurant has a good selection to choose from. They have ample meat dishes as well as at least a couple veggies everyday that are switched up daily. I'm happy to see more Indian restaurants around Midtown to choose from. Good, quick service and there's always a fast moving line of patrons daily that enjoy Joy's Curry & Tandoor!
A take out place with a great variety of standard Indian fare. I had the Lamb Biryani. They had to cook from scratch as they pop only had goat prepared. It took awhile but it was worth the wait. You can't eat this often as it's a heavy meal. But it's great once a while.
EXCELLENT. Curry as it should be. Great value, quickly served, with polite service and excellent flavour. Great selection of dishes really done as a pick and mix buffet, with excellent food. Had Chicken Vindaloo, Chana Masala and Aloo Gobi. All excellent. Free naan as I didn’t have rice which was also very good. Sat in, eat off a paper plate and plastic fork.
Joy Curry and Tandoor has amazing food! My husband and I had them cater our Nikkah all the way in Long Island and not only did the food stay warm but it was also so delicious. All of our guests complimented the food the entire night! The owner of the restaurant treated our event like his own and made sure everything went perfectly! I highly recommend for big catering needs and any day sit down eats!
My lunch spot every day. They have a rotating menu. Biryani special Wednesdays and Thursdays. They get really busy 12:30 - 1:30. The staff is super nice and you can tell they are respectful. It's just a very nice deal to get a tray, sit down and be alone for a half hour and enjoy rather healthy food. Vegan options too - the staff might not know what vegan is but you bet they always have a couple vegan entrees. Deli style.
Food's alright, but I give it top marks for being no frills, and giving an abundant amount of food when you get the player. You'll get freshly made naan if they're out of it or you ask for garlic naan. Give it a try, your mileage may vary depending on your tastes and the experience you're seeking. Great place to dine by yourself.
The staff are super friendly and they were so welcoming of my two toddlers who messed up the whole place 🫢 they were kind enough to even offer them free rice and naan! The portion is more than enough and the quality of the ingredients is so good! As a middle eastern who’s very much familiar with Indian and Pakistani cuisine, I give the recipes 10/10!
joy curry was my first time trying indian food ever, around 7 years ago at their old location. and let me tell you it was INCREDIBLE!!! by the way they have the best garlic naan!!!i always go back when i can, as i moved upstate and as im typing this i have my joy curry takeout on the metronorth because if im anywhere near grand central you know im going to joy!!! the kindest employees work there, food is always fresh and if they don’t have it (like end of day) they will make it for you. my sister and i had a wonderful time here great service and a pleasant place to eat. I LOVE JOY CURRY!!!😊😊😊😊
nice staff , polite , I use bathroom , they allowe , without buying, otherwise mostly asking my for buy ,. Nice person are here , honest ,
YES!!! Declious, clean food at a good price that I'd be happy to eat every week. Perfect unpretentious lunch spot. Good vibes.
A friend took me here over a decade ago and I've been returning ever since, through three different jobs in the general vicinity. It is a laid back non-fancy place. You go up to the counter and pick your dishes. A lot of folks get it to go but they have both downstairs and upstairs seating. My go-to dish is the Chicken Korma over rice w/any of several pretty typical vegetarian sides. I've wanted to learn to make this sauce---have bought a couple of jars quote 'korma' sauce from specialty stores but it never tastes the same or as good as what I get at Joy.
It’s the first time I have been here. The food was good, plenrty of it I had lamb biriyani. I was asked how spicy I wanted it. Thanks very much for your service. I will come back..
Delicious Indian dishes and the best naan I’ve had in NY - prepared with love by the friendly family owners. And the lunch price is so reasonable at $15!
Couldn’t stop talking about the Chicken Curry Express Lunch I had at Joy Curry & Tandoor. That spicy, fragrant curry sauce over tender chicken and fluffy rice made my lunch break awesome.
Phenomenal food!! Highly authentic dishes but still made palatable to all kinds of tastes
Joy is an institution, serving the community for years. The biryani, paalak, fish curry, and kaddu (Tuesdays) are the standouts on the menu. It is great for lunch, with daily specials, and I would go frequently when I worked in the area.
Great place for a nice lunch. Very simple inside but that is fine as the food makes up for it. Can't get enough of this place...
