My second visit. They haven't disappoint. Around two years ago I ordered the standard omakase, and today the 15-piece. The quality is consistent.The seasoning is unique and creates the umami flavor. I wonder whether they also age the fish. It is a small shop but I can feel the effort and bar they uphold. This will be on my sushi to-go list in NYC.

Delicious! I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so glad I did. The price is very reasonable for the amount and quality of sushi. We got the goal omakase for two, it comes with soup or salad and 24 pieces (two of each) and two rolls. There’s a small counter seating enough to fit two people. Inside is clean and no frills. Favorite pieces are the scallop that’s lightly torched and the mackerel. I also enjoyed the tuna pieces, honestly all of it was very delicious. Will be back for more!!

Stunningly good omekase. I sat at the small window seat, absolutely no frills, but some of those pieces really blew my mind. I absolutely loved it.

It has variety of fish with various chef special topping. And the gentlemen who took my order is so knowledgeable.he knows everything about the fish and kind enough to explain it to me.will definitely recommend to my friend

Great new spot in the neighborhood. I’ve been ordering from the same two places close to here for almost 9 years now, nice to have an alternative. Spicy Trio Combo and tuna avocado rolls were both very fresh. Will definitely order from here again.

fresh fish, on-time delivery, fair prices. this has become my go-to spot for cheap sushi delivery, the quality of the fish is fantastic given the price point. love getting the nigiri and maki rolls.

New quaint spot in the Upper East side. Ordered the spicy Maki combo, I can definitely tell it’s good quality and it was delicious. It seems more of a to go spot than sit down (ie there are 2 high top chairs). Will definitely be back!

I love this place a lot, they have the best house-made soy sauce that tastes so nice. It has a touch of sweetness and I love it. The rice they use is also great quality. I love their spicy tuna roll and the sashimi sets they have!! Wish i still lived around here so I could get it more, but I make the trek from Williamsburg up to here still every so often to get this.

The best take-out sushi restaurant on the UES. Because it's a dedicated to-go place, they focus 100% on making that an excellent experience. The chirashi and omakase dishes are beautifully presented--the nicest looking take out I've ever seen. The take great care with the fish, which is fresh and flavorful. Best of all, they were totally knowledgeable about my gluten allergy (not preference) and had lots of options, all very well marked in their containers. Wonderful!

I have tried many sushi spots in the neighborhood, and this is always my go-to place for takeout. The fish is super fresh and prices are great for the area/quality. We order at least once a week and quality is always consistent.

This place was on the way home from my partner’s work so I wanted to try and had him pick up Omakase for 2. Wasn’t crazy about it for the price. Few good solid pieces, others tasted very fishy. No uni or salmon. Felt like it lacked variety/flavor, some repetition. Really wanted to like this place since I spent over $100 for the order. Visually, it looks good though. Won’t be back, but maybe it was just a bad day!!
