Just as delicious as I remember! My little sister, who’s not vegan, even enjoyed her food!! The only thing I’ll say is I won’t recommend the collard greens, they’re just OK.

Seriously so delicious, nice staff, cute interior and DELICIOUS (did i mention delicious) food! Both locations have so much to offer. Amazing vegan food at a great price. Also, first time trying a vegan drumstick. It was incredible, the texture and flavor are so savory and juicy!

Sebastian ensure the natural juices are made with love-the other state are great as their manger Miss J. The food is well prepared in a condusive environment. The epitome of cleanliness speak volumes of the establishment.

I couldn't believe how good this vegan food was. Food that is this good for you is not supposed to taste this good. And there are so many choices. And everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. It's a charming little storefront cafe with a few tables, that handles mostly takeout.

There aren’t many healthy food options uptown so I was pleasantly surprised to find Uptown Veg one day headed back from the gym. The stores manager Miss J is the epitome of great customer service, as her presence made me feel like I was being served by a loving family member. Food was great, especially the vegan oxtail and vegan Mac n cheese (which I’ve seen lots of restaurants not do correctly). An added bonus was the pineapple ginger juice I got that was just the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I will definitely be back and continue to share the praises of this restaurant! We need more shops like this in Harlem. By the way, it was super reasonable as far as price!

Most of the “meat” is soy protein, and the other dishes are plain. You pay by the pound (as of July 2022 it is $9.49/lb) and this can add up quite fast especially if you get things like noodles or chickpeas. They were out of their eggplant dish, which is really the only reason you should come here if you can! That is probably the best tasting item they have. Would I come here again? Probably if I’m in a pinch and just want solid food that doesn’t blow me away.

this cafe has very poor customer service. the 2 people that work.there are unfriendly and act like it's a problem to serve. they didn't have any drinks or desserts today. never going back there.

The people in charge of the cashier don’t print order tickets and give them to the chef so when you arrive you will still have to wait 20 minutes for simple items. Great location and great chefs but they need better people handling phones/ to go/online orders.

The staff is rude,went to inquire and purchase,nobody was there was,wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome and the young heavy girl was not trying to assist me with her back towards me,just poor customer service in an area that you would want support,it’s very disappointing that you try to patronize people and get treated with such unpleasant treatment.