Located at the centre of the city, this restaurant serves awesome Indian food both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. They have a lot of combo options which you can pick from and have a great dining space in both floors. The prices are okay. Don’t miss their Thursday special goat biriyani which is simply awesome. Today after 2 years of the Covid-19 isolation, made it to Joys and ate my favorite goat biriyani. I recommend this restaurant!! Definitely try it out.
Joy Curry & Tandoor catered our 2nd Annual Safeena Foundation Iftar with close to 200 people. The food was tasty, plentiful and enjoyed by all. I have also dined at the restaurant on many occasions and always enjoyed the food and excellent service. They have a great 2nd floor area where you can meet and eat.
No bad options here. Great lunch trays. Plenty of space upstairs to eat in. Service at the counter very fast, even if there looks like a line you'll be eating right away.
Just heard about this place on tiktok! Looks delicious! So come with meeee....lets go try!
This is authentic Indian style food. The food is so amazing. And I love the fact that it's in a little nook that everybody can't get to. It feels like a little gem. It has seating inside and the give free water, tap. Of course. Nice and pleasant. You have the option of ordering out or to stay. I really enjoyed eating here. The palak paneer, Chicken curry, goat curry and fish curry are amazing. This is a great vegetarian location. The rice is good. The naan is good and the mango lassi is amazing !
We had the lamb biryani and chicken tikka masala! Both yummy but the serving size is relatively small for the price. Regardless good food and will be back soon :)
Been enjoying Joy since years ago (I don't remember how many but they were in a different location in the 20's near the west side). I loooooove their Chicken Biryani (ask for mild as it can be hot). Their dishes are all tasty and reasonable. They have platters/combos with Naan and the like. Lunch specials as well. This is Indian Pakistani food and is halal - yay to standards :) They are more of a hot bar place now where you pick food from the hot bar in front of you and sit down and eat. (The staff dishes out your food for you). No official table service. Of course you can order off the menu as well. The biryani always has to be prepared when I get it. Takes about 10 minutes, call/order ahead if you want to swoop in and out. They have all the favorites: Daal, Papadum, Samosas, and any of the entrees can be had as a side, which is probably enough to enjoy on your own with some rice. This is not a fancy spot but definitely offers some simple yummy food. The meat is halal which is good to know that there are standards to the meat being served, which is probably as good as organic, lol. They have great lunch specials and dinner specials with naan (yummy bread) and entree with sides. Come check it out for yourself. The combos are pretty big or a hefty portion sharing is caring in this case.
I went there with family for lunch on Monday last week when I received their flyer on 40th street. We tried their rice plate combos ($8 each): rice (about 1 cup), big tandoori roti (bread, about size of a dish), 2 curries and optional daal (yellow peas curry) on rice. They had about 4-5 veggie and 4-5 non-veg curries to choose from. All the veggie curries (we chose different for each family member) tasted really good. We just loved the food which was tasty, filling and not expensive!!!
Great place for inexpensive but quality Indian food. It was tasty and just the right portion. Love that they have vegetarian selections.
Go here once a week for lunch. Food is always very good. Lamb vindaloo is super hot and delicious. Lamb curry, delicious. Palak paneer is the best I've had anywhere. These guys do indian food right. Large portions, delicious meals, about $10, you can't go wrong here no matter what you get. Try to go on the early side for lunch. Ive seen lines to the door (worth the wait!)
I like their biryanis, kebab, keema aloo and samosas. My favorite are their daal and naan. The service is good but be prepared to meet the owner who is nosy about where you work, live and how much you earn...totally weird. Taking one star away because of the owner being extremely nosy.
Place is small but cozy. Food is good. They don't accept tip. They don't have ramen or udon. A good place to go if you're eating by yourself, as they have one person tables.
The flavor is undeniable and the staff can seem to understand what you need if you express it to them non verbally. You want to be slightly healthy? They'll overweight veggies. You clearly are hungry and want the flavor and meat, you can generally expect a healthy meat to rice ratio. Not the best quality rice or atmosphere but as a stop by lunch spot, they take care of your Indian food ceavings.
Good food with great prices and lots of space inside to sit. The staff were very nice. I think coming earlier in the day would be better as the food is fresher.
