I usually don’t eat lot of burger but I visited this whataburger in 171 N Stemmons Fwy Lewisville, TX 75067, I’m amazed how clean the staff and healthy the food very very very nice I love it thank you Lewisville whataburger
The food was all really good and nice big portion sizes for good prices. The medium drink is 32oz. So that was surprising. Also when they ask if you want cheese it adds 55 cents which I hadn't realized that when she asked me. The service wasn't bad and it was pretty clean so overall great!
The girl taking our order must have been training because she was crazy slow and our food took awhile but our order was correct and the food was tasty so it's a win.
We had to order 12 apple fried pies due to a last minute "dessert emergency" during Easter luncheon. This location had no problem with our order! I jumped out of long drive thru line and gave them a heads up because we were in a hurry. The workers immediately dropped frozen pies in the baskets and got our order started, and by the time we got to the window, our order was ready! They saved our day! Thanks!
This whataburger is amazing I spoke to ebylen and she was the sweetest employee I’ve ever met. My burger was amazing and the fry’s weren’t too salty and hot! #bringbackthemonerarymelt
We stopped in to order lunch to go. They were really busy with drive thru and dine in customers. There were several employees working and every one of them was busy! Yet even in the chaos, things were running smoothly. I say that because I didn't realize it was the noon hour when we stopped. We had someone meeting us at home at 1pm. So when I realized the time, we had 15 minutes to make the meeting. I was going to ask to cancel our order but the only thing left to wait on a onion rings with 1 minute to go. Remember, I forgot the time when I ordered or I never would have added onion rings! Timing was all on me - they did great!! The food came out delicious and service was excellent. The best Whataburger service and meal I've had in a while. Thank you to the hard working staff!!

S/O to the night crew. Just left whatavurger each young man spoke with respect, and handled each customer with care. That's rare these days yet so important for many reasons. My food is always hot when I swing by for a quick bite on the go. I don't mind if I have to wait because I know we’ll receive hot food.
The woman working the cash register was very kind and polite to myself and everyone else who walked in. Genuine and impressive which is rare these days. She is still working as I’m leaving this review and deserves recognition. I didn’t catch her name. The food was hot and fresh, classic Whataburger style. Service time was fine. The tables and floors were immaculately clean, which is hit or miss with other locations. Overall this is a fantastic Whataburger.
Props to the employees working during the ice storm! Although I did curbside and they forgot my fries so I had to go back inside but then they gave me fresh ones! Also I ordered food and they forgot the picante but then they gave me some ㅤᵕ̈
Not a super late night run but late enough, too young gentlemen were in there left shorthanded because other people didn't show up to work and handled their business, took care of customers walking in the door upset, the drive-thru line I was super long, and probably just a screwed up night for them. They handled it well 🤙🏽🤙🏽
I had such a great experience at the Whataburger in Lewisville off Stemmons Freeway thanks to Greg. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and on point with everything. My food was ready right when I got there, and he made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and Greg really stands out. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides!😊
I was running errands and needed to satiate my hunger, so I popped into this Whataburger. The restaurant was quiet with patrons eating. I didn't have to wait long to put in my order. I can see there is a steady drive thru traffic as the employee making burgers never stopped for a break. I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was piping hot. The spices came through. The outside was crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. The sandwich was nice and filled me up.
They've been shaping up a lot lately, so I'm updating to reflect that. Food has been good, fresh, and pretty quick recently. Old review: Just waited over 28 minutes for two meals, and they were hardly busy. I watched another guy try to get a refund because he had to leave, and couldn't even get that in a reasonable amount of time, so he just left. Love the place, but that's not acceptable.
This is another go-to for lunch throughout the week while at work. I don't go too often, though, as sometimes the wait is a little too long for my liking, but of course, the upside is that your food is made to order. Always hot and fresh! Pricing isn't bad either for the 3pc chicken tender meal with medium drink. I love that the medium drink is more like a large as well. They aren't stingy like most of your fast food places, and they don't overload your cup with ice. ☺️ The drive-thru personnel are always efficient as well. Haven't received a messed up order at all, and I've been going here for years.
