Best Pizza we've tasted. And Joe the owener came up and spoke to us personally shook our hands and thanked us for our service- very old school vibes. My boyfriend felt like a made man straight out of Good Fellas. Pablo our waiter was amazing. So all in all amazing food and impeccable service.
Amazing atmosphere with live music ! The Food was also very good. We didn’t expet this place to be so cool. Hidden gem
Great place for homestyle Italian of another era. The restaurant is a fast casual pizza joint facing 2nd and a quiet sit down restaurant facing 92nd. The garlic knots in the bread bowl are delicious. We liked the eggplant parmigiana with thinly sliced eggplant, minimal breading, and light not-too-sweet sauce. The garlicky broccoli has nice sautéed garlic and wasn’t watery. The desserts were well presented. We liked the airy texture of the tiramisu and tartufo. Staff was patient with requests.
The food was good and the atmosphere was good, just wish everyone was treated with the same top notch behavior. I noticed some are treated a little bit different. But other than that I enjoy the food when I stop by there.
Delizia 92 is a must visit whenever I am in the mood for super amazing pizza. This place never disappoints. When I had family at a nearby hospital many years ago, Delizia’s food gave me, and my family so much comfort. Major life celebrations, Delizia’s 92 catered our family’s milestones. There were times when I lived in NJ I would drive into the City just to buy pizza from here. Delizia’s 92 is special not only for the awesome food, but the workers are all very nice. Never ever had bad food, or a bad experience. It is such a huge treat, and joy to enjoy amazing food on each visit. If your ever on the Upper Eastside and want good NY style pizza, give Delizia’s 92 a try. My favorite is the Grandma Pizza, or if it’s just for me. I buy several slices of plain pizza. The slices are huge, large selection of various toppings. They sell bottles of wine, coke products, and there is indoor, plus outdoor seating. Parking can be tough, but you can find street parking if you drive around, plenty of garages.
The veg option might just be the best out of the lot
We visited Delizia today, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! We enjoyed the Veal Sorrentino and the Chicken Arciduca—both were spectacular. The Clam Linguine in White Sauce was divine, and every dish was cooked to perfection, pasta was textbook al-Dente. The service was outstanding, and the cozy atmosphere, complete with light instrumental music, made us feel right at home. We loved that there’s a quick-serve Pizza and Sandwich Shop in the front for a casual bite and a lovely dining room in the back for a more relaxed meal, so we’ll definitely be back for both experiences. We left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to return many times!
This is a pizza joint ....but they serve the best pizza. Been in many places in Roma and elsewhere around the world, cruise ships and lived in South Philly for 5 years. This is the best.
Since I was a little kid, I’ve been raving about Delizia 92 to all my friends. I grew up in NY, and have lived in many other States, but this past Saturday, I took some of my friends from CT and Canada to eat at what I call NY’s best Italian restaurant. It’s been at least ten years since I went to Delizia 92, and I’m thankful they are still alive and well! I had a “Ratatouille” moment eating the garlic bread, and the pepperoni pizza. Not to mention, the Shrimp Fra Diavolo was delicioso! No question, Delizia 92 deserves 5 stars! They definitely treat all diners well, and there’s also fantastic live music playing when we dined in the backroom! Buon Natale and Mangia! Many blessings to Delizia 92! 🍕🇮🇹🎄🙏
Always an incredible time at Delizia. Food is spectacular and service is excellent. The Deliziosa pasta is my go to always. Pair it with some wine and you have yourself an excellent night out. Delizia is a must try!
Fantastic dinner experience. Staff was kind and helpful. Great ambiance and greater live jazz music. Delizia 92 has a wonderful homey feel with classic Italian dishes.
Delizia 92 Ristorante is truly a gem tucked quietly behind the pizzeria out front—so unassuming you might walk past it without realizing there’s a cozy Italian haven just a few steps away. Once inside, you’re greeted with a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels like stepping into a local Italian home in Venezia. It’s the kind of place where conversations flow easily—quiet enough for catching up with friends, perfect for a client meeting, or even a relaxed date night. We also learned that on weekends, they feature live jazz music, which makes perfect sense because there’s a piano right in the dining room. It’s such a charming touch and adds even more character to the space. The service was another highlight. The wait staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and offered thoughtful recommendations throughout the evening. They even accommodated my friend’s special request—turning what’s normally a risotto pollo into a gnocchi-based dish, without hesitation. I ordered the Pollo Arciduca, which came with a lovely side of pasta, and we also shared the calamari fritti, which was perfectly crisp. Everything we had was delicious, comforting, and prepared with care. Their wine selection is also impressive, offering great options that pair nicely with the menu. Delizia 92 feels like the kind of neighborhood spot you want to keep coming back to—and the kind you’re excited to tell others about. Whether you’re local or just passing through, it’s absolutely worth a visit.
