I got a super yummy lobster roll with fries. It all comes in one order so that’s good. They mixed some veggies in with the lobster which was a good delivery of flavor along with the butter. The fries were good enough to eat without sauce so that’s above average if you ask me. The server was very attentive granted it wasn’t busy when I went. The place is pretty. P.S. my friend got the chicken parm. It looked like a full meal but it wasn’t all that tasty.

Great place to eat especially for brunch. We got lucky as they had a peach salad special & it was divine. As well the chicken vodka parm & spicy chicken sandwiches were major hits. Fried pickles and mac & cheese were fantastic & our server was super funny. Highly recommend.

Visited family and had a quick bite before my flight back home. Large portions - flavorful food. Open yet cozy atmosphere with really cute details and decor. Unlimited mimosas or Bloody Mary for $20 offered. Full menu sounded delicious. Attentive and accommodating wait staff. I’d recommend 😊

So happy this place is in the neighborhood! Super tasty food, awesome people and great atmosphere! I went with my friends and we all had a fantastic experience. I had the spicy chicken ranch sandwich and the waffle fries which was delicious! Cocktails were also tasty! You can get great deals here on Monday and Tuesday and the prices are great! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the other offerings in the menu! Thanks for making our first experience here flawless! :)

I've now ordered take out from here twice this month and I will keep coming back. The food is really solid. While most dishes have higher price points the portions also align with it. Theres a special deal on door dash that when you order two of the Chicken Cheese Balls you get it for the price of one. And I am glad I jumped on that! It came with 4 really tasty decently sized balls in a to go container that is dish washer and microwave safe! Overall, a great place. Definitely going to check it out in person.

I love the place. I love the service. I love the atmosphere but when I came and I brought two young children with me, all they had was songs with cursing. I was helping my friend out watching her kids so she could go to a doctors appointment. I like family friendly. I’m guessing other days it could be family friendly, but definitely Never on a brunch day with children.

My first encounter with this restaurant was negative. I tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t go through. I called the restaurant and asked to place an order for about an hour from the time of calling. They told me it wasn’t possible because the order would be made immediately and then just sit for an hour. It’s amazing to me that the ability to place future orders over the phone is not possible. Anyways, I really wanted to try the place so I did eventually get the online ordering system to work. I got to the store about 15 minutes early and my food was already sitting there. (Kinda worried about how long it had been sitting there now based in my prior conversation). The inside is beautiful!! We got the sweet chick and the Buffalo chicken sandwich with waffle and seasoned fries. Both had really good flavors. They both did have a section of bad gritty chicken. Luckily it was on my last bite but kinda gross. Overall I enjoyed the food and would try it again.

Disappointed. Prices have gone up, They changed the dressing on the Cesar salad. The shrimp basket was dry, overcooked and flavorless. I won’t be ordering again

After waiting twenty minutes for a table, then waited about 10 minutes to order. Got the bottomless and had to wait 15 minutes for the first round…good luck getting routine bottomless service. Ordered buffalo calamari, received the classic calamari…and then I think our order didn’t actually make it to the kitchen because we waited OVER AN HOUR for our food. When our plates finally DID arrive, the table next to us was actually shocked that we had been waiting the entire time. By this point, we had already gotten full on the (infrequent) mimosas; after maybe three bites, we asked for boxes and the check because we’d been there for almost two hours. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill. Very sorely disappointed and probably won’t be back any time soon. If service didn’t leave so much to be desired, maybe I wouldn’t feel like we paid more than we got for the experience. Food was okay while hot; when we reheated it later, it was greasy and not worth a single penny spent. Do not recommend.

After being here a few times, I decided to make a review. I really wanted to like this place after hearing good things, but my experience was quite disappointing overall. The food quality felt inconsistent... some dishes were bland, overly salty, or poorly cooked, and a few items seemed more like cheap shortcuts than thoughtfully prepared meals. Even when something sounded promising on the menu, it didn’t live up to expectations once it arrived. On the days I was here, the service was another major issue. There were long waits, forgotten orders, and staff responses that felt dismissive rather than helpful. At one point, a young woman raising reasonable concerns about food quality and preparation was met with a patronizing, condescending attitude from both I think a manager and a clerk rather than any genuine attempt to address the issue. Moments like that made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable instead of welcoming. But with so many better dining options nearby, it’s hard to justify coming back.

I came here for dinner and overall the food was just okay. It felt overpriced for such basic dishes, and the bathroom was extremely dirty, which was disappointing. The one highlight of the night was the spicy margarita. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. In addition to charging an extra credit card fee, the waiter took $19 as a tip without my consent. I had to call the restaurant directly, and they told me to come in person to get a refund. When I arrived, I was made to wait 30 minutes for a manager who never showed up. This was very inconsiderate of my time. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious if they choose to dine here.

If I could give 0 stars I would I was in such a shock when I received this order I Originally ordered a frozen Margarita however they said it wasn’t available so I asked them for a margarita on rocks the bag was filled to the top with ice mind you I’m a former bartender and this was insane there was no margarita I basically paid 15 dollars for a watered down sip I called to speak to the manager He was very rude no customer service accountability or accommodation. when I asked him for his name he confidently spelled it out and sounded it out all i remember is it starting with an A the rude sarcasm absolutely ruined my night I am also a business owner and would never want my employees to handle a situation in this manner. I’m appalled and whoever runs this place need to train this man I will be posting this on my social media as I told him and he sarcastically said ok that’s fine however when he finds out how large my platform is I hope he still speaks the same language This is not to bring this restaurant down its about awareness because if he did this me I could imagine what he would do to the next customer. I don’t recommend this place please train your people and the cauliflower bites are soggy and greasy I would of atleast expected some good food after a watered down drink and bad customer service

I ordered the chicken and waffles. I tasted the waffles and it was completely salty even with the syrup. I told the waiter that it was salty. It seems like the mix has been sitting there because it was so salty. I’m not the kind of person that complain, but it was not swallowable. I asked my sister just to ensure that it was not me. However, she also found it salty. I understand that the mixture sits for a while it gets salty. I told them and the manager wearing the navy blue short sleeves shirt and he made it sound like I was making a big deal saying that they “try every food that comes out of the kitchen.” What a reason did I have to lie about this salty waffles?! I even told him to try the salty waffles. I don’t eat salty food and I’m not interested in eating salty waffles. To be safe I told them just to replace it for the chicken tenders. But that attitude was just not what I was looking from this dinner with my family. I would have just rather not eaten anything. Obviously this is not the same chick in that was here before. A nice presentation but that was all. A customer experience with a restaurant is important and listening to your customer is not such a hard skill in such an industry.

Disappointing Experience – 3/10 I’ve given The Inn by Fumo a few chances, but unfortunately, the food has seriously gone downhill. I recently ordered the chicken sandwich, which was advertised as a regular sandwich (with a buy-one-get-one-free deal), but what I got was more like an overcooked chicken schnitzel—tiny, chewy, and mostly just breading. It felt like a complete rip-off, even with the deal. This wasn’t an isolated experience either. The mac and cheese I had a while back was so overwhelmingly cheesy yet completely lacking in flavor—it was basically inedible. I also tried the meatballs, which were oddly soft and unpleasant in texture. This used to be a decent spot, but it’s fallen off hard. I wouldn’t spend another dollar here. Disappointing all around.