Food was okay but they may have the best BBQ sauce I've ever tasted! However, taking our order was slow and the person taking the order could have been having technical difficulties but he never said so, thus I'm assuming he was just not feeling the courteous or punctual mood! The food took a while to prepare which isn't a problem if it was hot but it was just on the verge of warm! Nonetheless, we might try it again but for our first time trying Whataburger, it wasn't amazing!
Employees are great, however franchise does not seem to care about that, as the line to wait for food is far to long. If I hadn’t ordered through the app were it already took my money I would have left. They need to hire more people and need to not skimp on staff as obviously this is causing the waiting problems. Appreciate the staff, but corporate needs to do better
This is the first Whataburger I've ever visited that the fries taste bad. Even after asking for a fresh batch, they are not that good.
Ordered a buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. I reciever a bbq chicken strip sandwich with some added buffalo sauce and some sauce that looked like ranch but was very spicy, more so than the buffalo sauce. Not to mention it took about 15-20 minutes total waiting in the drive thru line and for the food. I called and they said I could come and get it replaced but we all know that's a bad idea, besides that I dont feel like getting back in the truck and driving up there. I will not be returning. (P.S. I tried to eat it but it was gross, the ranch look alike just completely ruined it.)
Burger was good. Fries were cold soggy and disgusting. Asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Also when it takes 30 mins to get my food I expect the fried not to be soggy and cold. But who knows people there are probably incompetent. Cinnamon roll was cold too. Like how???
I had a disappointing experience at Whataburger recently due to the rude behavior of the employee working the drive-thru window. When I asked a simple question about the spicy ketchup, he repeatedly talked over me and dismissed my question by saying, “Have a good day,” instead of providing an actual answer. I attempted to ask for a manager, and he claimed she wasn’t available. While I understand that working in fast food can be stressful especially in the heat I expected basic courtesy and customer service. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day, but the experience left a very negative impression. I hope the management can address this and remind staff of the importance of respectful communication with customers.
Go to a different whataburger your order will take long and you will get half the fries you ask for.
The food took forever to come out to me. I always do curbside but this particular day the line was short so I did drive through. It still took more then 5 min to come out to me. The lady at the window was nice though.
Second time going through the drive through. 2pm no traffic. It took 15 minutes to get a patty melt and a chicken sandwich. Not sure what is wrong with this branch.
The food was cold despite being the only person in line. Coffee tasted old, bitter, and had an almost burnt taste. The hot apple pie was barely room temperature. The brownie I received had multiple pre-opened holes in its packaging so I couldn't even try that. I had gotten food here before, and it was alright before, but this time was definitely the worst experience for me at a Whataburger. I will definitely be more mindful to try to avoid this location from now on at least for the late-night and early-morning snacks.
This place was just bad. I definitely am not "that guy" , but this night shift was horrible. On top of them messing up my order completely, they lack plain common hygiene. I didn't even eat my burger do to A. Them messing it up (I did not inform them of the situation) and B. THEY DIDNT USE GLOVES. Uniforms used to be about tucked in shirts, clean uniforms, and WEARING GLOVES. NOBODY HAD GLOVES ON. AT ALL. This female staff member picked this guy's ear, not even kidding, then touched a bun from a burger, with no gloves. Made the whole burger with no gloves. Tables were not cleaned, trays were JUST wiped, not cleaned and trash everywhere. Like what in the hell? In the 10 minutes I was there, three other people walked back in to inform them that the staff messed up the orders. If it was busy, I'd understand, but the restaurant wasn't busy. Just sheer laziness. Only reason it got 2 Stars by me is the fact it's Whataburger and ALWAYS tastes good. From what I saw in just 10 minutes, I can't even imagine what they do that I don't see. Just bad.
