Second time we have been here. We came during dinner time. Food is always very good. However, the food was a bit slow. I felt like they favored online orders vs the customers who actually ordered in person. The place was also not as clean as I expected. Tables weren't cleaned on a regular basis it seemed, and certain condiments like the ketchup were empty. Definitely would go back if passing through, but I hope they improve the above

This is a give guys same as all the others which is good when you have consistency. This one is a bit better because of the people working there. The tated young lady took my order, was very pleasant, and uphold me on a shake like she should. The order was fast and food was on point.

Never tried this place before. It was a choice between panara bread wing stop or five guys. So they got my business. I though the experience was really good and the food was Tasty. I would definitely return.

Very good location and tasty burger in the area, but when you get your burger with toppings, bread gets very fluffy so it's not comfortable to eat, unless you hungry and don't care how messy it gets 😊. I've tried many five guys location, maybe should get toppings on the side. Otherwise very good burger and fries

I haven't had a chance to eat at Five Guys in three years. Oh. My. Goodness. It was so delicious. The cheeseburger. The fries. The milkshake. Amazing.

I think those are real potatoes with what they're making french fries. However I'm concerned that there's so much oil dripping from my soggy french fries that the United States is contemplating invading Five Guys and taking over your resources.

I was told Five Guys has great cheeseburgers so I checked it out. I was so disappointed. The cashier was polite and prompt. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a soda. The food took almost 10 minutes to be prepared which was really a surprise considering there were 10 people working in the kitchen with 3 designated to preparing the cheeseburgers and hamburgers. The food was hot when served but somehow the cheese wasn't melted. It was American cheese and tastes highly processed. I ordered it with mayo, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard. Somehow it had no flavor. It was like eating a bland bun and bland meat patty with nasty tasting cheese. Though I was really hungry, I didn't finish eating it. The fries were so greasey and overly salted. Wow, they were greasey. So much grease each fry was completely limp. I barely ate half the fries. The food was just so bad, I just changed the food from 2 stars to one. The cheeseburger was $10.95 and the fries were $6.95! I really wanted to like this place. I won't go back. The local diner's and Burger King's food is far better.

My wife and I dropped by for a couple of little bacon cheeseburger and some fries. On the positive side the cheeseburgers were good, the fries were hot and the meal came out quickly. On the downside the person taking our order could not appear less interested. The quantity of fries was poor (usually something Five Guys does well) and the eating area was awful. There wasn't a clean table in the entire area and you could tell why when an employee came to give each timetable a single disinterested swipe with a dry rag. Men's room was also dirty.

The food was good, but I had an issue with payment afterward. I used two gift cards to pay for my meal. The cashier returned one of the cards and told me there was about $11–$12 left on it. However, when I tried to use that gift card later, it showed a zero balance. It seems I was given back the fully used card instead of the one that still had money on it.

Sorry to have to report this but- you guys have roaches. Haven't been to a Five Guys in years and despite the prices decided to drop in Sunday at the Newburgh location. Service was great but a roach crawled up on the chair beside me and I quickly packed up my food and left 5 minutes in. Didn't want to cause a scene by asking for management.

Horrible customer service...screwed up our order...quality was just okay. They make a big deal promoting their french fries...to the point of describing the origin of the potatoes...but they were limp and tasteless. Admittedly we had a very large group but we gave them plenty of notice that we were coming clearly other customers were put off by the size of our group and the delays caused by the staff.

Sorry to say they got cheaper with the amount of food and the price still went up. 8$ large fries and it didnt even feed 1 person. Never going again. Even went back and ask if there was a mistake. Nope... not worth the price

Made me wait, didn’t call me up. Had to ask for my food, good food but annoyed for my wasted 30mins
