Ok, lets start with the fact that the place is under new management, they have new food and it's not only new...it's delicious! The variety is amazing! Mexican food, Spanish food, American, pastas and pizza! the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, I'm so glad that they put new food, I been here a couple of times and this time(new management) I really really love it!!!!! I am really picky with food, Do I recommend this place? YES! Try it! ; )

We were targeting breakfast meals and ended up taking four people for a range of the two egg meals with protein, waffles, and a gyro. All of the food was excellent and what we wanted. We tried the smoothies and they were a little creamier than I would expect but very good still. The coffee was excellent as well. A great little place with only a few tables as is normal in New York. People were very helpful and hardworking as well.

Had french toast, bacon and eggs, grits and hash browns from here this morning. All of it was GOOOOOD! The french toast was perfect, not soggy buttery and cinnamon-y! They gave me five strips of perfectly cooked bacon, fluffy eggs, perfectly simmered corn grits and crispy hash browns delivered in 20 minutes to boot! Will definitely order again!

Great seating, but the food is oddly overpriced if compared to an average deli only a couple blocks away. Also even though they offer a variety of things (like pizza) doesn't mean it'll always taste good.

I had a grilled cheese, way too much cheese for toast but their breakfast food is much better

I remember when they 1st opened, I felt like my food was made with love. Today I felt like it was just made really quick. I wanted my cheese melted inside, it was just slapped on the sandwich. It was also cold in the restaurant.

The cheese burger and grilled chicken deluxe taste good. I think these guys make it better then Jimbos/Jumbos. So this rating is only based on that. Customer service is pretty decent. The guy that take your order rushes off the phone. Other then that... 3 Stars

Been getting food from them daily.usually a good job.last 2 weeks they have been messing up badly.forgot eggs in my platter,wrong size coffees sent,forgetting parts of my order.

Food was mediocre. I actually was upset that I didn't go to a McDonald's or some fast food spot. Paid close to 30 dollars ugh. The cakes are good though

Very BAD Customer service...i go in for a chicken parmesan sandwich on a Roll...the counter WORKER tells me I must have it on a hero..i say I want it on a Roll...then I read the menu and it states one will b charged an extra 1.50 for a hero which I clearly did not WANT...Now two other workers come forward and begin to TELL Me that's what it is take it or leave it....I walked out waiting to tell my fellow coworkers about my experience...Iam a MTA employee and we have spent some good money over the year with them...i took my money to PATSY' and enjoy the service...PLEASE ADDRESS YOUR EMPLOYEES...and Check the cameras...time of occurrence approximately 15:15 pm...Sad cause I like the burgers...

They fell off i just order a cheeseburger platter with a Snapple and a slice of carrot cake they bring everything except my Snapple and charge me no service for me I'm better off to ihop2

These Mexican cats keep switching prices everytime I order the same stuff for an example I order pancake eggs with cheese and French toast they charge me 11.75 for delivery a few times . So I decided to walk in yesterday get the same thing they charge me 12 . Now this morning I ordered again they charge me 12.50 for pick up .. SMH . The price does not matter it's the principle of them keep making up prices to what ever they want when they want ... Stop cheating the people for its money.. For now on I want a receipt

The manager here by the supposed name of "Jose" is very disrespect, AGGRESSIVE and nasty! He needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY! I WILL be filing a police report on this establishment and the manager for personal boundary ASSAULT!!!! Save your money people and go somewhere else!!! This guy NEEDS TO BE AND WILL BE ARRESTED!! I'm giving this a one star because, They overprice and they only give a little bit of food , as I was placing the order I asked , "how much is it for double amount of the food" I was told $28 so I said "no thank you I'll take the order as is." Then I asked how much it was I was told 16 , when the food came the young delivery man said I owe $19 when the food was $8 for a plate therefore I asked for two plates which is a total of $16 , long story short they lied about the price gave very little amount of food for $19 and false advertisement , DONT ORDER FROM THEM , they'll rob you.

I ordered from Uber eats from this establishment. I ordered a salad and I ordered a smoothie. The salad was all in a smoothie was spoiled. I took a sip of the smoothie drink and it did not taste right. I automatically started throwing up. I called Uber Eats and I called the store to inform them about the salad and a smoothie and they did nothing. Do not order from this establishment. They don’t care about your health be aware of this establishment.

I called to let them know, the person answering the phone was rude and disrespectful. Told me if he send my correct order I would have to pay for it. I ask how does that make since? He continued to argue with me. I told him that he didn’t have to send anything and that I would never order from them again!!

They cashier was told to.stop his unbecoming remarks he continued on being abusive. This complaint is important.because i.never experience this in your store. You.need people to value there job and not disrespect a women or anyone who come in your store to spend money. The cashier short heavy set both were caps. The cook.im familiar with he always professional. Please take my concerns I will not bring my family friends until you change your staff. The above should.never of happen.

I was ordering (2) the total was $34, I asked him if he could reread my order because I thought perhaps there was a mistake. He starting yelling at me stating I should know what I ordered. Bacon is $7 extra for each. So I asked him to remove the bacon. He stated yelling at me "your supposed to know, over and over. I explained I never had an issue before. I didn't realize it was $14 extra. I found myself apologizing to him. He told me he didn't need my business. He stated he was the manager. I decided just to cancel the order at that point. I didn't want him spitting in the food. Very disappointing 😞