First of all, we got four separate meals. Fries were cold. We asked for extra sauces that we paid for and didn’t receive. I asked her to double check to make sure we got them at the window and she said they were there. Only got three drinks out of the four and all drinks were wrong. Completely wrong. all in all good do not recommend. Employees need to slow down and double check their work.

Today is 03/27/25 at 11:07pm… THIS WHOLE SHIFT WORKING THIS NIGHT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! The crew working was taking orders with very loud inappropriate rap music using profanity! When we drove to the window to pay, they opened the window to take my payment and the rap music was even louder!! How unprofessional is that?! And our order was WRONG!! Possibly because the music was so loud they couldn’t hear us giving the CORRECT order!!
It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get an order. After ordering 3 orders of the new wings, I was asked to park out front. Where I sat for 10 minutes in my truck waiting for my order to come out. come in and ask for my order to be asked by Eli the employee who took my order "what was it I ordered" seriously the restaurant was not that busy at the time I ordered my food. For him to tell me 5 more minutes for my order . When I asked for the manager, my order was mysteriously done in seconds..... seriously, get your act together, poor customer service, for sure. Poor management,poor employee customer service
This location gives Whataburger a bad name. Food always taste like it’s a few hours old. Came in today order a large milkshake, Lady at the drive-through handed me a medium milkshake and said sorry they couldn’t make a large they’re about to close. Closing at 6:45 Whataburger? Aren’t they 24 hours or at least past dinner.
We ordered and paid for large fries and got 1/2 of that on all 3. All 3 were soooo cold. Nasty! The burgers were so cold the cheese felt like they were recently in the freezer, and the sweet tea is absolutely horrible. I will not make that mistake again. Stay clear from this location. This is not our 1st bad experience here. But it will be our last.
If you go here, prepare to be ignored at the counter. I had to speak to three people to get help. The first employee clearly had more important texting to do on her phone when I asked her if the counter is closed. She said no then walked away with cell phone in hand and her face buried in it. The second guy cooking fries clearly did not want to turn around and help at the register but I got to watch him make 10 orders of fries and 3 orders of onion rings and watch all the timers run down on each order before I got helped FIFTEEN minutes later. I also got to watch him forget he pulled out a big bag of frozen chicken tenders and left them at the register. Of course he never offered to help when he finally remembered and turned around to get them. I arrived at 10:15p and was finally asked if I needed help at 10:30. Worst service of any Whataburger I’ve been to. Go somewhere else if you want your food in less than 30 minutes or if you value customer service. I would have waited 15 mins for food if I could have at least been helped. But waiting 15 minutes at the counter when nobody is ahead of me and having every single employee ignore me is just terrible service. Seriously run away from this place if you have a choice!
This is honestly the worst experience I've had with service at a Whataburger. With my first order I waited 20 minutes before I realized that none of the employees knew where my food had gone. I had also not received a receipt with the first order so with no proof of purchase they told me I would have to purchase another meal. I was hungry and this is my lunch break for the day before I go back to work, so I did indeed spend money on yet another meal. This meal I waited 30 minutes before I realized that none of them knew where that food went either so I went up to go get a refund for that one cuz I did manage to keep the receipt for that one. Only to find out that my food had been waiting in the checkout counter line for the window and not for the counter for dine in, which is what I was trying to do. I ended up having to take it to go because I was due back at work in 15 minutes at that point. Food is great. Whataburger has great food. This particular location had the worst service I've ever met.
The employees prepared my order as takeout even though I asked for dine in. They also did not bring the food to me like I am used to. Did Whataburger stop doing that? I ate immediately after receiving the food but the 2 chili cheese burgers were basically cold somehow. It tasted like they kept it in tupperware for 6 hours and then microwaved it for 10 seconds. I asked if my order could be heated up more and was denied. Overall it was not a good experience. This will probably be the last time I buy Whataburger unless they make things right. A couple years back Whataburger was bought by some Chicago bank named BDT Capital Partners and now the quality is going down just like I feared it would. Edit: I made an official complaint on their website and Whataburger Customer Care emailed me saying that they would try and reach out in 3-5 days. That was over 2 weeks ago and they haven't hit me up yet.
