Stopped in here to get a drink and sit down for a bit while making the trek from the SI ferry to Canal while the train was down. Excellent service and selection (they have Pappy if you got the loot)! The staff was super friendly and fast! Will definitely come back when I'm in this part of town.

Me and coworkers go here regularly for lunch. I always have the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The price isn't expensive, the low lit ambiance is very cozy and the bartender always keeps you entertained.

Ordered their burger, which came with fries for takeout. One of juiciest burgers I have eaten in a while and the fries by far the best I've had from a bar restaurant. Nice inviting atmosphere with exposed bricks on one of the walls. High ceilings and TVs everywhere.

Stopped in on a cold rain soaked day. Found a warm and welcoming environment by the staff. Sat for a hot meal and the Steak & Ale Pie is INCREDIBLE. Served in a bread bowl and so tasty. Absolutely delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal and found this to be a great place. Well worth a trip into the city!

Sat at the bar, ordered food our bartender who also took our order was very pleasent. Food was good , everything in a timely manner. Environment was clean and laid back.

Sat in here for 45 minutes, only 5 other patrons. 1:00 PM on a Monday. Server took 15 minutes to come back with drinks, food hadn’t arrived 30+ minutes after ordering. Waitress walked off while we were asking how soon until food arrived. Bad bad bad. Not to mention $9 for a Guinness nowhere near the size of an actual pint.

i know bars can’t control the behavior of their patrons but i do believe they’re somewhat responsible for their safety. a man got aggressive towards my friend and i after his advances were rejected, to the point that she hid in the bathroom and he waited outside the door to bother her again. multiple staff members came to check on us, apologized, and told us we’re welcome to sit at the bar where they could keep an eye on us. but when we left our table to wait for a taxi we saw he was still being served at the bar. very uncomfortable situation as we believed staff were sympathetic, but instead we had to wait outside scared. cannot lie though they have a good draft selection, plenty of seating on weekends, and the food is fairly priced. sad i won’t be returning.

We went for lunch today and waited maybe 2 hours for food. Instead of blue cheese with my wings they gave me mayo. The happy hour deals for drinks are pretty good, but the food was overpriced and overall it wasn’t worth waiting two hours for. It is kind of insane that nothing was comped/no one tried to make it right. We were respectful and tipped well but I won’t be going back.
