I sent my coworker to get food food came spoiled and missing items never buy for this Wendy’s plus he said the manager was rude

Wendy’s will always have my attention since their spicy nuggets are delicious. That’s not what this review is about though. This location is SUCH a mixed bag! The consistency of the food is always a hit or miss. You never know what you’ll receive when coming here. I can elaborate, even further, on that last part. YOU LITERALLY NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE because orders are constantly messed up. Don’t even get me started on the wait times 🙄 I’m not the only one at my work place who had to wait 25 minutes, on multiple occasions, for my food. Overall, if you really want Wendy’s I guess you can go here. I’d highly advise against it though. Also, Check in on your employees Wendy’s. If you treat them better, they’ll do better. That’s just common sense in any work environment 😒🍔🍟

I literally go here almost every single day but they want to charge me 50 cents for barbecue sauce mind you my order was $35. That's terrible business to lose out on $35 for .50 cent . Ordered three kids meal and large chicken sandwich meal. That's my bad business to be honest . It's crazy that someone would lose out on such a profit for something so minor. Have to look at the larger picture because charging 50 cents for little things can make you lose out. Shouldn't it be so stingy when it comes to sauce. Out of principal I won't pay for something that I've always gotten with it with no problem

IT WAS NOT BUSY FOR THEM TO FORGET 1 OF THE MEAL 4/5 🤨... I don't know what it's going on with Wendy's restaurants but their service is going downhill and the sad part is that non of the corps check on these restaurants to see how the customer service is. Last month I was by 34th st and 5th Avenue and I decided to buy Wendy's assuming that this one would be better but nooooo, I placed an order 5 combos meals and 5 bottles of water so if I bought 5 meals combos (How in the world the guy who packed our meals will forget that we had 5 combos meals)? I always checked the bag open the sandwiches to make sure that everything I order was correct; when I noticed that 1 meal was missing. I have to contact the headquarters because this is ridiculous and not mentioning how unprofessional some crew members are towards the customers.. is like we bothered them and we for work them when in reality they work for us by providing us with a service that we paid for.

I just placed an order through Uber rays from this location and you all sent me a raw chicken sandwich! Not only did you get my order wrong but I will possibly become ill from your incompetence! This is not only unacceptable but extremely negligent!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I am not able to post without selecting…completely irresponsible and hazardous!!!!

Only kiosk and online orders I was told by "Kiki". I tried to order at the counter and she just refused to take my order. I know the kiosk offers convenience but call me old school. I enjoy the human interaction and customer service. The food is great, but this location left a taste closer to the excrement of a cow rather than a fresh grilled junior bacon cheeseburger. Tragedy. I left and didn't spend my money here. I suggest you do the same. There are plenty of other options a few minutes walk away. Avoid this location!

Dec 21, 2025, I decided to go to Wendy’s and it was the worse burger I had. You can judge by photo. The burger was like dog meat, cold, drinks were not as tasteful either. They only gave me 2 napkins, and had to asked for more and one of the female worker had an attitude. You will never get me going back to this Wendy’s.

This wendys should be closed for public health reasons!! Avoid unless you want food poisoning!! I went Thursday last week about 5pm. I had the the runs for 3 days because of their food. The burgers came with stale buns. The lettuce was wet and looked slimy so I scraped it off. The burgers were cold and tasted old. I only had a few bites because I was starving and in a rush but it was so disgusting I threw them away. Only I person prepping the food had gloves on. Both soda machines had no ice and no CO2. Tasted like syrup water I couldn't even drink it also ended up throwing it away also. I ordered 2 JBC 8 dollar meal. People at counter had no idea what it was. I was given a small soda and small fries with it. When I asked why they told me it changed with an attitude. I also noticed 3 counter people didnt know the number to go into the computer. All the tables were dirty. Bathroom was closed. Upstairs closed. Lots of homeless people inside and outside. I normally eat wendys 2-3 times a week but avoid this location at all costs. How this place passed inspection I have no idea. I am thinking to report them to the government for hygiene. Avoid at all costs!!

They have an entire upstairs and the upstairs is always closed. The downstairs is always packed and there’s never seats and then people have to leave and go somewhere else to eat their food. They just paid for instead of being able to use the Upstairs area which is filled with seats And tables. I ordered a fries and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was completely underwhelming and is not the quality of a chicken sandwich you would get from a Popeyes or a Burger King and then the fries tasted like the oil has been sitting around for years. They tasted disgusting. Wendy’s is known for having good fries, and these fries were horrible. They were in light and brown. They were dark and dull, and they tasted like oil. I used to love Wendy’s and the fact that this is one of the newer locations of a Wendy’s I thought it would be good. I will not be returning here.

At here twice, breakfast was better, lunch was not as good. Burger bun was dry and broke apart while biting into it. Slow service for amount of staff working. 15mins from completing order on electronic kiosk to food being available. Staff member seen handling cash then food while wearing the same gloves. Drinks machines have no ice and cooler inside not working, half the drinks are unavailable. Store itself was clean enough and not busy. Toilet door lock is broken so anyone with the code can walk in while the toilet is occupied.

I don’t understand this Wendy on 23rd St are they afraid to cook fresh fries for customers 🫤 this is the second time I got the same fries 🍟 that is so burnt dry unable to eat They never serve fresh fries to customers 🤔 I order from online and the fries is not fresh and look like it’s been sitting there and it’s old and dry and this fry look like a medium fry when I bought a large fries please when you go out there ask for fresh fries 🍟 cause the food service is horrible I am not stepping there again. this is the second time this is unacceptable Wendy’s do better. I threw away the fries because I was not able to eat it. I wasted $10 and food is expensive right now. This is unacceptable. I think they need to close this Wendy store down and reopen replace or retrained the store because it is getting terrible THEY NEED DO BETTER BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY YALL Nobody don’t need to be served like this

I used the kiosk to purchase my order. I forgot to say no cheese. Once I apologized for my mistake. The cook then proceeded too get angry and upset with me and the manager also as well. The cook name was natty and the manager name was Maribel. I would never return back here. It was very unpleasant to hear them consult about me in Spanish. Made my experience very uncomfortable I will never return back here. The manager said she couldn’t give me my money back as well.
