I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant or its Manager Christine. The staff was phenomenal. I have multiple allergies and food sensitivities. They went out of their way, even when busy to accommodate. The food is so good that every time I visit I go there. This visit I ate there twice in one day. Thank you, Christine and your staff for two wonderful meals.

Excellent Italian! Came in for dinner and had a fantastic meal. Their chicken parm meal was among the best I’ve ever had. My wife has their gnocchi with shrimp and she loved it. They do serve bread when you’re seated, which is a plus. They have some bottled and canned beers, but no draft. That’s was the only thing I didn’t love. Their parking lot doesn’t have a ton of spots right near the entrance, but there’s plenty of parking within a short walk.

I can’t say enough how great the people that own and run this place are. They took such great care of me in a pinch. Went out of their way. And… the food is incredible. I had the bacon and spinach pizza. The char was great, exactly how I like pizza, and the bacon is thick cut, local, country bacon. Really good. Two NYS troopers recommended this place the instant I asked them for a great local restaurant… they both separately blurted out “cosimo’s”… “you won’t be sorry”, the other said “you gotta eat there while you’re here”. They weren’t wrong. Warm staff, amazing food, super reasonable. I would go out of my way to eat there again, and I plan on it! Thank you guys again.

The restaurant is welcoming, the staffmembers are affable and attentive. My coworkers and I were seated immediately. The ambiance is warm with their soft yellow lights all over the place enveloping the scenery with a pleasant glow, while matching the open wood oven fire in the kitchen. The food was excellent. I had the 8oz burger. But the foods on brought out looked and smelled so good, that I am determined to try everything on the menu. I'm content knowing this place is so close to work.

This was my first time trying jersey Mike's, and at the beginning, I thought it was going to be something similar to Subway. But I was so wrong, my big surprise was to see them preparing fresh meat on a grill, no a microwave heat. The taste was excellent. Really happy with the experience.

So glad they opened a location near me. The Newburgh store is well-run and they always treat me right. Justin, The manager, is on top of things. Food quality is always good. I eat there 2-3x a week.

We had a very nice meal here. The calamari was delicious. Our cocktails were great as well. The service was decent and I appreciate the open pizza kitchen! Very cool to watch. I would definitely come back here again.

Been here a dozen times. It's usually busy. Today was new years eve. Was busy yes, but like I said its always busy. Not sure what was happening today. Sat us without menus. Took drink order but never delivered drinks. Ask to cancel 1 of the appetizers and get something different. Said it was too late, so we didn't order the other app. Then they only brought the one and we didn't order the other, so now we were short an app. Very slow with cleaning table off. But food was still very good and usually always is. Tonight was weird.

Great drinks. Best part of this restaurant. Food was good but not amazing.We got Cold bread to start. For me that's a no go. Come on guys!! Hot bread is so much better. Seasoning needed more depth.

I ordered through the app and came here for pick up. I've never had Jersey Mikes, but I know a lot of people have said it's really good. I ended up trying it out and getting the new Philly sub special. When I came into the place to pick up my order, no one was at the front. Both employees near the station did see me, but no one came over. I had to wait a bit until the manager actually saw me standing there, then told for one of the employees and to attend to me. I came about 2-3 minutes early of my pick up time. I was told that the full order wasn't ready, but would be soon. There was a line of customers who were getting their subs made, while I waited for the order I placed 20-30 minutes prior. Cool, I guess. I ended up waiting for almost 15-20 minutes more before they finished the rest of my order and gave it to me. By then, it was about 2-3 other people also behind me, waiting for pick up orders. None of our orders were marked as well, so we had to take apart each sandwich to figure out whose was who's. The meat was a (little) salty but outside of that, it was a good portion and size. I wouldn't say I was stuffed, but it was filling for a normal sub (It wasn't the foot long). The bread was soft and tasted fresh. All in all, the sandwich was good and I would give it a solid 7.5/10. I would say, the customer service could improve a lot. I'm not sure if they're understaffed and overwhelmed, which I guess would be understandable. All in all, from the experience and food I would give this a 3.5/5. I will say the manager was very friendly and helpful, kudos to you sir. Given that, I’m unsure if I would come again.

Went to celebrate a special occasion. Walked in only to be greeted by the most unfortunate and angry hostess in all of the Hudson Valley. It was so rude and over the top that another hostess quickly stepped in to take over. Sadly, she seated us by people CLEARLY AND ACTIVELY infected with a sickness of some kind (stay home, gross people ARGH). Should have left but that’s on us, anyways. Wasn’t going to let a rude hostess ruin our day and we were sat with high spirits and good vibes. We ordered our drinks and food. Server was attentive and great but he couldn’t do the heavy lifting here. The food—oh dear. We were served bread that was oddly oily and cold. Drinks were great. Our food came out very fast and mostly good. Presentations was fine. Don’t call it a spicy traditional Italian dish if I have to add my own red pepper flakes to make it actually spicy. Sad Cheesecake Factory — that’s the energy it was giving. We couldn’t wait to leave and try a Take 2 version of properly celebrating our special occasion. Server gentleman was great, work on making dishes better. Hostess needs to do a better job or find another line of work because that was beyond unnecessary.

We were excited to try this place today. We got the roast beef sandwich to split. We had it when we got home and to tell the truth it was tasteless. My partner said the same thing. Maybe another sandwich would be better but I doubt we will be returning.

Great food overall, but it is ridiculous how you guys have 5 people working there and still manage to leave an order backlogged for HALF an HOUR. I've made this mobile order a half hour in advance and somehow it hasn't even been on the grill by the time I got to the restaurant. It usually never takes this long and in result I'm late to an important meeting because of this. The food is good like I said, but way too overpriced for the service I went through today. Get it together guys!

The seafood dinner i ordered was full of broken shells and tasted like I was chewing on sand. Service was atrocious kids all hanging out chatting not being attentive to tables. Won't be returning

I recently ordered takeout for Valentine’s Day. I’ve been a fan of this restaurant for many years and I’ve always enjoyed their food. I understand that Valentine’s Day was busy, but I don’t think that’s an excuse to provide customers with poorly made products. The seafood Diablo that I ordered was more like seafood soup. The sauce was extremely thin and not properly cooked down. I’ve ordered this dish many times from many restaurants. I’ve never received the amount of calamari tentacles that I did in this dish. It was a bit excessive. Although the sauce had a nice flavor, it was not prepared properly; as I stated previously, it was more like fried Diablo soup. The pasta was broken up and overcooked. It was almost like someone crushed up the pasta before boiling it, and then sautéed it in my dish. The sausage and tomato cream pasta that I ordered was very subpar. The impact of sausage in the dish was overwhelming, and the amount of fennel was for lack of better words disgusting. overall, it was just poorly made pasta was overcooked as well. I understand Valentine’s Day is busy, however, being someone who worked in the restaurant business for many years, it is not an excuse to provide customers with poorly made food. I paid almost $80 for two pasta dishes, and a pizza. I expect a well-established business like this to do way better And I hope in the future that other customers will not be as disappointed as I was.

This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. I ordered the number 13 online and when I got my order it was completely wrong. I got a turkey sandwich with just lettuce and cheese. It was gross looking and now I don't have lunch. Doubt I'll be coming back here