Workers at the window are apologetic and nice but the kitchen wait times have been getting ridiculous. It’s sad when the window has to apologize for the wait. I’ve been here at least 3-4 times at different times of the day and each time the wait is 20-30 minutes for a drive through. Not sure what management is doing but when I’m the first in line with no one in front of my at the drive through, not sure why it would take the staff so long.
They ask you do you want extra bacon and do you want extra brownie. Then you say yes and they forget everything and charge you for the extra items they pushed on you. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam going on they pocket the cash. It’s not been once it’s everytime I go. this has to be scam going on…
The service here used to be good. Things have definitely changed. My frustration today is with the mobile app allowing the option to pickup in the drive thru, waiting in the long line, then being told at the speaker that "we gotta go inside" for mobile orders. No apologies of course. It would be nice if you updated the app for pickup options, but that still won't change the nasty attitude. The main reason for choosing the drive thru option is because they ignore you at the counter. It's like they know you're standing there, but refuse to acknowledge you. No worries, McDonald's can take my money. At least they are semi grateful for my business.

The worst drive through experience I ever had. I came here for breakfast 8/10/23. I had to wait 20 mins to get to the window with 1 car in front of me!! Then the rude girl at the register tells me to pull over at the light pole just to wait another 10mins. She brings out wrong order. 5 mins later she brought out my tiny order of 2 honey butter chicken biscuits!!!! 35 mins wait total!!! I was on my way to work!! I could've went to a diner for all that nonsense!!! Worst workers ever!!!

Ordered through app for curbside pickup. I waited in my car over 15 minutes and finally went inside, my food had just been sitting on the couter the whole time, they did not bring it out. I asked them to replace the fries since it had been sitting there so long, but the burgers weren't fresh by the time I got home.
This Whataburger is by far the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Being that my dad used to run Whataburger a here locally for 10 years blow my mind just how poorly this one is ran. I was in the drive through for 35 minutes tonight just waiting for my food before I asked for the GM and after then I got my food within 2 minutes. I watch several cars leave without their food as well as other leave the drive through. They were not under staffed and I saw 6 employees alone inside, 3 at registers and 2 running the line and one chilling in the restaurant . The drive through call taker made me wait till 4 cars went through before even taking my order after asking “are they ready yet”. Then gave me wrong drinks after telling him again what drinks I ordered!!!! I am going to reach out again tomorrow to speak and get the district manager’s contact information because something needs to be done with this restaurant. I still can’t believe store 575 even makes the leader boards for Texas. This store has been awful for along time and they cheat their drive through line times. Absolutely appalled by the service. This locations makes Whataburger look very bad. Poor customer service, poor hiring qualifications, poorly manage staff by management. I would give this store -5 stars if I could.
This location was THE WORST! Post of my mobile order were 2 Dr. Pepper shakes and I placed the order for curbside delivery. Had to go in to get the order after waiting 10 min. No Dr. Pepper shakes. Mgr was rude and refused to refund the money. Had to email corporate to get my refund.

They offer curbside pick up… we waited 15 minutes after the order estimate said it would be ready. Went in, waited in line, when I told them we had an order they got it from under the counter and then I waited for them to get a drink. Our food was cold and the fries were stale. No explanation, no apology. / adding on to this review. I went back months later and it looks like they are trying to scam. Asked for ranch and they put $2 worth of “chicken gravy on my receipt” this place needs to be shut down. 3rd try (because my wife who gave birth was craving whataburger while in the hospital… ordered a patty melt and sweet and spicey burger… I was told to pull up and the food would be ready shortly… literally 6 other cars behind me got their food and then 15mins later the guy comes out to ask what I ordered… 15mins after that I finally got my order Just to make sure everyone knows the service here is an absolute atrocity
Night shift needs a manager on duty or if they do have one a better one. Took way too long and no one was in line nor inside. A lot of young looking kids eating and playing around the whole time.