Great food for a resonable value. If they forcus a bit more on presentation their clientele will really increase. I have been on many occasions and on each time I get a plate with dripping sauce from all sides. I want sauce but not in a sloppy way. Super delicious food.
good amount of food for a decent price. I wish the workers were a bit more friendly here. They were pretty closed off and not willing to engage in conversation with me. Food is ok, not amazing, but at least you get a lot to eat which is good.
Love this plae. Food is always fresh, delicious and the staff here is very friendly. Flavor levels are at maximum. I have recommended this place to so many of my coworkers. I challenge anyone to eat here for lunch and not catch a food coma afterwards!
Overall great experience. Server was friendly and helpful. Facility was nice. Food was pretty good. I do have to say it could use a little more seasoning. But it still tasted good. They were very kind to my family and it was a good experience overall.
Very very good restaurant with Bangladesh, Indian, Pakistani taste. It has a vegetarian and meat- fish- eggs menu. I like their chicken korma and nun very much. Chaana masala also tastes very good. This is a halal restaurant, so, halal eaters will like it. The location is busy and expensive, so, price is higher.
We had a late dinner here. While the food was tasty, some of it was sitting in the hot plates for a long time. Also the cost rating is off. We paid over $50 for three plates and three drinks, so I definitely wouldn't call it cheap. Should have more than one $ sign.
I recently found myself in a bit of a culinary predicament near Grand Central Station one evening around 9 pm. Most restaurants had already closed their doors, but luckily, I stumbled upon Joy Curry and Tandoor, and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. As a food enthusiast, I was in search of a satisfying meal, and this restaurant did not disappoint. Despite the late hour, they still had a variety of options available for takeaway. I opted for the meal pack, which included two curries, vegetables, naan, and extra rice. Now, let's dive into the flavors. While I was pleased with most of the dishes, there were a couple that didn't quite hit the mark. The samosas and palak paneer, unfortunately, fell a bit short in terms of taste. They lacked the robust flavors I had come to expect from these dishes. However, the rest of the offerings more than made up for it. The curries were the star of the show. Bursting with aromatic spices, they tantalized my taste buds with every bite. The balance of flavors was on point, and the richness of the sauces was simply delightful. It was evident that the chefs at Joy Curry and Tandoor know their way around Indian cuisine. The portion sizes were also commendable. I found them to be generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and content. The naan was warm and fluffy, the perfect accompaniment to soak up the flavorful curries. The extra rice was a welcome addition, providing an ample base to enjoy the vibrant sauces. While the samosas and palak paneer may have fallen short, the overall experience at Joy Curry and Tandoor was a positive one. The delicious curries, generous portion sizes, and convenient location near Grand Central Station made it a great choice for a late-night takeaway. If you find yourself in the area and craving some Halal Indian cuisine, I would recommend giving Joy Curry and Tandoor a try. Just make sure to explore their menu beyond the samosas and palak paneer, and you're bound to discover some truly yum-worthy dishes that will satisfy your cravings.
Dedicate spot for Indian food. My friend from Indian culture recommended here to me, especially butter chicken. Lamb curry was only meat inside. It was good but the meat was a little bit dry. Roti was average! I would try naan next time. Interesting my favorite was the dessert. It was cottage cheese in milk sauce. Great treat after a heavy-flavor meal.
We stopped in for some hot food, fast. This cafeteria-style South Asian restaurant serves delicious curries, perfectly-cooked rice, and generous portions of naan or raita bread. The price was right compared to other options in the area and the place was quiet and clean. We didn't really like the vegetable sides as much though, as they had somewhat unpleasant textures. Overall, we didn't let it affect our overall impression of an efficient and tasteful fuel-up.
Although the food is good, do not expect it to be fresh. I witnessed them using a microwave to heat up orders and my lamb kabob was definitely not made same day or the day before as it was discolored. The chicken kabob, although also good, was cold and I could tell it was made a few days ago.
No frills yet delicious Indian food on the go. I really liked their palak paneer and chana masala. Both reminded me of home cooked tiffin food from India. I was surprised how tasty the Mango lassi was here too. You could actually taste the Mango pulp in there without all that extra sugar & artificial flavors. The chicken tikka was a disappointment though- artificial colors and dry meat. Stick with veggie dishes. Prices are decent but quantity is excellent. Service is super fast & on point. Get your curry fix now!