I ate food from this restaurant two nights in a row. The first night, we ate in the restaurant and had pizza and a stromboli. The second night we brought food back to our hotel, where we had a pasta dish, soup and more pizza. The take-out came with delicious bread and garlic knots. The order also came complete with plastic ware and plenty of napkins. The staff was very friendly. I would've eaten there a third night but I was going home the next day. Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review – The Milton The Milton delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for both special occasions and relaxed evenings out. The service is outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm without ever feeling intrusive. The food is nothing short of superb. Each dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly crafted with high-quality ingredients and real care. From the starters to the desserts, everything is perfectly balanced and thoughtfully prepared. The Milton truly stands out for its consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. A fantastic restaurant that exceeds expectations—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will absolutely be returning.
My favorite brunch spot. I come here about once a month. They have a bottomless option that’s only 25 and they allow you to pick whatever brunch brink you want. You don’t have to settle for just mimosa. You can get one of each of their options if you want. That’s like paying 25 for an open bar. Incredible. Can’t recommend this place enough. The food is as good as any place. But the bottomless option is the best in the city
Happy happy wedding to 2 of my favorite people on the planet!! Louie and Gem!! I love you so very much and appreciate how wonderful you are to all of us!! Especially to my son Zak!! You have been such a great support system to him coming from a small town to the big city!! And I love it when I walk in, and people say HEY HI ITS ZAKS MOM!! YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST!! CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 👏 🥰
This place delivers quality deserving nothing less than five stars. This place exceeds what ratings can express. This spot reveals exceptional quality. The kitchen execution and service approach impressed me. You can enjoy quality time with friends over good dishes here.
Try to fit this place into your plans when possible. The place creates good vibes and draws likable customers. All employees maintain exceptional standards. Their menu follows expected patterns. Everyone I bring here leaves happy.
This is the best fish and chips in NYC and by far the best mushy peas I've had in the world, even better than all places I've had it in the UK. When they cook the fish and chips fresh, it is super crunchy, succulent, hot and delicious. The only improvement I could ask for is to leave the skin on, just like in the UK. The fries are perfectly cooked as well. But the star, believe it or not is the mushy peas. They add some type of cream to it that makes it so delicious. The mushy peas here is a must have dish in NYC if you are an Anglophile like me.
Came here for my friend's 21st birthday and the bartender, Josh, was so friendly and wonderful. The craft cocktails were delicious and Josh also made us some sort of yummy shot for her birthday (blueberry maybe?) The vibes were also great with lovely people around and good music. Will be back!!
We had the $20 lunch special today and it was great. I had a Milton burger and it was everything I hoped for. The server was wonderful and very professional even though she was very busy and it seemed she was the only one working the front of the bar. There is indoor and outdoor seating so you can pick your experience!
What an awesome 1st visit around 10:30pm on 8/13!! Our server, she was a DELIGHT - beautiful personality! 🤩 My Beer Battered Shrimp - OMG that batter was had a flavor a love at home in VA!!! And the Deviled Eggs (with Crab Meat)...aaaaaaMAZING!! 😋 Great neighborhood restaurant & open til 4am!! Nothing like that at home!!
Had an early dinner today. Party of 4 with 1 being immuno compromised. Restaurant was beyond accomodating as far as seating us away from other diners (it was too hot to sit outside) Food was excellent and service was amazing! We had the spinach & artichoke dip to start and it came with homemade chips which were delicious. Two of us had fish & chips - extra crispy on the outside without being dry inside - so good! Others had cottage pie and Irish burrito which they both enjoyed. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back!
Came with my friend and the food was very delicious and the drinks were too. I love ginger and that ginger drink I had was the absolute best!! I finally got my friend to try spinach artichoke dip and she enjoyed it. Overall a nice low key atmosphere that has a chill vibe and will be coming back when I go visit my friend again.
Thise place is one of the best in the neighborhood, it's the first place we like to go when we come back to town. In the summer, we eat warmly in their back part or in their outdoor part. Our favorite dishes, by far the best, are the Sicilian slice and the Chicken Marsala, Pizza, Pasta , Salad, Cake , whatever you like!