My husband stopped by this location tonight and he said that the service was rude when he placed his order. When he got home to eat his burger this was the saddest chili burger. If you are not messy eating a chili burger then that is not a chili burger. Maybe 2 chips and the cheese is not melted.

I went and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger jr meal then they first gave me the wrangler jr and then I had to go back and get it fixed they didn’t put any sauce on my sweet and spicy bacon burger. I should’ve gone to a different location.
Disrespected, and Deeply Disappointed I’m honestly still trying to process what happened during my visit to Whataburger. I came in and ordered one simple thing, just one breakfast burger, nothing else. What should have been a quick stop turned into a 20-minute wait, confusion, and a feeling of being completely disrespected. I sat there patiently as people who came in after me together, with more complex orders got their food without issue. Meanwhile, I was just left there, waiting, without so much as a “we’re working on it” or “sorry for the delay.” I was the only African American in the restaurant, and I truly pray that had nothing to do with the way I was treated. But watching how easily I was overlooked while everyone else was taken care of, it hurt. Deeply. What made it worse was watching what looked like my food get placed directly on the bare counter, not on wrapping paper, not on a tray just the same surface they wipe down with cleaning solution. That’s not just careless, it’s unsanitary and disrespectful. No pride, no standard, no care. And through it all, no one said a word to me. Not a “sorry for the wait.” Not a “we’re a little backed up.” Nothing. Just silence as if I wasn’t even there. I sat there being ignored while staff walked around, laughed, and focused on what I assume was their drive-thru time. The woman who took my order passed by me like I was invisible. It felt personal. It felt intentional. Eventually, I had enough and asked for my money back. Only then did the manager seem to show any interest , going to check on my food, after I’d already been sitting there feeling disrespected for nearly 20 minutes. At that point, the damage was done. I didn’t want the food anymore , I just wanted to leave. I didn’t come in asking for much. Just one sandwich, served with basic decency. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, hurt, and honestly humiliated. I expected more from Whataburger. I deserved more than this.

I will never come back to this location ever again I ordered a cob salad with chicken on my way home from a long 12 hour shift working in the healthcare field only to drive a hour away to my house and realize that the cob salad with grilled chicken that I ordered had absolutely no chicken in it there wasn’t anything I could do at that point because I was already a hour away and I was tired from working all night

Me and my family were planning to eat inside. It was exactly 1:08am and we were planning to eat inside then to find out they closed all the doors. I didn’t see nobody in sight in the drive-through was extremely full. And we didn’t wanna wait through the drive-through and get cold food so we decided to leave
It says 24 hours. I always come late at night and the lobby is always open. Today 2/10/26. At 1:08. The lobby is closed. I see no one working at all. The place looks abandoned
So disappointed ! I just picked up my carry out order and the amount of gravy was ridiculously low. I ordered the three chicken tender meal with my choice of sauce (gravy). Usually I don’t have an issue with this location but now I do. You charge us for the gravy which is a dollar ( not bragging about the price) but if I pay to have gravy I expect it to be filled all the way to the top as it should be!!!! Other than the gravy issue, the food was fine. But seriously don’t do this to your customers.