My husband brought veg biryani from this place and we were really disappointed. The rice tasted ok but there were so many unwanted veggies that you would never want in your biryani. I ate half plate and tried to take as many of these beans aside but still there were so many. It just spoilt the fun.
Ordered delivery. Dropped off at the reception desk with no name or room number. Korma is a mild curry and this wasn't mild.
I ordered Chicken Biryani for $13.50. What I received was a plate full of rice and regular chicken breast with no seasoning. As an authentic Indian restaurant I was disappointed. The change restaurant Indi Kitchen Chicken Biryani was so much better..
I used to go there and have a good service. However, last time I had a bad experience with the cashier guy. I wanted to pay with the card, but at the end I paid cash. I ended up paying extra money. I told the guy that paying cash is not the same price as paying with the card. I know that from my experience paying every time I go there. He told me that’s the same price. I know he was lying and that’s not good. You should never lie to the customer who trusted you.
I used to frequent this place fairly regularly but the quality has unfortunately gone downhill. They now do this thing now where they skimp out on the meat and pour extra spoons of sauce without any meat. It’s to make it seem like you’re getting more food than you actually are, presumably knowing you’ll fill up on the rice & bread and not be too bothered there was barely any meat. I thought it was just a one time thing but it’s been the case the last several times where my meal comes with 2-3 small chunks of meat total. I understand prices for food have gone up but the point of these lunch special places is it’s a good deal for a lot of food. Not only is it no longer a good deal ($15 for a meat & veggie entree) but the only thing it’s a lot of is rice & sauce. Sad to say I won’t be returning.
I was craving for masala tea more than curry but figured if a place can do both, why not. So i called and asked if they make masala tea and the person enthusiastically confirmed. Since the place was not too far I walked there and found the place but realized the food was cafeteria style where they drop what you ask for in the takeout box. No problem, if it tastes okay. Going by the looks of the food, i stayed away from my original choice lamb vindaloo, which looked unnaturally red (food coloring??) and went with lamb curry, palak paneer, rice and naan, oh and of course my masala tea, which they had prepared already!. I asked where these guys are from and they said Bangladesh.. My antennas went up right then, but it was too late. Bangladeshis don't do indian food right, sorry for general classification, but I have eaten at many Bangladesh eateries, faking indian food and never found one half way decent, as far as indian food comes. I cook indian food and I know what most of these items should taste like. The lamb curry had a smell, overly spiced and yet tasteless, the palak(spinach) in palak paneer was not emulsified and tasted raw, without spices. The naan, was probably store bought stuff, microwaved, because by the time I go to my food, it was extremely leathery and hard. The raita (yogurt sauce) was missing from the Lunch platter, though mentioned as part of the deal. The worst was the "masala chai (tea)". Okay, if you don't make them, let me know when I ask for "masala chai" The $1.50 sorry excuse watery concoction was exactly 1 teabag dipped in boiling water, with some milk and no sugar. If you are not putting in sugar, at least offer some sugar packets to let me know it is not sweet. Nope, nothing. As of now in this cold spring weather, I am still craving masala tea, and fuming at being lied at. I am crossing out this place for my curry fix and "masala tea" for the food quality and dishonesty.
The nasty look me and a friend got from the guy behind the counter...I said maybe he was having a bad day as it was Xmas and he was still working. We were told that we'd have only 10 minutes to eat as they have to close. This was a lie. You'd think that with the restaurant being empty you'd try to get people to stay (it helps to draw in customers). 10 minutes passed and 2 groups of customers came in. They didn't get the look my friend and I got and they certainly weren't given 10 minutes to eat and leave. Then, I asked for a to-go container after being ignored how many minutes by the same guy and another who might have been a manager or maybe the owner of the place. I was told to give him some time to be patient. Why is it took almost 10 minutes to get something that was literally right in front of him. I'm not kidding you that the guy literally left where he was (where the containers were unbeknownst to me) to start cleaning up and I had to remind him 10 minutes later that I had asked for a to-go container. He gave me a couple with no apology. I didn't even bother to ask for a bag to put the containers in. I went and got a few on my own. Really horrible customer service. People should be treated the same regardless of race. Won't contribute to such a disgusting place again. It also seems as if I was charged a dollar more for my meal without explanation.