We had a surprise party for my Aunt in their back room and the place was a perfect size for my large family. Service was good but a bit rushed - you could tell they had another event after us… Food was served family style but the serving dishes were taken away without being finished and we were not offered to take any home. Lots of food wasted in my opinion. Otherwise the staff was friendly and efficient.
A bit small for $3.25, I guess it's the neighborhood rents. Good coverage of cheese and sauce. Thin, very, very chewy crust. Fair flavoring overall, seems to be a Spanish pizza, couldn't find any Italian flavor at all. My grade is 84.
It’s such a cute spot. I got some truffle chicken nuggets, and fish and chips. The food was actually pretty nice. The truffle chicken nuggets came in 6 pieces. The nuggets were packed with truffle fragrance. They were also extremely hot, and be aware of the juices squirting out. They were very nice. I was able to identify the pieces of chicken inside. They weren’t overly processed. The fish and chips were also very nice, too! The batter was very light and crispy. The fish was fresh and flaky. French fries were very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They paired very well with the lemon wedges. I do feel they were a bit underseasoned. They got boring half way towards the end. It was a nice place to hang out with friends or for a small family gathering. It wasn’t too loud, and the environment was clean. I think I got too much deep fried food. I felt a bit gross toward the end. That was my fault. Lol
Have come here twice for dinner and enjoyed our experience both times! The ambiance is spacious between tables (just watch out when crossing the street’s bike lane lol) The first time we came, we noticed there were a lot of appetizers we wanted to try, but opted for entrees (figuring that we’d come back to try the appetizers). We ended up getting the chicken sandwich and fish and chips. Both were pretty tasty - the chips (fries) are great. When they give you dips / condiments like ketchup, they’ll give it to you in small plastic containers (which is not great for the environment, but obviously have to be safe with Covid). I did wish that my fish and chips came with the small side of mashed peas that typically come with this dish. The second time we visited, we order a bunch of appetizers including the chicken nuggets, grilled cheese with tomato soup, side of chips (fries), and the Mac and cheese. My friend wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken nuggets (he prefers McDonald’s biggest 🙄 haha) but I enjoyed them. The Mac and cheese was also pretty good and the bread crumbs on top were the perfect addition. Our favorite appetizer was definitely the grilled cheese and tomato soup though. The bread used for the grilled cheese was thin but perfectly lightly browned. Although the cheese itself wasn’t a blend or anything fancy, it was that perfect grilled cheese when you want some comfort food. I would definitely come back and order the grilled cheese. For drinks, we tried the mojito, mango margarita, and strawberry margarita. The strawberry marg was definitely the winner (but could’ve been stronger). Would definitely come back again to try more of the menu!
$8 minimum on credit card. It’s posted on a tiny sign on a napkin holder so not easy to spot. Pizza is decent. The sauce is very sweet which is interesting.
overall, i have to say i was somewhat disappointed by this experience. the seating was nice, and the menu looked inviting. yet, the calamari was bland and the pasta was cooked incorrectly. i had asked for the meat filling but got the cheese instead. the restaurant also seemed understaffed. it took several tries to get my water refilled. the servers were nice though
Food great but don’t leave a deposit for an event… you’ll never get your money back if you cancel even if you give 2 weeks notice
I wish I would’ve just kept walking. I walked in and thought I’d just try it. The outer boroughs have way better pizza. Even City Pizza on 1st Ave has better pizza. The tomato sauce tastes straight out of the can, overly tomato paste based. It was not good. I won’t be in again. I thought, sure ok we’ve all had pizza that was not to our preference but where’s the harm? Right outside the bathroom was a big cockroach, large antennae and all. I wish I saw it before. Yes, I know many places have them etc. I get it. The food wasn’t good enough to risk finding a roach in it. Go elsewhere, seriously. What a shame, people were nice but the taste isn’t there and the roach was.
Worst burger in NYC. For starters, I ordered it well done and it came completely pink in the middle (see pic). Which tells me that the meat had likely been frozen as a patty and just thrown onto the grill. For $20, I expect better and also I expect it cooked to my order. Save your money and order shake shack or BLT Prime. Also the fries were soggy. It pains me to leave a bad review because I love the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I just feel personally insulted by such a terrible burger experience.
Went with my son and his gf for a quick brunch on a rainy day as it was convenient. The eggs Benedict had to be sent back once as it had so many egg shells in it. The second one that came out had salmon that definitely tasted funky. The french toast was undercooked and mot warm. And the avo toast was a huge slice of bread with a tiny layer of guac. Just bad food.