I came here to order take-out at 12:43 AM, and there were only two employees working the night shift. They had to make burgers and talk to customers at the same time. When a customer walked into the store, they didn't even acknowledge them or ask what they needed; they just let the customer wait for over 30 minutes just to take their order, and then another 15 minutes to receive the order. Is this really a fast-food restaurant? I arrived here at 12:15 AM, and I have only just finished placing my food order now. The service is terrible. Even when seeing a lot of customers coming in, the employees still worked slowly. I understand why your store only has a 3.7-star rating, and it truly deserves only a 2.0
I had to repeat my order 3 times until they finally got it right. I waited in the drive through line more than 10 minutes until they finally came to get my credit card for payment. They charged the wrong amount so they had to ring the order again. After a nearly 30 minute wait, they came to ask what I had ordered. I never got my food!!! Worst customer service, too long of a wait for the type of food. I'm late now because of them! Never again!!!!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally went inside to check on the food. They said the guy was on his way out to my car. Went back to my car. No food. Waited another 5-10. Finally got my food. The fries were clearly old ones that had been thrown back in the fryer. My burger (supposed to be plain and dry with bacon) had mustard and a singular piece of bacon on it. Took the food back inside. Manager was nice and helped me resolve my issue. The cooks behind the counter were clearly screwing around. I had to tell them at least 3 times what the problem was and why I needed it remade. Mind you, the restaurant had exactly two customers. I was first in line in the drive thru yet in the end waited almost 45 minutes to get fresh, correct food. I cannot afford to eat out very often so I was extremely disappointed with this entire experience and will not be going to this Whataburger again. I thought I'd stop by here since it's close to my work, but I'd rather just go to the ones in Denton that never give me anywhere near this many problems.
We decided to use the drive-thru so we wouldn’t have to get out of the car. After placing our order, we were directed to the second lane. An employee came out to give me the total, and when I told him I was paying through the app, he asked to “borrow my phone.” At that point it became clear that the second lane doesn’t serve much purpose if there’s no wireless way to take payment. Even if I’d been using a credit card, the employee would have had to take it inside to process the transaction. Ultimately, I had to leave my vehicle in the drive-thru, walk inside to pay, then return to my car. Right after that, they still asked me to get back out again because they couldn’t hear my name from the window with cars running in both lanes. This was immediately after I had already given them my name while paying inside. Overall, the process was disorganized, inconvenient, and the customer service didn’t help the situation. I’d recommend avoiding this Whataburger location. They could take a few notes from Chick-fil-A on efficiency and courtesy.
If I could put zero stars I would. As someone who had trouble with food already, I’m traumatized. It took them 45 minutes-an hour to get four sandwich meals out. They didn’t have any napkins or straws out, all the drinks looked nasty, and no one was even up front to take our order. THEN when we received our food, it was ALL WRONG. When I went to ask them to fix it, the cook slammed my burger into the trashcan and gave me a new one, that was fully raw. The chicken sandwich i got was raw as well. This. Is. Disgusting. I will never eat at Whataburger ever again. This whataburger establishment needs to be evaluated by many many people. Not to mention every one was VERY rude. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever.
Too slow for even whataburger standards. Just sitting more than 12 minutes for basically a breakfast taco doesn't make sense. When I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:22 am, no one was there but me, so something needs to be spot-checked randomly by daytime management
One of the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever been to the lady acted like she didn't even want to be there take care about 10 minutes before she even acknowledge me to take my order and then it took probably another 20 minutes to even get my food
We came at this location 12:50 AM 30 June (hope the lady at drive through remember us) we ordered 2 burgers she got confused and we rectified but she got upset for no reason and smashed closed window on our face and went inside and started speaking f word and all. Please learn customer service. Someone please train her properly.
Once again this location proves to me how poor they handle their customers or there quality of service / product … time and time again this place disappoints, and every time I try to give it another chance because everyone loves Whataburger, but this locations throws the reputation down the drain. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. This Whataburger is convenient but it is definitely not efficient. Today it took me 35 minutes to get 2 honey butter chicken biscuit and a cinnamon roll. When I pulled up this the drive through I was the 3 car in line. The guy at the drive thru tells me to pull forward because it’s going to be even longer … WTH.. He says “we are short handed….” SMH … Whataburger I am not even close to being a manager but I do know this, if your short handed then close the dining room and leave the drive thru open, and free up those people to make for food more efficiently to make more money…
